Bought 3 bikes from them because of the staff. Ron, Jason, Joe and Jessica were my reasons to buy there.They have all gone and luckily found each other at Indian of Monmouth. I have since purchased 2 bikes from them and couldnt be happier.

The very 1st thing they say Harley of Lakewood where the bikes have the attitude not our people, is absolutely false. From the front desk to sales, to maintenance every time i call or walk in, every single employee has an attitude like im interrupting their personal life.On top of the non professional attitudes, the turn around time for bike work is an absolute joke. Im yesd, to death and wait months. I dislike leaving such reviews but i refuse to hold in how poorly ive been treated.U.S Army Veteran absolutely love Harley and what the company represent but, this location and the people working there is not acceptable in a professional stand point, especially as a customer.

I was greated by Eric one of the Harley salesman who was very kind and informative about every question I had on the bike. Brad the finance manager was great as well there were no surprises and was in and out in less than 2 hours. Smoothest sales process Ive ever had 5 stars highly recommend going here.

I started my motorcycle journey at this dealer last year. Eric was able to put me on a great bike to start with and the rest of the staff were extremely friendly and courteous. Took the Msf course through them as well and the instructors were great.I came back 2 days ago and ended up upgrading the sportster custom to a heritage softail. Good sale price for the bike, great trade in value for mine. They even let me borrow a bike until I could pick up my new (to me) one. Dealt with Eric again. Good to see the same people stick around. My go to dealer for sure.

Service is not good. They told my friend to pick up the bike he paid for in cash, but it wasnt there because they messed up. They still had the guts to give my friend a hard time till he showed them the text they sent him saying that. All they had was lies and child like excuses. They deserve to get shut down.

I had a great experience buying my first Harley. Everyone from the sales department, accessories, department, and service department were very helpful. They have a great selection of new and used bikes. I couldnt be more satisfied with my purchase.Update: This is my second motorcycle purchase from Ocean County Harley-Davidson. Both times I felt like they were doing everything they could to get me onto the bike I wanted. This second time was for my wife. She saw a Heritage Classic that she really wanted and Howie did everything he could to make it happen. I felt great about the purchase and really appreciate it.Another Update:I want to say a big thank you to the parts department atHarley-Davidson Of Ocean County. Just 5 days short of being out of warranty my Road King battery dies on one of the nicest days of the year to ride. I called up the parts department and they told meto bring it back and that they would test it. If its bad they will replace it. I got there 45 minutes before they closed and was told that it would take longer to fully test and that I would have to come back tomorrow to pick up a replacement battery if it was faulty. I explained that I live 50 minutes away and it would be a real hassle to drive home with no battery just to come back the next day to waste 2 hours driving back and forth and they did the right thing and gave me a replacement battery on the spot. Much appreciated!!!

I cant thank Harley Of Ocean County enough. Learn to ride, sales, parts, everyone was on point and very welcoming and accommodating. I took the Learn to ride program, started on a Monday, finished on Wednesday morning, went to the local DMV, got my motorcycle endorsement and pulled off the lot with a brand new Harley by Wednesday afternoon.

Eric was the best to buy from, quick, painless and easy, treated me like family from the moment I walked in.

Bought an exhaust shield online from them, it was said to be new in description with no mention of damage. the pictures showed something on it which was claimed to be only residual adhesive from tape when the part arrived it had obvious damage to the finish on both ends. when i tried contacting them for a solution they offered 5 dollars back on the purchase which i disagreed to. after that they would not return any messages to me and issued 5 dollars back to my paypal account. upon posting a negative review they then tried to make the situation right with me. this is very petty for a harley davidson dealership. for many of us that take pride in our bikes it is sad to see how this dealer treats customers. im sure this isnt how it always is but one time is still too many. everyone be aware. buy elsewhere if you can. i will not buy from them again that is for sure.

This place is not the outstanding place it used to be constantly seems understaffed and parts are never in stock most of the motor clothing shelves seem empty.

