Just had a new Bosch Dishwasher with wood cabinet panel installed by Don H and he was so courteous and thoughtful. Upon installation the wood cabinet panel had to be adjusted and every step Don informed me how he could do it and asked my approval before he went ahead and did it. He did an excellent job...my last Bosch lasted 21 years and this was still running but the power button was wearing out and i didnt want to wait till the dishwasher died. I love Brubakers best service always!

I have never done a google review in my life, but the service i received from this LH Brubaker has been the worst ever. I would give zero stars if i could.We ordered our range in September and moved into our new home in January and its March and still no range. We never receive any communication from them except we reach out. The one time i called and was speaking to a lady named Melissa, she actually got angry and HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME. I called and left a message for a supervisor, no call back. Then i called again, the supervisor named Kim picked up and said she never received my message. No apology, nothing. I actually said so no apology? I have never experienced this type of customer service in my life. Weve sent a full payment, even though we have not received the product. I am unable to make meals and be comfortable in my home because of this. This has caused a great amount of stress and it is not acceptable. I will advice anyone trying to get appliances not to use this store. They have terrible communication!!!!!

I cannot say enough about our refrigerator installers, Andrew and Dwayne! They were not only respectful and considerate, but took their time removing our old Sub Zero refrigerator that no longer worked, thought outside the box with an issue of front door space when trying to get the appliance out, and went above and beyond then they unpacked our new fridge only to see it was damaged in shipment. Although we had to wait many months for our LG to arrive after ordering in late August, the excellent service we received during installation made the wait well worth it!!

I have never wrote a google review but my experience here should be known to others so they can avoid the hassle of dealing with this company. I would also give zero stars but google makes me give at leastOne. I ordered an oven from the Lancaster location the end of November and was told they are out of stock but it should be in by the end of December. I was given the run around for months and was told they are out of stock from the company for all stores selling them. I called numerous times over the next few months and each time was told they would look into it and call me back, I NEVER received any calls back. The solution I was given by two different employees was they could sellMe a more expensive oven that they had in stock, but it wouldn’t have all the features that the one I ordered did. Finally the beginning of March I was told they are in stock, 2 more weeks go by and still don’t have an oven. I called back again on March 16th and talked to someone else and was told they do not have them in stock and the person did not know when they would be getting them. Went to my local Home Depot, found the same oven and in stock. I ended up canceling my order. Even once my order was canceled there was no apology for giving me the runaround etc Worst customer service I have ever dealt with!!

Just had a refrigerator delivered and I cannot say enough about how efficient, kind, patient, talented and meticulous my installer was. Ken B. had to do some carpentry, some plumbing, some HEAVY lifting and creative problem solving and he did it all to perfection. I would have Ken B. take care of any delivery/installation anytime!!

UPDATING my review, and no changes. They still tell me they are going to call and never do. How hard is to call back, if you said you will call back a customer you do it, it doesnt matter if the product is there or not. I was waiting for an update but nothing. Again it shows me that they dont care. I wasnt even offer a change or a rebate, nothing. IF YOU DONT INTEND TO DO SOMETHING DONT LIE AND SAY YOU WILL.I was told my appliances were available to be delivered and only one out of 3 was delivered. I am still waiting on somebody to call me back after they said they will do it but nothing. It is going to be more than a month now and I can not finish my kitchen because of that. Not happy about this specially when I had confirmation that all my stuff was available

Ken B and Storm installed our new microwave. They called to give us notice of when they would arrive which is always appreciated. They arrived at stated time and began the installation. They placed a blanket cover over our glass top stove to ensure it wasnt damaged. Storm appeared to be in training so Ken explained things as they went along which allowed us to learn as well. Installation was completed quickly and area was cleaned up at completion. Microwave was tested to ensure there were no issues and we were shown how to use it as well.Both men were polite and answered any questions we had. Both wore face masks properly over nose and mouth and followed social distancing.Thanks to LH Brubaker for getting us back in the schedule after having to cancel our first appointment.Bill and Wendy Bradshaw

I do NOT recommend purchasing appliances from LH Brubaker OR having any service performed by them as well. I would give them ZERO STARS but Google makes me give them at least 1 start to post the review.My husband and I built a new home and at the builders recommendation, we bought all our appliances at LH Brubaker. We purchased a Gas Stove, Refrigerator, Washer, Gas Dryer, Microwave, and Dishwasher. All appliances were upgraded Frigidaire appliances. When they were installed - 3 of the 6 appliances were installed DENTED. The offered me $75 off as reparation for the dents. I declined and they said they would repair the dented items. The dryer was repaired in the 1st week after moving in - largely due to the fact that they hadnt hooked up the dryer properly (wasnt heating) and had to come out to essentially re-install the dryer. The washer dent was repaired in 2 months later. And right before they came out to repair the washer - when we would use our Gas Oven, it started beeping and saying that the over temperature was 666 degrees. Not good. When they repaired the washer dent...they looked at the Gas Oven and ordered a new board. I had an appointment on the books to repair the Refrigerator dent on November 13th and after several calls to service, they had the part needed to repair the gas oven at the same time. The same day the gas oven was repaired with a new control board - it started its beeping and reporting the temperature at 666 degrees. I called and reported it to the Service Manager, Don Heaps. He said he would check into it. Since then, I have not heard a WORD from either Don Heaps or any other representative from LH Brubaker. I have called several times and left several message. NOTHING. NO WORD. Thanksgiving has come and gone. We were able to cook our Turkey by turning the oven OFF and ON when ever the 666 degree error showed up.While this is just my experience, I dont know any company that would not try their best to give their paying customers quality service. All this has happened in just the first 5 months. Who knows how they will hold up over time.I do NOT recommend purchasing any appliances from LH Brubaker because of the 6 appliances purchase - 4 of them needed service. I do NOT recommend using LH Brubaker for service. I believe the workers may be qualified, but the management has no concern for paying customers.Oh, and dont try and call them. No one ever answers the phone and no one ever calls back.

