Just have to say My Mother has been seeing David for quite a while. Ive now taken her to two appointments and Im super impressed with his professionalism and mannerism with his Clients. He made time for me, at 54 to give me a complete hearing test, because people seem to think I needed one, which turned out to be normal :) I highly recommend David with Beltone. I rarely write reviews, but my experience at Beltone Audiology & Hearingin Lakewood was truly exceptional. David Ives is a very compassionate person and his communication is second to none. I have been seeing David for over 4 years and would never think about going anywhere else.

This is my second pair of Beltone hearing aids. The first proved very durable long lasting. I was very happy with them and the service provided.I have only had these Amaze units for a little over a week.The first thing I noticed was how much more I could hear; song birds, refrigerator running and steps crunching on gravel. I had forgotten these sounds.The second pleasant surprise was the “recharge” feature. I have been getting easily 16+ hours out of a charge and they are not even close to needing a recharge. The recharge time after that much use is just over an hour(although I haven’t specifically timed it). The recharger is very convenient and portable. NO MORE BATTERIES!!The only downside has been the settings. These were set similarly to my old aids and they are a bit too loud. I will get them adjusted down at my first check up.All told my initial experience has been superb. Final thought is my local Colorado Beltone office has provided Excellent service and advice.

Beltone has been Great since day 1, when i had no idea what to expect. David Ives is a total professional: knowledgeable, caring, proficient, highly skilled, client-centered and thorough. If it hadnt been for his expertise my weird symptoms might not have been diagnosed and resolved.Office administrator Sandy is equally excellent to deal with!I recommend this office for all levels and range of hearing needs.

Sandra is very warm and welcoming from the moment I called to schedule my appointment and got me in fast, David is very knowledgeable about not only the hearing aids but about your particlar hearing loss making sure you absolutely understand and comfortable with the hearing aids because you leaving happy and satisfied is Davids goal.

I feel very comfortable going to Dr Ives. He gives thorough testing and explained what the results are. He checks my hearing aids every 4 to 5 months unless I’m having a problem with them. In which case he will get me in sooner to address the problem. He listens to any problems you might be having and helps you work thru them.

Went in to see what’s up with the latest and best tech hearing aids...and rechargeable!!! Got the scoop from Doc Ives, who is so great at explaining things in regular English! So I ordered a new set and can’t wait...I cannot imagine going anywhere else for my ears!

My wife experienced sudden hearing loss and while we were frantically trying to figure out how to deal with her issues and navigate through all the options for hearing aids on the market. Our first reaction was just go to the first Hearing aid store and buy the most expensive set of hearing aids as recommended but them but quickly realized that that was a mistake. We started educating ourselves by researching on the internet as well as reaching out to other Audiologist. I am a 65 yr young active young Lady who have visited two other Audiology Offices due to hearing loss. Neither place really seemed in what fit me and my everyday needs at work, Social time and spending time with my Grandchildren. I’m pushing 70 and had been working in close proximity to jet aircraft for the major part of my life, so I make it a point to have my hearing checked every two years to see how I’m doing — for free. Dr. Ives runs a very professional office and is very friendly and approachable for ant questions I might have. After each visit, they will send you a copy of your test results for your files. So far, I’m holding my own, but if/when I ever do need hearing aids, I believe I will have already established a good working relationship with this Beltone office. Thanks!

What a positive experience! I never realized how much hearing loss I had until my first appointment at Beltone 3 years ago. Audiologist, David Ives took the time to explain the different types of hearing loss & I cant say enough about the difference for me today. Every morning I put my hearing aids in because I dont want to miss a thing!
