I have been coming here for years, and have always had great service! I’ve always had the same specialist, and am on my third pair of hearing aids. She is knowledgeable, helpful, and always listens to my concerns. The receptionist is also very good and took time to acquaint me with the new Bluetooth system.

Its a very nice office and Valerie and Sheryl (sorry for misspellings) were absolutely wonderful. It was like visiting friends and not some sterile environment where you just go in and get out. I enjoyed it very much and Im very happy with the hearing aids Im trying out. I definitely recommend this place.

I was very impressed with both the office and the staff. Sheryl was very low key non confrontational and very knowledgable. She explained all parts of the hearing test showed me my areas of hearing loss and explained the different hearing aids. I am trying one for a week a d already I notice a difference. I would strongly recommend HEARUSA. to anyone e experiencing hearing problems.

Very professional and friendly. Didnt try to sell me the most expensive product they had and informed me if their specials! Allowed me to try the product and I could really tell the difference once it was removed. I will definitely be doing more business with them.

Not the friendliest service. I would like to hear a friendly welcome. Good morning, Welcome to Hear USA. As a greeting. I was handed a piece of paper and told to go somewhere else to complete it. Its because they dont allow more than 1 person at a time in the building. But it could have been a lot friendlier. I felt like a cow being herded.
