The two installation technicians for LH Brubaker - Park City ( Eric and John) did an excellent job installing our washer and dryer today. They were very careful moving the appliances in and made sure they were hooked up and operating properly before leaving. They even swapped the position of the two appliances to make it easier to do laundry since the washer door could not be reversed.

5 Star Review-I had the challenge of moving to PA from NH and needing to buy appliances during a pandemic. The first obstacle was I was not able to come to PA and I needed to buy my appliances (gas stove, refrigerator, and washer/dryer over the phone. I called LH Brubaker and spoke with Ian Whitman and he asked a few questions and sent some links and appliance suggestions. I know this process sounds simple but purchasing the right appliances for me and making sure they are available is a challenge in a pandemic. Ian was extremely knowledgeable and knew the right questions to ask, to help me decide. We reviewed the order a few times on the phone and he was able to answer any of my questions. I was able to purchase my appliances and they were delivered on time as requested. I was extremely pleased with all the appliances purchased and appreciated Ian’s expertise. The professional installation was another blessing. My appliances were installed, and functionality reviewed. I would highly recommend LH Brubaker to anyone and appreciate the professional teamwork under unusual pandemic situation.

I bought a washer and dryer from LH Brubaker about a year and a half ago, and have had nothing but problems with both appliances. The response from LH Brubaker has been, Well, we dont manufacture the appliances. Poor service after theyve made the sale.

The staff is professional and knowledgeable from start to finish. The delivery team were on time and very helpful in explaining the care and settings of our new refrigerator. I especially appreciated their effort to make sure it fit perfectly and didnt scratch our new wood floors. I highly recommend!

Our installers introduced themselves to us as they entered our house. Keith and Dylon were very careful with our floor and used a plastic board to protect it when moving our three appliances. They were very efficient in figuring out how to get the new washer and dryer moved into a rather small room!

Washer and Dryer delivery was scheduled for a Friday however due to an installer’s illness it had to be rescheduled. A special Saturday delivery was made for us. The installers (Ken & Keith) were very congenial and paid attention to detail during the install. At the completion of the install a thorough explanation of the washer and dryer’s functions and controls was provided.

Keith & Seth were great. They were efficient and polite. They made sure that everything worked well. It was a joy having them do my instillation.

THEY ARRIVED IN TIME FRAME AND COMPLETED THE REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION EFFICIENTLY. WERE POLITE AND FRIENDLY. ANDREW GAVE A QUICK DEMONSTRATION ON HOW TO DO THE BASIC STUFF. THIS DOES NOT REFLECT ON THEM BUT THERE IS NO MANUAL INCLUDED IN THE DELIVERY AND THE MORE DETAIL OPERATIONS ARE NOT INCLUDED WITH THE INSTRUCTIONS THAT WERE DELIVERED. I DOWNLOADED A MANUAL FROM THE WEB SITE BUT WOULD LIKE A HARD COPY.

Salesman was helpful, and the appliances nice. However, LH Brubaker charged me over $200. to install the vent hood, and left with it hanging off center over my stove. It looks terrible, and is so far off center that it can’t even function as designed! I’ve gotten zero response from the emails and pictures I’ve sent asking that this issue be resolved.

Ken B. installed our suite of appliances. He was knowledgeable and very professional. He installed five appliances with the help of Keith who was also knowledgeable and professional. Both were friendly and explained the aspects of the different appliances.

We just remodeled our kitchen and had to buy all new appliances. We had an issue with our sales associate, Gary where he confirmed our delivery date several times, but never actually put us on the install books. However, Tony, the GM, got it all fixed for me and everything was delivered and installed on the originally agreed date. The appliances are beautiful and the guys that did the install (Rich and Craig) were great! Super friendly and kept the house nice and clean during and after they worked. If you use these guys, double and triple check everything to make sure you dont have the same delivery issues I had. So much unnecessary stress.

This was the best buying experience ever!I do my homework when purchasing anything and buy on quality and features not price. The entire staff was great! not Pushy, very knowledgeable of each appliance and feature, and provided a veryrelaxed & fun atmosphere. My salesman Gary was great and helped me get the product that fit my needs. He knew the features on the items I was interested in and helped me chose exactly what I needed! Purchased a new refrigerator in January and had an excellent experience. They came out quickly for the install, got rid of our old fridge, and really did a fantastic job with the new one. They had to run a new water line for the ice maker which they figured out and just did on the spot. The install guy was great and left our kitchen floor cleaner then he found it. Great experience - will definitely shop here again.

Sales team (Peter) was professional and answered all questions we had in regards to oven ranges and what would be good for us. John and JT from the installation team arrived earlier than the time frame and went to work right away. The new range had a cosmetic issue and before they brought it in, they asked if that was okay and that they would be back out to fix the issue within the week. After install, they went over how to use it and were able to answer questions. Overall, both sales and installation teams were professional and wonderful to work with.

These people were phenomenal!! Their service was truly top notch, they did everything they needed to in a quick manner while staying attentive to details. Very pleased with them and would highly recommend their products and delivery/installation services.

