I was looking for a reasonably priced washer and dryer for my son. I went to arrow appliance with hopes to find a decent used set. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was out of there in less than a hour with delivery set up for the following day. They came and installed it and put new hoses and ducting and they were very respectful and clean when installing his washer and dryer. They still work great and I am surprised considering they are used daily since the birth of my granddaughter.

Delivery guy was great as well and even helped us set up. Delivery was same day and timely! Will definitely be using them in the future!

I was shopping for a used washing machine and had tried several different appliance shops in the area. I had purchased from arrow appliance several years ago and decided to give them another try. They had an excellent stock of used machines and the sales representative was able to help me to find exactly the right product. They even tested it and replaced the part that they were concerned about and also gave me a 6-month warranty. The sales rep was very knowledgeable about their products and in no way try to oversell me. Im very satisfied with the purchase and the staff was very courteous and attentive. I would definitely recommend arrow appliance to anyone shopping for good used appliances.

Came in to get parts to repair my dryer but after seeing their deals I ended up leaving with a whole new dryer. The customer service was awesome and the employees were all very nice. I will definitely be going back soon.

Great customer service! Erik is very polite, professional, and informative as he explained to me what the issue was...I purchased a used Amana washer and dryer unit from Arrow Appliance and the dryer didnt seem to dry clothes properly.... I called in to have it serviced through my 6 month in home warranty. Erik came out to check the dryer unit and explained that my dryer vent had a minor clog. He was able to pull out the lint and ran the unit to ensure it was working properly before he left. Using the unit today and it works wonderfully!

A great place for appliances/household on a budget, reasonable price, friendly staff, really helpful and huge inventory. When apartment mgr couldnt fix or better yet said oh well we dont have more (tuff luck for this mama of 4) to the loaner fridge i rented i immediately thought of arrow appliance. I went in and got a washer and dryer set and a dish washer. Within a month the washer quit working right. I had to put water in by hand and the laundry did not come out clean. It would take a total of 6 time do get clean laundry. The dishwasher really never worked. I would a do a load of dishes and my kitchen would be flooded. The part that sprayed water melted and came off. The total of time where everything worked good was 3 times. Waste of money

Excellent customer service!!!Family owned business are the best because they understand a family crisis.My fridge broke down and died unexpectedly last Friday and I was referred by a coworker to these guys. As soon as I called in (I was mainly looking for someone to repair my fridge) I got Stacy on the phone. When I explained to her what was going on with my fridge she had such great knowledge of how my fridge should be running and what could be wrong with it. She then explained the price for someone to come out and fix it.When I realized that it might be cheaper to buy a used fridge I asked her if they had a trade in policy or could take my old fridge if I were to buy a used fridge from them, she explained that they had a $20 credit for the fridge and they would gladly take it. (even if only to use it for parts)I was originally trying to get the fridge the next day and she even sent me pictures of the fridges in my price range to try to pick one out before I went into the store the next day. Unfortunately that day they were booked with deliveries so I didnt get same day delivery but was scheduled in for Tuesday (they are closed Sunday and Monday was a holiday)Yesterday (Monday) they called me in the morning and said that they were able to drop off my fridge!! Luckily for me my husband was home and was able to get the new fridge in and they took the dead one with them. You can just imagine how happy we were that we didnt have to go another day with out a fridge.Thank you all for all your help!! I strongly, strongly recommend arrow appliance. They came out fixed my dishwasher. Later I had a leak under my sink almost 3 weeks later! That I thought was from the dishwasher work I recently had done. Turns out it was not from my dishwasher. It was a leak from my faucet head. The repairman tighten the faucet. Stop the leak temporarily. So it turns out I need a new faucet head.Arrow appliance responded right away!! Excellent service!!

Erik Greene came to fix my dryer today. He was exceptionally polite, pleasant and professional. He explained in simple terms what needed to be fixed. He was patient in waiting for me to decide if I wanted it fixed today. Arrow Appliance has outstanding employees, stands behind their appliances and repairs. I highly recommend them!!

Havent had a chance to review. Called a month ago on a part for the refrigerator. Was told it was special order which I was pretty sure it was. Didnt get the name of the lady i was speaking with but she was very polite and helpful. She placed me on hold and came back and said youre in luck someone order same part like a few weeks ago then canceled. I drove over and picked it up. She was just a friendly in person and I was in and out. Fixed the issue same day Thanks.

Salespeople are nice, Carol is especially nice and helpful, however DONT ask for delivery theyll call you the day before your scheduled delivery day and tell you youre the first delivery of the following day so make sure youre at the address before your delivery time and then wont show up for HOURS. When you call and ask where they are they tell you theyre almost there and 30 minutes later are still nowhere to be found. *edited twice now* it took over an hour after they were 10 minutes away and the delivery driver is rude and argumentative when he does get around to showing up.

Jeff is fantastic. Always efficient, honest and on time. ALWAYS get him in there to see first if you need to repair before replacing. Was convinced my cooktop was a goner. Not so, a 200$ fix as opposed to a 1500$ replacement.

Erik was great, he came to fix my dryer and he was extremely polite and patient, he fixed the dryer quickly and also helped explain what he was doing so I could do it in the future. arrow and Erik are very honest and do good work so it’s worth the money.

