I wish I would of met him earlier it would of saved me time and money. Ive had to reinstall systems from sound advice and other installers that just didnt work. If you want it done right go see ken at audio props. I just had my system finished and it sounds excellent. The install is very clean, functional and practical. I cant say enough about Ken and his team at Audio Props. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and honest. I could say so much more, but those are the most important things in a business; in my opinion.Need an upgraded system?Need better speakers?Need a whole new setup?Just need someone to figure out why one speaker isnt working?Dont know where to start and just need direction?They are the place to go for all of it.I came in with my old, ugly and quirky Suzuki Verona. I had just recently tried to replace my own stereo and speakers. Everything seemed fine, except one speaker didnt work. Now, this was no top of the line setup here, just mid range upgrade since my speakers were factory, blown and i still had a tape deck!! Seriously.After multiple calls i come to find out that not only do most shops not work on self installations, but you have to make an appointment a week or so out to have them even look. I finally came across Audio Props, gave them a call and was blown away with how easy and friendly they are to work with. Ken even said Sorry to make it so easy for you! after I seemed stunned he could take a look today.Not only did they figure out the issue, but they charged me a very fair price for fixing it!I was so impressed that they took the time to show me what was wrong, werent judgmental about my work and were so down to earth. Im so glad to have met them!When I get my new car in the near future I will be back!I would recommend them to anyone!

These guys dont mess around and its hard to say such a thing about any business anymore. There is not one shop that could cater to my very tech-specific need from my home town Toronto all the way to Miami! These guys did it without breaking a sweat. Knowledgeable staff very friendly, courteous and clean with your vehicle. Quality install, fixed a previous shops botch job. Would highly recommend. Good honest audio shop is hard to come by.

Ken right off the bat was nice, a bit taken back when I said how are you? I explained my awesome tech work on my truck and my kenwood. Which had no sound. and how I took advice from my other awesome tech and cut wires. So Ken troubleshooted and he being patient told me connect one wire. Ken is much more awesome then I. Sound !!! So then I had to call back, Logan and Ken manage talking me through reprogramming the box. Not an easy task. but they did it!In review Audio Props has mastered the art of sound. Polite, Patient, Friendly and Fun. I will consult with them again and will recommend to everyone needing audio from family owned Business.

The service is the best! Whenever I come in there are smiles. My equipment is top of the line. They teach you how to use equipment and dont mind if you ask same question 10 times.

One star because it has to have at least one to post.I called for an estimate and no one ever called back. I followed up with another call several DAYS later, and still no response back. I followed that up with an email a day later and once again, no response. I took my $1000+ car audio needs to someone else who wants and deserves the business. Clearly this place is someones hobby, cause its not run like a business.

I had a system installed in my 2016 Toyota Tundra in lake worth. I was never satisfied with the installation it sounded terrible this was done in march. I finally was told about audio props I took the drive up there and it was well worth it. I met Ian one of the technical advisors. He explained what they needed to do to make my truck sound wonderful. I made an appointment brought it in they got right to work on it. I picked up my truck at the end of the day and was I happy they did a wonderful job made me happy very clean Ken the owner will make you feel like you have known him for ever a family run business wonderful people thank you all for the outstanding work you did for me 😊

Installed a new Sony stereo CD bluetooth radio. And things I havent figured out yet. Great service Ken is on top of this industry.

Recently had some audio work done to my CVO Street Glide, at Bike Week and was not happy with quality of the install and sound. Contacted Audio Props and Ken the owner told me to come in so he could take a look. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with top class, knowledgeable customer service. Audio Props ended up swapping out my audio with Illusion Audio speakers and a top of the line Mosconi amp. The quality of the install and the sound is amazing. I highly recommend and trust Audio Props for all my audio needs.

Best audio shop Ive ever been to hands down the guys there are one of a kind and keep it real they dont try to scheme you into buying stuff you dont need they just want you to be happy with there service and product. I will never go anywhere else and will defiantly be going back!!!

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I bought an Amp a few years ago started having issues and they were happy to help me, no questions ask. Highly recommended.

This was a horrible experience. The custom job for my BMW Z3 looks like a 3rd grader sewed it and glued it. They have no appreciation of time. If it is a 4 hour job it takes 2 weeks and still isnt done. Now my windows, air bags, door panels and dash look like crap. I finally just told them to give me my car back and will have to replace the whole back console. A cheap shop with kids working and not knowing what they are doing.

The first guy that came up, assuming he is the manager, discussed some expensive speakers with me to put in my new system, I said I have a lower budget, and 3 minutes later he left and came back saying Im not interested in your business because of the discussions we had. Very rude people and place. Dont go. Just one young man was very kind and helpful.

Donthe understand a stereo/alarm place who is suppose to know the essence of installation of many make and models of products could not install and would not install a simple remote start even after telling him he would not have to warranty it . I guess thats why the place was empty.

