This is a great place to purchase a hearing aid. Their education, follow-up, and service were wonderful. My dad went to a number of places, but Affordable Hearing Center offered the best value and customer care after purchase. I highly recommend!

The Affordable Hearing Center in Lakewood Colorado has outstanding products and Customer service. Dr. Ross Archie and his assistant Julie are knowledgeable and sincerely care about their clients. My wife accidentally broke her Hearing Aid while removing her mask. She called Affordable Hearing in Lakewood Colorado and was told to bring it in. I was tested for hearing loss and Ross Archie suggested I try hearing aids set for my home and places I regularly go to. It took some getting used to but Ross was very patient and I find I really like hearing my friends and family and TV! The receptionist, Julie, is friendly and upbeat and gets appointments and check-ins made easily. I highly recommend them!

Kind and caring to my 85 year old mom. She has been convinced for years her loss of hearing was due to a wax buildup. So thankful that Ross explained to her exactly what was happening to her physically and mentally with her loss of hearing. Reluctantly, I kept my appointment with Hearing Specialist, Dr Archie, from the Lakewood, CO - Hearing Center, considering the stay at home orders in place. However, Mr Archie, and I practiced social distance, but he was still very professional, accommodating, and made me feel like a valued patient. Very explicit in explaining certain recommendations and offering solid and much needed advice and suggestions. I must say, at 79 years old, I was very thankful for his expertise and kindness while I was there yesterday. Ive praised other hearing specialists in the past, however, I wont forget how Dr Archie, twice now,has treated me with professionalism and coupled with his exceptional customer service skills, makes him somewhat rare, in any field of customer service. Ross Archie and Julie know their stuff. They set me up with a hearing aid solution that I am extremely pleased with. Ross took the time to make sure he covered everything and I completely understood how they work. He even contacted tech support, while I was sitting there, to answer questions I had about Wifi and Bluetooth connectivity. All this while they were in compete compliance with Covid protocols. (The last specialist I met with couldnt have been bothered with that.) I recommend this location, these pros and their products and service completely.

The newest aids they are selling are worth the price! Im hearing things I havent heard in YEARS!

Kaycee and her associate are a very pleasant, professional, and helpful group to work with. I would recommend them. That said, my Starkey NuEar NOW hearing aids are an older iteration of what’s being sold currently. Apparently Starkey has not come out with satisfactory, effective Bluetooth software upgrade for them, i.e., they’re constantly cutting out, one connecting & one not, etc. The offered “solution” instead is to upgrade to the newest version. That’s an unacceptable, very expensive choice.

Whenever I need help, they give it. And in timely fashion. And once the pandemic ends, maybe theyll even have cookies out in the reception area to make the visit even sweeter.

Ive been going to Affordable Hearing for over 20 years and probably 3 sets of hearing aids. Id have to have a powerful incentive to go to anyone else. Ive always had a good experience from friendly, knowledgeable staff whether looking for new aids, fixing some little thing with the current ones or needing a little adjustment. (In 20 years, hearing aids have really changed!)

Be sure to shop. These folks dont necessarily have your best interest in mind.

The staff at Affordable Hearing is terrific! They have always exceeded my expectations and make me feel like I am their (i know better) only customer.I even stopped in twice without an appointment and was met with the typical friendly professionalism.

I paid right at $4000 for my hearing aids several years in the past. I needed new tubes for them and took them to Affordable Hearing.No soap! They don’t manufacture those any more! So here I sit with a white elephant!However, they still sell the batteries under the NuEar brand just no parts. BSWill not recommend them to anyone!Beyond disappointed! 😞😞
