Im a hairstylist and I use cosmo prof all the time their staff is very informative of their products.

I always find what I need. Everyone is always friendly and helpful.

Horrible place, sophia the cashier was very rude with me. She told me that this place is only for professional hair stylist, but yesterday I got a lot stuff in this place and anyone told me that. So.... today I needed to change only one thing and she refused to change it because I don’t have “account “ in this place .... when she change my product told me “ok I’ll change but never come back “

I have always been greeted with a smile and the women that work there always help me with picking out the perfect products and even saving me money!

I had to return clippers today and the staff is awesome..helpful and excellent!! Always go here for whatever i need. Thank you so much😍

Probably the worst experience uve had in a cosmoprof. Not only was the door locked when I got there, but it was flung open at me once opened without any greeting or aknowledgment. The woman working this afternoon had a terrible attitude and seemed like she was out to bring everyone down with her.