I had a horrible experience with a different audio store in Jupiter (Nitro Sound). So I was a little scarred but I desperately needed my speakers changed. I called up and spoke with the owner Ken and I told him about my experience. He felt so bad for me that he offered to take a look and see if he could tweak my system, free of charge. I went to meet him and was immediately impressed. They are a family owned operation that has been working in this industry for years. The owner himself spent time answering ALL of my questions and showing me things I didnt even think about. After listening to my car he knew there was no way to tweak the system. It was crap. And I knew it was. But at least he tried. He then showed me around the lobby area and I met with his 2 technicians who also sat down with us and discussed products, warranties, installation and everything in between. I was floored. They respected me. Even though I was a girl (who lets face it, we get taken advantage of in the auto industry more often that not, as we dont all know what is involved) they didnt treat me any different. Ken told me they only use the best and after years of experience they found that to be Digital Designs (DD) Audio. One of the technicians took me to his car which had the same system the wanted to install in mine and he let me listen to the sound. It was nothing short of amazing. I got a written quote from Ken that was several hundred dollars below what I had set aside for the project. I scheduled the appointment for the following Wednesday. When I dropped of the keys wednesday morning they gave me a ride back to my apartment right away and once it was finished they came and picked me up. I got into my car with Ken and turned up the sound system. Holy hot stuff. The sound was INSANE. So rich. So clear. So amazing. I believe the exact words I used were I am so turned on right now. Yeah. The system was that good. Ken took me around the car to look at the subwoofer (he gave me an 8 as he knew I didnt like too much bass, however everyone has been asking me if its a 10 cause holy crap its powerful). He also showed me the small amplifier, how to disconnect the subwoofer if I ever wanted to, how to tweak the sound, etc. The system was properly stabilized and everything. Ken gave me the product warranty and a Lifetime warranty on the Labor. They even vacuumed my entire car and trunk to get out remaining wood chip pieces from my bunny rabbit who made a freaking mess in my car like the monster he is. Bottom line is that Audio Props is hands down the most organized, respectable, honest and knowledgeable company in the auto industry Ive ever had the pleasure of meeting. I will continue to use them...forever.....I could not be any happier with the entire experience.

I spotted Ken in his Scion driving around Tequesta and called becuase I had not had a working radio in my 1991 Lebaron convertible in over two years!! Ken updated my system with Bluetooth between the radio and my IPhone so I have handsfree telephone acess AND access to the music I have saved on my IPhone as well as Pandora!! He built a great subwoofer into the side of the trunk that looks like it was there in 1991!! He fixed a few quirks in the car that had nothing to do with the radio, and I appreciate him helping me in that way!! I NEVER THOUGHT I would have a car that sounds this great!! I take rides JUST to listen to the radio!!That was then and this is NEW (12/13) After an alarm saved our goose on a family vacation, I decided to add an alarm to my 1991 LebaronLX Convertible (With the great stereo!). DAMN!! What a FINE device!! It went off in the parking lot where I work and scared the bejesus out of everyone!! I knew to check the car because the alarm communicated with the fob and beeped letting me know something was wrong!! When I asked the receptionist about the alarm event she started hyperventilating and said she started to call 911!! It makes such a variety of sounds that NO ONE would continue breaking into the car if it went off. Not just the horn blowing but an English siren and whistles and all sorts of noises!!PS. I accidentally set it off and when I FINALLY got the cacophony of the alarm to stop, THE CAR WOULDNT START!! I figure IF I CANT GET IT STARTED, NO ONE ELSE WILL EITHER!!PPS: KEN KNOWS THE BEST TOYS!! He says I can add onto the alarm and it will follow the location of the car anywhere in the world!! DONT NESS WITH MY CAR!! THANKS, KEN!!PPPS: I did the car started when the alarm times out. I did get home and go to bed or else I would not be typing this NOW!! HAHAHAHA Get the BEST STUFF. Go to Ken!PPPS: Let me tell you about the sound system he put in my boat! Plays Pandora off my IPhone! Ken know the BEST TOYS!!!PPPPS: They were doing an UNBELIEVABLE INTERIOR redesign in a pickup truck with all polished natural woods and great original fabrics!! He can do ANYTHING!! ASE certified to fix ANTHING electrical.....so he fixed my convertible top motor and my headlight doors!!NO KIDDING!! He will make you want to sleep in your car, eat in your car, well, you HAVE to go inside for some things! (Wink, wink!!) Ken makes every opportunity to drive my car an EVENT! And THANKS for modifying the sound system in the Lexus to accommodate two phones and Bluetooth SOUND what was not included with that model! And for the IPhone connection in the truck!! Im wondering what sound system can go on a riding mower???!!..............Photos to come!!
