I always come here no matter how far I live I will always come here. Everyone there has great costumer service. They attend you right away, explain everything you need to know and they keep you updated. I’ve never had a problem with them. Ezequiel did a great job on my car today and Travis makes you feel welcome. He’s respectful and polite. I wouldn’t go anywhere else besides this jiffy lube on lake worth rd.

They let me know I had an hour and half wait which is understandable because I was there without an appointment and in a Saturday at that. I was EXTREMELY SATISFIED with their service and professionalism. I stayed right in my car while my car was serviced…. I would DEFINITELY use them again in the future.

The manager and staff were all so friendly, helpful, and knew what they were doing. You just sit in the car while they do the work. I would recommend going here. Answered all my questions and were just great.

The Genera Manager Mike was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, he related to my concerns and made very reasonable suggestions. Theyt did the job efficiently, quickly and without any hiccups. The service was so good, I came back 1/2 hour later with my wifes car.

Had the best service! Everyone working there was professional and AC is provided via hose while the car is turned off to be serviced. They also checked for leaks, for dead lights and air filter. I would go there again, if you can ask for Sam he was great 👍

So weve been waiting for an hour and a half for an oil change we got here a a quarter of one almost 1:50 the car is just now getting looked at 2:56. To get my boyfriends oil change I would like to speak to corporate or a manager about this this does not take that long to get oil change the slowest jiffy lube that we have ever been to. I was there last Saturday (3/27/21) and they had a line of cars. It made me kind of want to leave but when I saw how quick and smooth these guys were working, I decided to stay and see what they could do for me. And honestly, I’m glad I did. They were working as best as they could as a team and every car was getting done at a proper pace and everything was being taken care of, nothing forgotten. Eventually, when it was my turn Travis gave me his full attention and made sure I got what I wanted for my truck and he even helped me by going over some stuff I didn’t know I needed for my truck. It was the best experience I’ve had at a jiffy lube and it was all from the guys who were working there. You can feel the chemistry between everybody and it looks like the genuinely enjoy their job and are more than happy to go above and beyond for every customer. Thanks again Travis and I’m definitely going back there for all my vehicles and I’m telling all my family to go there to.

The oil change, tire rotation and a replacement cabin air filter took all of 30 minutes to finish and I didn’t even have to leave my car. One of the best oil change experiences I’ve ever had.

I requested an oil change and tire rotation while doing the tire rotation they put me up on a lift and broke my side skirt and didnt tell me until I noticed two of the employees making a big deal oVer something on the passenger side of my car so I got out and asked .. and they try to tell me its because it was old .. the also attempted Im supposing to take one of the tires off to do the rotation before they damaged my car and the next day I noticed I was missing two lug nuts .. while cashing me out the didnt remove the charge for the tire rotation charged me for it then had to refund which didnt clear my bank for three days .. when I returned to the car there were parts to the glove box that werent replaced after they changed the AC filters .. I now have to take time off to get estimates on the damage to my car .. this was an absolutely horrible experience .. and dont recommend jiffy lube at all they tried to make me believe I needed all kinds of different things done to the car .. my brother is a mechanic so I called and asked before I allowed them to do anything and he said they were probably just trying to rip me off .. he checked everything for me they said need to be done and he was right they were just trying to rip me off . So disappointed ..

Yes, I did get an oil change but I also got other aspects of the car inspected which had been previously seen at the Kia dealer. The dealer said certain things needed repair and the Jiffy Lube inspection revealed no action needed at this time. I always appreciate when a mechanic is honest and tells me things DONT need to be done. Bolsters my confidence and trust in them. Naturally I did get the oil change done and on this day I was in and out and was able to use a $15 coupon I received online.

My 15 minute oil change took an hour and a half. They are doing a safer oil change pumping the oil out of the top with a rolling vat with a pump. So its slower. But honestly its better than the way they were doing it which damaged the oil pan. They also are having the mechanics enter all the info on a large heavy tablet. So thats making it slower.

Got my oil changed quickly with excellent customer service. Showed me my filters and asked if i wanted to change them rather than just tell me hey they need changed.

Sam was honest and amazing. He knew exactly what he was talking about and was extremely polite and courteous. I definitely recommend this location and Sam in general.

