I came in having recently gotten eyelash extensions done at the location in Winter Park. I was in love with the look but unfortunately, the stylist had placed the lashes a little too close to my lid leaving me to feel lots of pinching and discomfort. I was luckily able to come across this location. I explained everything to the girls up front and they were more than happy to take care of me and made sure I left happy and with healthy natural lashes! They saved me!:)

What a great experience! Very clean and modern boutique. Me and my daughter went together and it was a fun afternoon girls day. We will definitely be back. Christy and Kelly did a beautiful job on our lash extensions.

Great experience! Clean, comfortable atmosphere and friendly staff. Lash technician seemed genuinely passionate about not just doing a good job for my fill-in set, but also making sure the service was thorough and done properly, even when my initial full classic set was not provided from their facility and needed a little extra TLC. Lash lounge has been my new home for extensions ever since.

This place is incredible! Im new to lash extensions but they have gone above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. They also take really good care of me when I need a touchup in between fills. Kelly is AAAHMAZINGGGGGG!!! I always feel like a brand new woman when I leave here! I would give them 10 stars if I could!!

I don’t know what kind of glue/adhesive they use but my lash extensions fell out in less than a week. I’ve been getting my lashes done for two years from the same woman who owns her own business. I couldn’t go to her this time because she’s on maternity leave so I looked online for a place and found Lash Lounge. When my normal person does them they last 3-4 weeks so the fact that my lashes from Lash Lounge fell out within a week shows me how poor quality the job was and the glue/adhesive they use is. I’m never going back and I would not recommend this place. Everyone who works there is really nice but I’m there for good lashes, not just nice people.

I had made an appointment on December 18 for lash lift and tint at 10 am and that day they called me earlier telling me that they would not be able to because they did not have techniques available for that time and because they had a new one in training... They asked if I could go another day and I told them that I had better cancel because I would not be able to another day since I was traveling abroad the next day... then she told me that she could give me a space at noon that day and I went, but apparently I got the technique that was just in training because my experience was terrible! The technique pulled my lashes terribly, it felt like they were going to fall out. In addition, she let the liquid touch my eyes inside and the burning was unbearable and to add when she finished and I looked at myself in the mirror, my left eye lashes were up and messy and the right eye lashes were down. So I told the receptionist and she told me that it was normal and that the lashes were going to continue lifting at 24 hours but I should not to get them wet. I did not get them wet for like 3 days and the eyelashes never lifted. It looked horrible. My eyelashes started to fall out a lot.  Even my mom teased me because I had some eyelashes up and the others not. I tried to communicate by mail, phone, and text, but they never responded. I paid $110 for the worst job of my life. Full of suffering and empty of good results. $110 dls thrown away.  I personally would not recommend this place to anyone never.  I do not remember the name of the technician who attended me but according to the text message I received before arriving, Maiya Auiar would attend me!PD: Im just doing the review now becauseI I just got back to florida.

I’ve been to the Lash Lounge and both times Kat was my tech Kat. She is incredibly professional and even remembered what we talked about over two weeks ago. Made me feel so special. The Lash Lounge is very clean and I felt safe the whole time. It’s amazing how much more confidence I have after getting lash extensions.

Yesterday was my second time at this establishment (booked this time with a “senior stylist”), Eyebrow tinting was done poorly-I had to go to Pampered Peach to get them done properly. Tinting and residue left on my eyelids from the lash lift. Also the second time having issues honoring my gift card. SO disappointing after high hopes!

Service was great,clean and on time…they gave me Lash Lift and results were exactly what I was hoping for,would highly suggest this company.

I arrived 5 minutes early and I didn’t have to wait and the beds are super comfortable and my lashes and brows look amazing I highly recommend this place

Ask for Kellie! She did an awesome job on my lash lift. I’m almost 50 yrs old and my lashes stick straight out. The lash lift curls your lashes and you won’t need to use an eyelash curler. Kellie is very professional and puts you at ease and explains the process. Give it a try! I love my result.

Terrible service. I was scheduled for a second visit and told I could do a Hybrid and when I arrived I was told by Maia that I could not do a Hybrid because she did not have time that she could only do a Classic and that she wasn’t informed that I was doing a Hybrid. I accepted that and as I prepared to leave I was informed I would be charged $50 for no show appointment. Why was I charged $50 when Ishowed up to the appointment and I was told I could not be given the service that I scheduled for. Terrible business ethic and customer service. After a customer shows up and you say you have no time to do the service, you still charge then a $50 fee for cancellation. I will never come here again.

Great customer service and very friendly staff at the Lake Mary location! I went to get my eyebrows threaded and Kat did a great job, I highly recommend her. Everything from the appointment booking to the threading, and the cleanliness of the salon was exceptional! They even called me proactively to ask me if I wanted a slot which opened up before my original appointment time.

I didnt like any about my experience there....too much hype and the interaction from the staff seem forced. The young woman that did my lashes has done my lashes before (not at this location) and Im always very happy with her work....I booked with her at this location and she did the best she could with what she was allowed to use/do. Although I love her work, I will not be returning.This might be the place for others but not for me.

GIRLS! do you know how much easier your life is when you dont have to endlessly apply 16 coats of mascara every morning to look awake?! Eyelash extensions literally let you wake up feeling like a boss. The girls here are so so sweet and know exactly what theyre doing, and most of all they really listen to what YOU want. I booked here because a talented lash artist that I know started work here... The lash artist (LA) was so graceful and professional in handling the disrespectful way in which she was treated. Every two seconds there was a women who kept coming to check my LAs work and this women was very condescending and invasive. The LA is known for her full and dramatic lashes but with the way the LA was micro managed and directed, the lashes could have been done by just about anyone. The atmosphere made me feel like I was in high school again with the very cliquey and stuffy way the lounge and staff carried themselves. The LA that took care of me was great and its such a shame that her talents are being wasted here.

So this is my first time getting eyelash extensions. It won’t be the last! I had miss Maiya as my stylist early this afternoon and as soon as I walked in, I was immediately tended to. I wanted a classic set with a natural, subtle (but enhancing) look to it. Maiya asked me a few questions about lash type and how I’d like it to be shaped, then we got started. The lounge itself was clean and quiet, very comfortable for me to be able to take a little lash nap after getting out of work. The whole process was very relaxing and Maiya was gentle. Not that I was expecting any tugging or plucking lol. Took about an hour. I was given the mirror to see how my first set of extensions looked, and it was exactlyyyyyy how I wanted it to be! She also did let me know that I can change how I’d like the lashes to look the next time I come by to visit. The service was professional, fast, friendly, and clean. I was happy to hear they also have a membership. 10/10 would recommend.

I paid for a perm the girl took before pictures but at the end she didnt take after pictures because my lashes didnt curl at all. She told me they would curl in 2 or 3 days but nothing happened. After they sent me an email about my appointment wanting feed back... no one ever reached out to me. When i called to tell them what happened they said someone would call me back but no one ever did.

I would NOT recommend this shop for brow threading. I went to Katya for the first time and I explained to her that I just wanted the hair cleaned up - no changes to the shape or thickness of my brows. She ended up shortening my brows on the outer ends and she completely messed up on one brow, taking way too much hair from a spot in the middle and leaving a close-to-bald spot on my left brow that I have to fill in. When I asked her what had happened there, she said that the hair there was already sparse... which is just not true. It is clear she removed hairs that she didn’t mean to because there are short, broken hairs in the middle of my brow. I’m extremely dissatisfied with my experience today, and will be looking for a new spot to try.
