Its a family owned store. I went there on the recommendation of my uncle. He has been buying their products for years. My experience was also positive. I bought a used washer and dryer and got a good deal. I got a Kenmore washer and dryer for$550. Delivery and installation were an additional$80. And it came with their own 90 day warranty. You cant beat that in California!

As soon as I walked in I felt comfortable because I was not immediately jumped on by an aggressive sales person as I was in my previous experiences. Stopped by a few days ago looking for a fuse for my Samsung dryer. The man working asked me what the dryer was doing. After explaining that it wasnt starting, but the control panel was working properly, he informed me that it was probably the belt. Apparently there is a switch below the tensioner that shuts down the dryer when the belt breaks. I watched quite a few YouTube videos that never mentioned that. Turns out the guy was 100% right. I installed the belt and dryer works great again. I really appreciate him going out of his way to make sure I had what I needed. Thank you for the great customer service!

My dryer broke. The repairman came promptly and checked my dryer and replaced parts. Reasonable prices too. Will definitely keep them in mind for the future.

Ive never had problems like other people say in their reviews. They have always gotten me the right part the first time. I needed to replace the controller on an oven and they said it was obsolete and couldnt be ordered so I left somewhat disappointed. They called me back on their own later and said they decided to check a unit in the applience graveyard behind the shop and found one but didnt know if it would even work, but I only had to pay if it worked. I took it home, installed it and it worked great.Ive even used them to replace the igniter on my furnace because its essentially the same as an oven, that worked great too. Ive saved so much money having them in town instead of just replacing stuff.

I was told over the phone that they could remove 2 screws off a LG front load washer tub just to remove the spider arm. When I arrived to the location the repair man was extremely not helpful and would even try to remove the screws. I guess he was to busy eating his lunch or he didnt want to be bothered because I was attempting to fix my LG front load washer myself.

This place is the sorriest excuse for a business that Ive ever seen. I have dealt with them a few times now and it is always a nightmare. A couple of years ago I took my water machine in to be repaired and they totally messed it up. The pipe that is connected to the cooling system was broken and I assumed they would solder it like any qualified technician would. Instead of that, they put a piece of rubber hose on it and hose clamped it. Of course, water in the machine never got cold again. A couple of weeks ago, I needed to order a hinge cover for my freezer. They told me it would be there in 2 days and sure enough it wasnt. They told me it was on backorder so they ordered it through another company that was not backordered. Again, I called back in 2 days and no hinge cover. I called back a couple of more times until they started treating me very rudely. A real clueless idiot named Tyrell who apparently runs the parts department would not even let me get a word in edgewise. I talked to a friend of mine who adult with them and he had a similar experience. He took his 15 year old clothes dryer over there to be repaired and they did not know what they were doing. They decided to change part after part until they found the bad one. Any technician worth his salt would have diagnosed the correct part in the first place. After that, they charge them $300 for parts and repair for his 15 year old dryer that he could have replaced. These people are completely crazy and my advice is to avoid them!
