On 10/3/21 at 3:25 PM during business hours, the store was closed with no employees present with this sign placed on the door. I needed to send a package and their hours are listed as being open 12-6 PM. Terrible.Apparently FedEx just allows their employees to close the shop down and vacate whenever they get a snack attack? And worse- to not say what time they will be back, like back at 3:30, but a vague Back in 45 minutes, meaning it could be up to 45 minutes until they decide to reopen. Cool.
Absolutely the worst way to ship stuff. Not only did this company push my package back. They waited till the end of the day to deliver. I have a show to do and now Im stuck going to this performance without what I NEED for the show. If I could leave a negative star I would. Do Not Us This Worthless Service.
This place will try and make you replace your own packaging material so you have to buy an expensive FedEx packaging. RIP off

Every single time I go to this location, there is one employee who refuses to wear a mask properly while everyone else working is wearing one. His mask is always loosely covering part of his mouth while his nose is uncovered. And they have a sign on the front of the door refusing service to customers not wearing masks but their own employee has so little respect for the customers and his CO workers that he cant be troubled to learn how to wear one properly after a year. And no management cares either because they continue to let this behavior continue. My last time doing business at this location. This store has now lost my money due to this selfish employee.

I had to wait in line and did not get what I need and paid 4 bucks. Guy didnt seem interested in trying to help me and no concern for how much I paid, 4 bucks for literally nothing. Ive had some shipping nightmares with FedEx overall but with this particular location Ive had nothing but good experiencesTheres a line out the door?My visit is usually no longer than 10-15 minutesTheir system is down?Dont worry about it they got solutions and make you feel like theyre going to handle the situation (and these guys do)Why am I leaving a long review for a FedEx store?Cuz a place like this is somewhere where Ill bring my business because you can tell that they actually care about making sure what you need to do gets doneAnd I have yet to meet somebody thats rude there or anything less than completely helpful and nice to be honest, and I feel like Im that annoying customer that needs things printed out all the time.
I usually go to this FedEx, Brandon and Tom always do a great job and are super friendly. Unfortunately the main manager of the store David often doesnt have a mask on or its always under his nose. Pretty silly at this point in the pandemic but the rest of the staff are always great.

Employees here at FedEx like to steal packages so beware. Dropped off 4 Wheels all boxed up and immediately same day one of the wheels disappeared and was never delivered, and this isn’t the first time just look at the reviews I just wish I would’ve read them first. Process to claim a missing package is just about as inconvenient as loosing it. I’m sure the employees lift packages on a weekly basis since they know they won’t be held accountable from corporate.This is the service I get after paying $260 for shipping REAL PATHETIC FEDEX

I thought FedExs motto is when you absolutely need to get it there overnight. Yeah only of you get there before 6. Should be written in bold everywhere especially when a fedex truck is right there. $96 later my overnight package is 2 days and it is a matter of life or death. My son is now stuck for an extra day....really?? Then they said something about oh the computer if it was just a drop off...super confusing store...just bad...extremely unhappy and i still dont know if Sat will be ok or not. In these times you need to know you can count on something. Obviously fedex is not it...
What a great team here! Theyve been very accommodating for multiple projects and work quickly. Liz has been especially helpful.EDIT: Just worked with Tom on a project, and service was excellent. He worked for multiple hours ensuring the job was done well and to my satisfaction. Would recommend this team any day!
Cory and crew are awesome! Came into last min for a football game and wanted a sign to take. They helped with graphics and sign size, we came in with idea and they put it all together!! Great guys. Would recommend to all.
They always complete my print jobs much quicker than expected. The work always looks great. I may not have been the most polite customer today as I was a having a case of the Mondays, but the two ladies that helped me were very friendly and quickly snapped me out of my snark. I would recommend this location over others that I have been to in Lakewood and Westminster.
Periodically use them for printing. Amazing place with very courteous and attentive employees. Never had any problems with the printing that is done here.
Last summer I took all of my daughters wedding decorations and mementos to FedEx for shipment to my home, far from Colorado. These werent the usual decorations, they were nuts and bolts, checkered flag duct tape, caution cones, fuzzy dice, a bridal bouquet made out of road maps, odd containers, and other craft items and racing memorabilia that was part of her car-themed winter wedding in the mountains. After explaining much of the meaningful stuff, I left it all to two ladies who carefully wrapped, protected, thoughtfully packed and shipped everything. About a week later, all the boxes were delivered in pristine condition without a mark on them. Everything was well protected and in excellent condition. Thanks to the two ladies who must have taken hours to wrap it all, and for the careful shipping and handling for safe delivery home!
The entire staff was very friendly. They explained that it would be better if they packed my shipment of kitchen items for my daughter and the charge for doing so was very reasonable. They did a great job all of the way around. I would definitely, highly recommend this store and the team they had on duty when I was there. Thanks again!
I dont know what kinda coffee theyre feeding the employees in the back but they go way too fast through printing stuff. Was charged a setup fee even though my document was already set up. Then when I went to trim it I discovered theyd misprinted a page. I took it back over to the desk and they tried to say it was my documents fault. When we looked through the document and found the missing page, she said what do you want me to do about it? I want you to print it!! Wow! Ive put up with this overpriced store in the past but never again. At least the printers at Staples have a better attitude.
I really needed to staple some zines while in Colorado, and found this shop. I was so happy that they have fully stocked and supplied make stations so that you can do your own work. The best thing that Fed Ex inherited from Kinkos.Clean and friendly store and staff. If you are in need of a stapler in Denver, this is the place to go!
Ive been going here for years and Ive always received good service. Theres hardly a line, much better than the post office. Its worth a little extra!
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. They sent our parcel to the wrong address (they mistyped the zip code) and blamed us for not catching it. Whats worse is that we were charged again to reroute the package. The agent was very defensive and did not even offer a solution or try to work with us. He blamed us and said it was not their fault. No accountability and very arrogant. STAY AWAY!