Purchased a used refrigerator when I first moved to town. I expected it to last for 3 to 4 years max. I finally gave it away 15 years later. Still running great,but as it was just keeping soda cold in the garage--I thought I could save some $$$ on my electric bill. No savings at all. Should have kept it! The best $150.00 purchase ever.

I ordered a used washer, dryer and refrigerator from Arrow, the in house sales staff were very friendly, and helpful, also I like the fact that they were willing to cut me a deal for ordering more than one product, delivery/installation services are very affordable and their technician was highly professional and did a great job hooking up my new appliances and waited to leave until he was sure everything functioned properly. Ill certainly use them again when I decide to upgrade.

The people who are at the company are helpful, and do everything they can to provide the support to get you what you need.

AWESOME! I popped in there on my lunch break one day looking for an inexpensive washing machine that would simply get the job done. The one I was using died unexpectedly and I was not prepared to buy anything new or expensive. I was in and out within 20 minutes; literally! I walked in, was very pleasantly greeted, asked what I was looking for, and directed to a selection of washers that fit exactly what Id listed off (inexpensive, no-frills, get the job done, some kind of warranty). I really appreciated that he listened to me and what I wanted and needed and didnt try to sell me something more expensive. I asked a few questions, got direct answers, made my selection, handed over my credit card, scheduled my delivery and installation for the next day, and was on my way out the door! The delivery guy showed up as promised within the time frame I was given (and called prior to arrival as I requested), disconnected the old washer and moved it out of the way, installed the new washer, tested it, and was done within 30 minutes.They made the entire process SO EASY!! Thank you!

They had what we needed but we went twice and both times the same salesman was kind of short, rude, for no good reason. after the 2nd visit i started to get the feeling that he was just prejudice. I observed him treat another younger, white couple in a totally different tone. I told my husband, he made me very uncomfortable and I did not want to spend our money there. My husband promised to handle it on his own because we needed a machine, machine is good but I would never recommend this place . Other ladies there were nice. Im a 50 year old lady... did not like that rude man at all TWICE

March 2017 I bought a washer and dryer; they did not match as I had just moved out on my own for the first time and could not afford much. I dont think I spent more than $300 on both of them combined; mind you the dryer was very old but a year later it still works very well. The washer works well also. The main salesman was very informative and knew what he was talking about. He demeanor tends to come out as blunt (and can be perceived as rude at times perhaps) but I suppose that is not a bad thing as he was honest. Yesterday (June 2018) i woke up to my fridge having gone out on me overnight. I went to Arrow on my lunch break and found a pretty good selection of all types of fridges. They will give you good deals if there are cosmetic injuries. I got my new fridge at a good discount because the drawers were missing inside the fridge and the rails in the freezer were not there. Not a big deal in the slightest. They also provided me with about a $20 credit off my bill because I allowed them to haul away my old one; which is definitely a win-win for me. It comes with a 6 month warranty as well. The only semi-frustrating thing was the sales woman would not stop hovering; which i understand is their profession. But it was pretty distracting and almost awkward as I felt the need to try and make small talk because there were long periods of no conversation...it was just her following behind me; very distracting. However Im sure I could have asked for a minute alone and she would have obliged. I have dealt with this business twice and a fellow colleague of mine repeatedly goes there to purchase appliances for a business he works at, my neighbor also makes his purchases with Arrow. So far, things have been good. For a used appliance shop, theres a good selection of nice looking appliances. As well as not so nice looking-but works pretty ok for the price youre getting - appliances which they come by honestly. Just know what to expect; it is a used appliance shop - you are not walking into the Sears Appliance shop.

Bought whirlpool commercial capasity dryer, 6 month guarantee against breakdown and service, was told unit was completley gone through, and good working condition, unit arrived and tested load slamming noise when running, arrow sent tech out unit completely worn out, never inspected, resold as rebuilt, very poor quality control if any,

Avoid at ALL COST!!! Extremely rude. I asked to make a purchase over the phone and they called back with an unlisted number asking for personal information. The lady was rude to three different guys including my handyman who is a senior citizen. Avoid working with people like this who verbally attack customers and refuse to understand the situation. I have given over $10,000 of my business to HomeDepot and Lowes with not a single issue.

Usually I get my parts from here when my dryer stops working, but lately their customer service has been awful. Just to make this short, if your in the parts department and you dont want to help customers just say it. Why do I have to do 99% of the research to look for a part just so you can tell me that all the part#s I gave you were incorrect and when I asked if you wanted my model number you told me that you couldnt look it up. Really? So sorry arrow but you lost a customer. I got my part some were else with the numbers I tried to give you

They are not a business worth using.They came out 2 times and they didnt fix it. They were suppose to come out a third time between 1p to 5p . I left work early to make sure i was home . I then called because it was 4:40p and no one had showed up. I spoke to there customer service they said their tech wasnt coming. They were very rude and didnt care that they didnt let me know. The lady said call back when you are in a better mood. Im a general manager of a business and I would never disreguard a customer. They are not dependable and very profesional. I would never waste my time with them. At first I decide to go with them because they had great reviews I sure was fooled! I will never refer anyone. They should really think about hiring staff that like their job .