Didnt like them screwing with everything under the hood. Wont go back. Just wanted oil done.

The technician didnt put the oil cap back on. I was traveling out of town the next day. The oil was burning within the engine block. I had to stop at a gas station, purchase more oil, and put duct tape temporarily. Thankfully, there was a store that sell the oil cap for my car; it 20 miles away from the gas station.

I love going to this location in particular because the employees are very friendly and know what theyre talking about. That Sunday staff is on point. Most definitely recommended. They are more than just an oil change place and make you feel welcomed.

I have taken all of my cars here for oil changes going on 4 years. They are the best I really appreciate their professionalism and positive attitude. Due to Covid customers have to stay in car the guys there have portable air conditioner hoses so you can stay cool while your car is off definitely put customers needs first!

Worst place to use the restroom, toilet doesn’t flush. Employees were mad because I used there restroom by mistake. Due to my husbands poor directions. Had 2 employees tell me I was in the wrong restroom. “Obviously when I see there employee jackets hanging. At least there toilet flush.

Jiffy Lube is the only place we change our oil. The check and fill all fluids and there is no one trying to con you into something you dont need. All the employees are honest and friendly. I recommend Jiffy Lube to all.

Incompetent staff, they lie to me about discounts, an employee broke my glove box and didnt offer to fix it or paid me a cent for it, this will cost me between $60-$300 new, and I had to drive back after I left because another employee forgot to give my CC back

They have a great crew working at this location now. They keep an eye out for potential issues or problems that your vehicle has or may have while performing the oil change or whatever other work your there for. They are also very helpful and understanding, and will work with you on the price of whatever work needs to be done as much as they can.

I am an extremely picky and bossy little lady and he made sure that my directions were followed completely to the letter. I was extremely satisfied with jiffy lubes service the mechanics and the store manager went above and beyond my expectations. Our Suburban was over due for an oil change. We just drove down from Michigan. The staff greeted me with a very polite, professional and helpful attitude. Our oil was changed per the owners manual specifications and the mileage on the oil change reminder was even reset. The check out process was quick, polite and professional. If I am in the area again and in need of an oil change I would certainly return.

Try another jiffy Lube location. I’m never coming back here ever. A cabin air filter does not cost $50.00, that’s how much these people charge me for my Toyota Corolla 2008. I got totally ripped off. I went in yesterday for an oil change. The service was very fast and cheaper than most places I stopped at before I went to jiffy lube. The staff was very helpful, especially the young lady at the front desk. Diana I beleive was her name, was very helpful. friendly, professional, and exceptionally beautiful.

The gentlemen who provided me with the diagnostic report - what recommendations he was making e.t.c - i believe his name was Carl. Was the ONLY pleasant person there. One of the other employees (i did not get his name) stood behind me looking at me up and down in a very confrontational manner - i felt very intimidated. The mechanics sprayed water all over my chassis as they spilled oil - its only since ive left that ive found oil dripping from the bottom bar. Additionally, the mechanics did not put back the AC filter correctly (they left out a screw - i had to pull over at Bryant park and put it in myself - while i was looking for leaks). If that isnt enough while i was there one of the head mechanics left a ratchet/wrench under my hood which they thought was mine. This business would benefit so much from better, nicer employees.

The service and the staff was excellent from the time I came in and until the time I left. I was in and out in no time! Great job!

I asked for a quote for oil change n gave me a price of $75. And wanted to pay right away but he wanted me to afterwards. Afterwards came n price became $121. His response was that’s what I told you. I’m pretty sure this is pretty common tactic here because otherwise they’d let you pay before services are rendered. Either that’s not right, and it took an hour! With only one car ahead of me. So I’d highly advise you to ask the price before see what happens

This is my first time going to Jiffy Lube. They were professional, easy to work with, and I am very satisfied. I do have to take my car back for an extra coat on the plastic for my headlights, but I was told it is not a problem. Thank you! Unfortunately, they do not have a lifetime warranty on the ceiling that cleans the plastic on your headlights. I paid for a lifetime warranty, and only got it done once. Switch and bait. They did it in FL, but do not offer this service in NJ.

Long story short.. Great staff Excellent Communication Perfect management! I bring my personal vehicle and my companies vehicles as well I definitely recommend this location.