My husband and I just built a brand new home. It was a wonderful experience EXCEPT for dealing with LH Brubaker. I was quoted a price for all of my appliances. I was then informed 6 months later that I owed them money because the salesperson misquoted me. Our refrigerator did not work. The light above my range still does not work. Calling them or emailing them is useless. They simply dont respond. I will never shop there again. It was a horrible experience.

There arent enough stars for an appropriate rating! We had never done business with this company, but casually stopped in to look. Gary is one of the most helpful, informed and patient sales reps Ive known; and I was in sales for years. Instead of just replacing our old malfunctioning refrigerator, it made sense to buy all 4 matching appliances. He steared us to the best value units. Especially when Peter searched for the one we wanted that was available almost immediatelly, we were really impressed. He felt sorry for us having to use an ice chest for a couple weeks. First the refrigerator and later the other three - two deliveries - four men and each one, including jd and Andrew, worked so carefully and were so considerate. They had the answer to every question asked. I was leaving for a week when my 13 year old Fisher-Paykel washing machine, riddled with severe hard water calcium deposits, threw up an error code and was unable to be resuscitated. With a family of seven, I needed a hard working replacement as soon as possible. I needed another Fisher-Paykel. Retailers seem few and far between, but a Google search revealed L.H. Brubaker might be able to help.My husband called and spoke to a very helpful sales representative, ordered the replacement to be delivered in a timely manner, and requested disposal of the old body, still in the laundry room.Our delivery persons, Ken B. and Craig worked quickly, efficiently and in an extremely personable and professional manner! The new machine is working up to my exacting expectations! I’m almost looking forward to the day the much loved, but, getting older dryer dies.

Change options or items. Re-Quote. Our salesman, Josh, was knowledgeable and patient. Our experience was very good. We just moved into our home last week so well see what happens with the appliances themselves now. So far all is as expected or better.

Hate is a strong word. We went there and bought a higher end Samsung dishwasher. The only issue is the dishwasher does not get the dishes clean. After 2 service appointments and many phone calls they will not take it back. We end up hand washing dishes after every load.

Just purchased a new refrigerator from Peter at LH Brubaker. Peter was great to work with and when delivery came, Andrew and Kyle Siri careful and thorough job of installing the refrigerators and hooking up the icemaker connection.

Bought blue star stove. Paid cash. Waited 1 1/2 wks for delivery. The delivery guys came to my door. NO STOVE.The electrical work we paid to have done for the vent was incorrect. Service manager spoke to my handyman. The handyman said he found the mans instructions questionable, but did what he was told. It was wrong. Had to have it redone. They blamed handy manWe were hoping that they would slip us in, at the top of the que, since this had gone on for 3 wks. No that was not done. Waited againBig day is here. Stove is delivered. We cant wait.Gas pipe has to be moved. On wrong side of stove. New product for this store. They did not know product. The stove is closed in the back. Cut out for gas and electric located in the back corner of stove. Service people did not know that bit of info.Had gas pipe moved and the gas guy connected and tested stove for us.Electronic starter would not shut off, we called for service. Electric outlet at fault.Service man said no worries, warranty service call. We got a bill today for 87.00.I will neverfo business here again.

We just bought a new home and were replacing all of the kitchen appliances. I had gone to Costco, Sears, Martins, JCPENNY, Home Depot and Lowes. I was pretty set on buying from Sears or Home Depot as I was getting tired of researching all the different options everywhere. I was driving by the mall when I saw LHBRUBAKER. I went in just to browse 1 last time and was met by a friendly salesman named Tony. He asked if he could help and me and I kind of cut him off telling him everywhere I had been and the research I had done because I didnt want.to hear another speal. Once he heard what I was interested in he walked me over to the appliances I was interested in and began asking me questions and explaining things I did not consider or knew about the appliances I was looking at. He knew the products very well and was able to explain the features without any queue cards. With in 15 minutes I had a quote and new perspective about what I wanted. After discussing with my wife, I called the next day with cc to make purchase. The service installers Ken & Colin were very professional during the install. They were very conscientious about moving the new and old appliances in and out without any damage. Gave us good recommendations and information on our new products. Oh did I mention they were 2k cheaper than Costco installed! I shared my experience with 2 couples who were in Costco looking at the same set. I highly recommend this company. Its very hard to find companies that offer a good experience without making you feel like your just another number or you are bothering them because you want to buy something. Many companies could learn good customer service from this operation.

On Thursday May the 11th my wife,s new washer arrived.Kyle and Andrew waited for me for @ 50 minutes in their truck. I had gone to a hardware store picking up a floor roller. After rolling the floor I realized I had left my phone in the car. A habit to be sure,and I had 3 missed calls.Brubakers answered my call saying that they should still be there as Isaw them for the 1st time out my front window.they proceeded to wheel the washer straight up a hill install and give me a tutorial on use.They answered all questions and were even very friendly to our crazy cat.Our washer had quit on us 6 days before. The helpful friendly experience from buying through installing will make me a repeat customer.
