Dr Baller is a true professional. He traveled to my senior mothers home to ensure she was fitted with personalized hearing aids for her small ear canals and he took the time to ensure her comfort for her new experience with the devices. At the time I was traveling overseas and I appreciated Dr Ballers sincere and professional care of my mothers hearing loss.

I definitely give Professional hearing a five star!Dr. Jeff Baller was gentle and understanding and gave me step by step explanation of what he was doing and what to expect,Oh, and to see what it looks like in the ear canal was awesome too!

Great home visit and I can hear better now at home

I found Professional Hearing Services through searching for hearing aid repair. As I had been told by two other businesses I tried before them, I again was told my hearing aid was irreparable - but was offered the option of getting reassessed in consideration for new hearing aids at a more reasonable price than my prior ones. The hearing test was administered by their audiologist, who was friendly and explained procedures and results in easily understood terms. The office was also very accommodating in scheduling around winter weather inconveniences to me as a driver. I appreciated every aspect of their office.

Dr. Bree Koncak did an amazing job explaining my hearing loss and the best options for hearing aids. She was helpful, caring and professional. She even programmed a set of aids so I could try them out in the office and see what a difference they make. And, they really made a difference! This practice is great!

They made it so easy for me to try multiple devices and determine what worked best for my one-sided deafness. They ordered the device and programmed it for me and even helped fit it perfectly to my ear. I am so impressed by the service I received and the product is phenomenal as well. Entirely professional with personable with expert mobile services because I am recently home bound. This is my second set of hearing aids as I have put off getting new hearing aids for a long time because of the cost. They have excellent no-interest financing available, which helped tremendously. My new wireless, nearly invisible hearing aids are wonderful in my social events and very comfortable. Not only does he use the most modern approaches to ensure the best results (e.g., uses a laptop to very carefully diagnose hearing issues, and calibrate the hearing aids) but whenever weve had questions in the months after, hes be incredibly responsive and helpful.
