Fairly new to the area and I have Selective Home warranty (which is a whole other story). I was recommended to Affordable Appliance by my neighbor because my JennAir twin wasnt working correctly. I called and left a message as this was a Sunday. Audrey called the next day, super sweet and friendly. She was able to get someone out to look at my fridge. Dave showed up early and very knowledgeable about the product. He was very witty and his sense of humor made the situation light. He and Audrey ordered there parts and a with 2 days.... there fridge is working great, ice, cold water and both fridge/ freezer are working GREAT!THANK YOU BOTH for making this terrible situation go away!!!

Had a 6 mo. old Maytag washer break. Audrey was very warm and friendly on the phone. I appreciated that they were able to accurately diagnose the problem on the phone and have the part ready to install when the technician came a couple days later. Im sure that doesnt always happen, but its nice to know they try to minimize time and cost to their customers. The technician was also friendly and very knowledgeable about my machine. Answered all questions honestly and shared lots of tips! I hope I never need them again, but if I do, it wont be too painful. Ha!