Love FedEx, always ship my packages/mail correctly and fast. I relay on them now instead of USPS since USPS ships all slow and makes me pay a tracking fee which FedEx doesnt. And customer service is a plus, not grouchy like all those other shipping places.
Had to ship a package to Illinois that was the size of a blender but weighed 19lbs. I brought in this item to be packaged and shipped since i was unable to find the right size box. The item was 14x14x29 at first the employee said he would make a custom cardboard box and then wrap and stuff it, it took him about 10min while I browsed the store then he brought the box to the counter and it was huge! 2 1/2 all around, about the size of a dishwasher. He said he couldnt find a box to customize nearest to my size and then had to use extra wrapping to fill in the voids. He placed it on the scale and it weighed 31lbs and with the box size shipped to IL. For a 3 day delivery he said it would cost $160 and another $17 for packaging. I was frustrated and just paid for the box since it was already wrapped up. Next morning i went by UPS and they had a box 15x15x40 i took it home, used some bubble wrap and brought it back to UPS and the employee offered to cut the height down, he trimmed 9 off the box and said its about 75¢ per inch so i would be saving money, the new weight was 21lbs and 3-4 days ground would cost $50 plus the $7 for the box. Thats over a $100 cheaper and 10lbs lighter then FedEx because of the smaller box size. Not sure if i was being ripped off or the employee was not very bright by packaging a small item in a huge box with a ton of stuffing. Save your $ and ship with UPS.
Not brain dead. That counts for something. Decent people. But basic professionalism lacking. They ought to know about their services by phone. And if they mislead, they ought to call back after you piss away several hours on their say-so.Sad.

EVERY single time I have ever come to this store they tell me my box is not full enough. They open the box and tell me to pay a fee to have them stuff more packing into it when all it is in the box is clothes so no risk of squishing or damaging anything. I ship with UPS multiple times a month and have never ever had this same issue and all of my packages shipped through them arrive to the recipient in one piece no problem. I would never use Fedex ever again if the company I have to return to didn’t use them. Such a huge inconvenience.

My experience with this FedEx printing center has been phenomenal! I have spoken to three different employees concerning the same project - Brandi, Breanna, and Jennifer - and all have been exceedingly kind, friendly, accommodating, and helpful! I have been an extremely nit-picky, persnickety, and even difficult customer, after changing my order several times and constantly asking questions about pricing and different options available to me. Every one of these ladies has worked with me in an astoundingly kind and helpful manner. You should be very proud to have such kind, friendly, and helpful team members who are so committed to customer service! Thank you for all of your help!

Just about every worker at this location mastered the Im trying to look busy by staring at the computer look, or by fast pacing it around the store to make it look like their helping someone. Only good thing about this place is that its close but I think Ill try a different location next time. Hopefully itll be worth the extra drive time....

Wanted to print 5 PDF files, about 20 pages per file. Asked the clerk to print 4 pages per sheet for each file. Clerk said: Its an additional $5 -- Is this a new way to charge the customers or was she making up the fee? I would have printed at home if my printer wasnt acting up. I mean, its a free selection in Print to print multiple pages per sheet, not really something that only FedEx can do, Im still very confused how I got charged for that. Her bad attitude didnt really bother me, what really bothered me was the fact that she combined ALL 5 PDF files and printed them like as if ALL pages were from one file. Ive been to this particular location a few times, but todays visit was most definitely my last visit.

Very disappointing service two different times now. I was on my lunch break and needed some color prints made for my art show this evening and the older lady who started helping me told me she couldnt help me after she started to because other people were waiting in line. Well I had ALSO been waiting in line to get help and I was ALSO on my lunch break (which she implied the others waiting in line were and I was not). She said I would have to wait and come back later. This is ridiculous since I was on my lunch break and did not have time to come back later; hence why I was there in the first place! I have spent quite a bit of money at this place over the years and did not expect this kind of terrible customer service. I will never use this store ever again. I used out of convenience to where I work but will go elsewhere near my home in the future.
I was in line to drop off a return package, with two other ladies behind me. Another customer, who was not in line, rudely inserted himself in front of me when the next shop assistant became available. I pointed out that there was a line and both the rude customer ánd the shop assistant proceeded to ignore me. I will not be returning to this Fedex location.
Excellent service here. I asked for something that would cost money and they pointed me to a free alternative. They even seem to have someone wandering the store making sure everyone can find what they need.

