Robin was very thorough and helpful. I had old hearing aids and the new technology is allowing me to enjoy more of everyday life. Robin explained why that has happened and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend her.

I had been using 6-year-old generic hearing aids and my hearing was getting worse. I knew it was time for better hearing. Im glad I made the decision to go to Robin at Vital Hearing. She is certainly extremely professional, but she also seems to truly care about ensuring my happiness with my new hearing aids. She is extremely patient in answering my questions and explaining details to satisfy my technical curiosity. She has made several tweaks to my Oticon More-3s until Im very happy. Im hearing what I want to hear, but NOT hearing too much ambient noise, thanks to customized settings that Robin created for me. Robin is a delightful person to work with.

Robin is the best, I purchased a hearing device from her five years ago. In all the five years I couldnt be more pleased with her care and service of my device. My service contract expired and she still offered to give any help I needed. I have a Cochlear Implant on my left side and it was her suggestion to shop around to see what was more compatible with my implant. I did some consultations with other suppliers but they were not very helpful and didnt really seem to care about me. Robin routinely checked in on me to see how I was doing and I told her about other audiologist and I asked her what she recommended. Robin gave me more options and devices available, if she does not have an answer she will research until she does have an answer. I am happy to say that I am a repeat customer and highly recommend Robin if you are in need of hearing devices, excellent service, routine cleaning and supplies. Thank you Robin, youre the best.Tony

After my husband passed away inJanuary, I called the hearing aid place where we purchased his hearing aids to see if they would fit his hearing aids to me. We paid $7,000 for his hearing aids. They told me it was not possible as his aids were fitted to him. The warranty had expired, although his aids were only three years old. They told me to just donate the aids to charity.A friend told me about Vital Hearing. I took the hearing aids to Robin. She was able to fit the aids to me at our initial visit. It was determined that I did need to have molds made of my ears, but she was able to fit my husbands hearing aids to me for less than $1,000. That is a long way from $7,000. She saved me several thousand dollars.I wish we originally would have gone to Vital Hearing to get my husbands hearing aids. We could have saved a lot of money.By the way, my hearing aids work like a charm.Thanks Robin

I was visiting from out-of-town and needed a part for my hearing aid. Robin was able to fit me in for an appointment the same day I called. She didnt have the part, but was able to adapt my hearing aid so I could use it. She ordered the parts and called me within a few days to let me know they had arrived. Outstanding customer service!

I dont usually write reviews, but Robin was so wonderful that I just have to tell others.Ive needed hearing aides for quite some time now. Ive gone to a few places, including Costco, and have dealt with the sticker shock, grumpy old audiologists, and pushy salesmanship. The audiologists seemed to always want to sell me the most expensive hearing aids, telling me that the less expensive ones were no good for my type of hearing loss.Not Robin. After the most extensive hearing test Ive ever had (Ive had about 10 in the last five years), she went over my options. She knew what my insurance benefit would cover and did not push for one device over another. She explained the features of each hearing aid and when I asked why she was recommending one brand over another, she explained that the brand we she was showing me was better for people with my type of hearing loss. Ive never had an audiologist take the time to explain these types of things to me before.Robin is professional, patient, kind, and easy to work with. Going to Vital Hearing was definitely the right decision for me. Not only do I have hearing aids that will improve my quality of life, I have them at a price I can afford.

I was very pleased with the hearing aid service that Robin provided! We tried various manufacturers and settled on one that met my needs. I have been wearing hearing aids for over 16 years.

I have worn hearing aids for well over 25 years and have found it extremely difficult to find a hearing aid provider that is competent and not in it to just sell me the latest thing. Robin with Vital Hearing is awesome! I found out that I needed hearing aids in not only 1, but both ears and was sent to see Robin. Robin is a very kind, caring and knowledgeable professional. I just picked up my charging dock from Robin for my hearing aids and love not having to change the batteries every 4 to 5 Days. With Robins help, my hearing aids have opened up a whole new world. I referred my mother-in-law to Robin, she just received her new hearing aids and loves them.