Very nice dealership. We ran in for parts that our local dealer didnt have in stock. Staff was pleasant and greeted us with a smile. Parts staff recalled us readily from a phone conversation and had the parts we were asking after ready to go. Price for parts was as reasonable as it gets. From what we saw, the floor was packed out pretty well with displays and paraphernalia. Seems like a good place to go; even fellow bikers in the parking lot were personable and engaging, which hasnt always seemed to be the case. Very likely well be dealing with this location in the future, even if the ride is an hour long. But it is a really nice ride to get there.

Brought my bike there to get it fix. There was an issue with one of their mechanic. However the owner of HD made right thing and the other mechanic fixed my bike and it ran like new! Definitely will be returning and my next bike purchase will be that location.

Enter the place some employees were wearing a mass some were not wearing a mask. there was no hand sanitizer when I walked in. Everybody was busy. One guy had me standing behind the line for over 5 minutes never welcomed me or quickly said can I do something for you.with no acknowledgment one guy showed me where the oil was and then when I went to pay for another 5 minutes..finally I went over to the girl and she was on a telephone call. Not wearing a mask I felt very uncomfortable and it was one of the first times I was never welcomed and greeted at this harley store.Very disappointed. Bought my oil but Ill find elsewhere.we would just stop in Woodstock and we went to the Harley shop up there they all had face shields on very pleasant Can we help you what can we do for you. When we said we were just looking they said no problems. Big difference.

Ocean Harley goes out of their way to make things right. I took the course and got all my gear from here. I was a little upset and felt buying the bike wasn’t the best experience. Well when I went back to pick up some things they really treated me right. They went over the bike with me and answered any questions I had. I am so happy with the bike and the place I will be back to take a one day course and get more gear here.

Amazing dealership at amazing prices just wouldnt buy a used bike from them I bought a 96 softtail Fatboy from them after trading in my new bmws1000rr since then iv gotten 100 miles out of the bike and spends almost 2k fixing it and it still barely runs I have called many times and have been told they would call me back. When I bought the bike I was told it had a small oil leak not that it doesnt run. Still nothing from them in almost a year spending a good amount of money each month for a bike I cant even ride let alone get a call back for would definitely recommend buying any of their new bikes just would never in my life recommend buying a used bike. I love riding all year long just cant happen since iv bought a bike from here.

Rode my brand new bike 2020 Low Rider S from Passaic County to OC Harley on a Wednesday for 1000mile service. Everything went well till two days later, I attempt to go for a ride and my bike won’t start. I called to resolve issue. No call back. Too busy. Never had issues.. have a trickle charger.. but Harley fails me again. Have some integrity and accountability.

I have always Spectro oil for my 3 oil changes. So I was surprised that the price for labor to change the 3 oils is now with tax $200.00. (I supplied the Sprectro oil kit which includes all oil, filter and gaskets)

Waste of time and money, asked if I needed an antenna with a HD BoomBox 6.5 for my stock StreetGlide, they said no, after they open it up they tell me I need an antenna and to come back to install one after they order it, I have to pay 2 services instead of One

My experience with this dealership started off very well and ended very poorly. I felt that my importance as a customer ended once I signed my name on the dotted line. Extended delays on the scheduled pick up date, dirty bike (new off showroom floor), improperly installed highway pegs {one higher then the other}, a very rushed and abbreviated familiarization walk through, no follow up communications to see how I was getting along or to thank me for doing business with them, and the icing on the cake, receiving my new reg/plates in the mail,,,,,,,,,,,,funny thing is I wanted and requested to transfer my old plates from my trade in. No need to discuss the events surrounding my initial (and only) visit to the dealer because they ultimately failed in every way that matters.

Allie was very helpful in facilitating a leather jacket return in the Lakewood HD store, (that I had purchased online). Despite the online departments computer system not allowing access to make the return she hung in there and made phone calls to get the job done! She was also very nice to me and showed me many other jackets in the store to find one that fit.. Her time spent was much appreciated.

This is my second Harley from Harley Davidson of Ocean County from Dan Flynn and the experiences just get better. I came in with my 13 year old son and we had a great time and my son felt like a big kid. They treated him like he was the customer and that made me feel very happy, he wasnt just a kid in the store.
