Absolutely horrible! For your safety and well being DO NOT take your bike here. We made that mistake and have had nothing but problems since. We were having issues with the wiring and gas light on our R1 and also knew it was time for an oil change and tune up before summer, talked to the guy, he gave us a fair quote and said he could have it done in 2 weeks. (Too good to be true!). 2 MONTHS later the work was still not done. We had to continuously take the bike back and forth from them. The first time first thing we noticed was that the wiring was still not right (blinkers were not working) the second time we got the bike back, bolts were very loose and even missing! And not just a little screw loose, I mean bolts/screws that keep the bike together! (They could have killed us!!). And finally the third and final time we got the bike back, my boyfriend actually had to show up at the business and force the mechanic to finish putting the bike back together with his help. All in all the gas light never got fixed, the wiring we basically ended up having to do ourselves, bolts and screws were missing, loose, and some even from a completely different bike (we had upgraded carbon fiber ones that some how could not be found after they tore the bike apart and put it back together). The safety switch that turns off the bike if you try to take off with the kick stand down was disconnected - again another mistake that could have really done some damage. Plus we got charged for an oil change that never got done, they even tried to charge us for extra labor (this is after my boyfriend had to go in and help/force them to put it back together). The owner acknowledged his mechanic was in over his head, but still failed to make things right and finish the work he said he was going to do. All in all this place is a joke and absolutely horrible! Please think twice about taking your bike here if you care about your safety as well as your bike.
