The pharmacy here is the pits. They send out the automatic message letting you know the prescriptions are but when you call to make sure you have to wait 30 to 45 minutes to get it. Stay clear of this CVS pharmacy. Walmart is better and the automated message is correct when informing you that your prescription is ready. If I could give the a zero stars I would. I am sitting here in the parking lot waiting and typing it his review.

Hypoluxo and Jog rd CVS store. They do not honor their advertised BOGO price if you are paying with Medicare advantage OTC .BOGO price appears to be given to others but not to seniors and disabled people who have this advantage card. Appears to be discriminatory toward seniors and or disabled who have medicare. The clerk was extremely rude. I called CVS customer service about this. They did not have the courtesy to call me back. Appears CVS Corporate does not care. I can only base this on the Hypoluxo CVS experience. They have lost a long time customer.

The pharmacist was very patient and knowledgeable w my questions regarding the side effects from the antibiotics ive been taking.

Saw online they showed stock on masks, called customer service, Nick answered the phone and kept two boxes for me. I dropped by everybody is so friendly and the product is there.

This is by far THE best Pharmacy I have ever been too. Ive been to publix, walmart, heb, and this small neighborhood place off jog Rd. And no one even comes close. Its not just that they are really nice, which they are, but they are fast, efficient and accurate. They are always on the ball. Unfortunately, Ive had a lot of experience with a lots of Pharmacys cause I take a lot of meds and in the past have had to spend time correcting Pharmacy mistakes and making sure they process prior authorization, refills, etc. Thats never happened at this cvs. Both pharmacists are great. The one pharmacist who was working a.m. shift on 2/12/20 is crazy awesome. Trying to think of a clever analogy to highlight how great she is at multitasking but I got nothing... shes just really great. The whole team is. Great job!

Everyone at the store is nice and its always clean. Ive never dealt with anyone in the Pharmacy so I dont know about that part.

The prices are going up. Even some of the prescriptions I put in have went up alot.
