Mallory Allen was pleasant, knowledgeable and very professional. She answered every question and explained everything to me. Can’t ask for better service.

Nathan accommodated my schedule for my initial and follow up appointments and was very pleasant. Mallory was incredible testing my hearing, advising me on which hearing aid is best for my condition, fitting my first ever hearing aid, and instructing me on its use. My family and friends all remark how happy they are that I can now hear them and Im happy that I dont have to ask them to repeat themselves or pretend Ive heard them. I was surprised to learn from Mallory that poor hearing could affect my brain. I wish I had gotten them years ago. Guess a 93-year old can learn new tricks.

So far very happy with the entire experience with these folks from the communication of the receptionist to the expertise of the hearing specialist during the very complete and professional hearing exam. She was very carful to fully explain everything. My wife and I left feeling very confident that we received the best care possible. Highly recommend this facility.

Robin at the Lakewood Co. office is THE BEST! It all started back in May 2016 when I was told I needed (2) hearing aids. My 1st visit with her she was very informative and knowledgeable about hearing loss and hearing aids. We went with the Oticon Opn-1 brand hearing aids. I had a big trip planned (30th wedding anniversary), leaving June 11th. She said she would try to have them for me by then but I understood it was a long shot. Bless her heart, she called me on Thursday June 9th and said she had my new hearing aids and she had a cancellation on Friday, could I come in @ 10:00 A.M.? I showed up Friday @ 10:00 and discovered what beautiful sounds I have been missing. Moving forward to now (Sep. 2016), I had another appointment with Robin. She addressed a couple items that I was not sure on, tweaked the volume and helped me set up my I-phone to work with my hearing aids. I loved my hearing aids before, but LOVE them even more now. Robin takes the time to listen and address any issue you have! I would and have recommended her to friends and family.Like I said in the beginning She is the BESTThank You Again Robin!