Wait time was needlessly too long. Staff in back talking. Took 2 to 3 minutes to even be acknowledged by anyone. When I finally got go the counter, the staff person gave little attention to my needs and left it up to me to solve my issue.
The clerks basically ignore you as you come in. The clerks were not very friendly. She was very dismissive and tried to give me an answer before listening to my question. The computer kept running slow and wouldnt download document. I was charge over $10 for 6 min on the computer. I came up the street to another facility and had no problem printing my documents.. This company wasted my time and money. I should have read the reviews before stopping here.
It doesnt look like they want to help the customer. You better know the prices when youre walking in the door or they will mislead you... Not a good experience.
This is a terrible fedex center. They refused a pair of shoes I was sending back because the shoe box was moving around in the shipping box. The last time I went in, they refused my shipment because it had the name of the company on the outside. I took it to Walgreens and they accepted it no problem. I will not be returning to this fedex
I have been using Fedex both on my personal side and work side. I have used several other locations and have not had one issue prior. I had so many issues with simply just trying to ship a small envelope, I simply just asked for the package back and went to USPS. Its cheaper anyways....I will not return to this location.

Just to let everyone know Fed Ex does delivery to our leasing office all the time and always leaves a package that does not correspond to any of our residents we have tried to call them and let them however all the ones who answer the phone cant hear you as soon as they notice its a complaint how convenient is that al I know I will never use FED EX my self!!!

Employee just lied to me and said a photo ID is required to ship now per the government. It isnt. This is a new FedEx policy. My bad for switching wallets and leaving it at home, but really FedEx? A criminal shipping something illegally wont have a fake? Get real. Also, dont lie to your customers.
To place a fax, they make you preload a fed-ex card, then you cant use the card for regular purchases. The credit/debit reader wouldnt take my debit card. I faxed a 16 pages of documents...it cost $23...
This is normaly my favorite pack and ship. I generally drive way out of my way to go here. 30 minute drive with traffic today. Shannon is always exceptionally helpful as are the regular day staff. but WOOOOOOOWWW Jordan, the greasy guy with the blank stare is by far the worst customer service rep I have ever had across the board! Not to mention completely lacking in personal hygiene (I could smell him from 10 feet away!). I stood for 5 minutes while he stared blankly out the window with me in front of him. He may have even been drooling. There was a second there where “I thought is this guy dead?” By the smell of it he may have been. But I could hear is heavy breathing so maybe he is sleeping with his eyes open..... This 5 minute inquiry came to an end when one of the in training staff noticed me. And asked how she could help. The sound of people talking broke Jordan from his blank stare and while slurping in a bit of spiddle he immediately started touting that his drawer was closed and there was nothing he could do (they didn’t close for another hour) so the in training staff proceeded to try and help me. While he went back to blankly starring out the window his gaze punctuated only by the occasional face scratch and spiddle slurp. The in training staff had trouble finding a box to fit my 12x9x3 item I asked if there were perhaps any other employees that might know. To my absolute amazement Jordan was the manager on duty! He clumsily fumbled over, his stench in ful bloom and after a millisecond of examination he said the only box that could conceivably fit what I had was 16x16x16 and I would have to pay an oversized fee. Before any further explanation he turned and walked toward the wall were he then stared blankly, breathing heavy and fidgeting with a few papers. While I will never ship anything from here again I am relieved to know If I ever suffer any sort of permenate brain damage this will be the first place I go for a job.
Placed an order on 02/24/2017 for same day pickup and got both email and phone confirmations it would be done no problem. Low and behold I did not make it to the store until today, 03/01/2107, and turns out they never even started the job. From there they explain they dont have enough label stock or colored ink to complete the order if they wanted(20 sheets)? Kind of diapointing to watch a national project crumble because of Kinkos or FedEx?!? Overall, it might be best if the guy who packs boxes isnt your printer as doing both at the sameproficiently seems to beyond their companies capabilities. Shop a specialized printer if you image is important!

Every single time Ive been here, Ive had the same experience: slow as molasses, but at least the employees are nice.Ive used this location multiple times over the years for varying job sizes. I used them to print a several-hundred page binder, and when I showed up at (or if I remember, 5-10 minutes after) the estimated time of completion, the person working there said something to the effect of Oh yeah, thats just about to get started. This was late at night, like 8-10, and I was the only one in the store.Thats a big job though so I thought it happens. But then theres also the multiple times Ive gone in to print a concert or sporting ticket -a 1 page job- only to find the self-help station say Error, see cashier and have to wait sometimes up to 30 minutes in line - usually behind only 1 or 2 people.But the employees always without fail are nice, friendly, and helpful. I dont know if theyre just understaffed or if this location just attracts people with complicated, confusing jobs that happen to walk in right before me.
Poor customer service. They had the wrong name and postal zip code for my package. Thank God I checked thoroughly when they wanted me to verify the information.

Shipped two packages and gave email so they would send me a receipt. They did not and they did not call (from the number I gave them) to let me know they could not email. I called a few times to get information and had to go back in the next day to get a copy of the receipt.