Do not buy from them. Bought a refrigerator from them in June. The delivery driver decided to flip the fridge door the opposite way without even asking me, making a 10 minute delivery take 2 and 1/2 hours. In the process he scratched the door up considerably and i never even wanted the door flipped. Now 9 months later after the fridge was paid for in full they randomly send me a bill for $40 with no explanation whatsoever. This is one of the worst run companies ive ever dealt with. Save yourself alot of aggravation and buy your appliances elsewhere. Run from LH brubaker!!!

I have had nothing but problems with the washer and dryer I bought from LH Brubaker. LH Brubaker has not been helpful or responsive. They did not install the dryer per the manual; I spent hours arguing with their service area to get them to come back and do the job right. They only agreed after I posted a negative review. Ive continued to have problems with these new appliances; the LH Brubaker rep. told me Ill have to pay for all repairs and service calls because they dont manufacture the appliances. In other words, LH Brubaker doesnt stand behind what they sell. I agree with other reviewers; customer service reps.are rude.

Company did not make it aware that half of their installers have been in direct contact or are showing covid 19 symptoms. Not to mention they are also making their poor guys work during all of this. Very irresponsible and no way to run a business. Needs to be shut down for two weeks at least! The two men that came to install my laundry were very professional and did an amazing job. This review does not reflect them but the people running this place.

Big variety of appliances and great value. I would give 5 stars if office staff from the LH Brubaker in Lancaster werent so rude. One time they called about a missing part on one of my appliances and left a voicemail without a name or any further information. They just said Your part is here, please call us back then whenever I called them back, I told the lady (whose name I dont know because she didnt even said it when she answered the phone) that I just received a call from them about a part and I wasnt sure what this was about, and the lady said Well I dont know what you are talking about, maybe you should listen better to your voicemails next time. I just want to say to whoever she was, that maybe they should train their office staff to leave more information in voicemails or at least track outgoing calls by name of the customer in case they call back? dont you think? Very very rude.Otherwise I worked with Misty from the Mechanicsburg LH Brubaker and she was amazing (5 stars for her), as well as our installation crew, led by Jeff S (he deserves 10 stars).

We bought a new electric range from Daniel Bear @ LH Brubaker. He was very helpful and courteous. Seth and Keith were our installers and they did a nice job. Friendly and also courteous during the installation process. We have an old farmhouse and even though they had some challenges, they handled the entire process very professionally. Would definitely use them again.

I bought a GE range from LH Brubaker December 2018 with a 5 year warranty. I am now having issues with my range. GE was out to look at my range and ordered a part and said I could use the upper oven and stove. As soon as they walked out the door I tried to use upper oven and same issue starting happening. When I called GE they told me the part wouldn’t be in for a couple weeks, right before thanksgiving. While I’m still having an issue with the upper oven. When I called GE the representative on the phone told me to go on Amazon and order a part that I may or may not even need. I have a warranty. I shouldn’t have to be ordering parts. When I called LH Brubakers the woman I spoke to along with Jenn in the service department was of ABSOLUTELY no help to me!!! They said there is nothing they can do since GE is handling the ticket (telling me to buy parts on Amazon). What is the point of buying a warranty if it’s not going to be honorable. So basically LH Brubakers does not stand behind their products once you purchase them and walk out the door.So here I am 4 weeks before Thanksgiving with GE Range that is not EVEN 2 years old and it doesn’t work. I paid $1,493.94 including a warranty and I have no working range.

I greatly appreciated the care they took to ensure a safe installation of my new washer and dryer. They were missing one piece of kit to finalize the installation, but apologized and ensured that I received a follow-up call to schedule a return visit free of charge. Great service and great attitudes. I really appreciated the honest owning of the mistake and the steps to ensure the problem was addressed in a timely fashion.

As always, the folks who delivered my new refrigerator today from LH Brubaker were marvelous. They arrived within the allotted time slot and were professional, informative, and neat as a pin. The left my house exactly as they found it, despite having to move lots of furniture to get the fridge to where it was going. I will continue to buy appliances here!

Andrew and Bryon replaced the microwave oven that was over our gas stove for 13 years. Clearly it was much easier to install that oven during construction of our house than it was to pry it out and replace it with a new one, but Andrew and Bryon (a trainee, I assume) got the job done and cleaned up the area afterwards.Both men are customer oriented and exactly the kind of employee L H Brubaker employs. The staff were extremely helpful, and the delivery/installation was WELL above and beyond anything offered at a big box chain. Beyond all of that, the prices were comparable and reasonable. Had a great experience buying at LH Brubaker. Our salesperson, Trish, was well informed and patient with us. The refrigerator had some issues that were ultimately deemed to be defects, but the service team went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. When they couldnt fix the problem, the worked with the manufacturer and got it replaced. They made the process seamless and easy for us. Will shop there again.

Pricing and selection was great. We have shallow cabinets so we needed a specific fit. The installers Andrew and Kyle were great too, moving our old fridge into the basement (it didnt quite fit so they had to take the doors off the fridge and the basement door off). Awesome service overall!

While you could probably find a slightly better deal price wise at a box store or via online, you cannot get the quality of service there or the great warranties that LH Bruebaker offers. I purchased a chest freezer. It was competitively priced and the sales people were very knowledgeable and exceptional.(Kim and Kathi). It was delivered to my house within one week; Andrew and Vinny were efficient and polite.

Amazing installation service performed by Ken and Rusty from L.H. Brubaker Appliance. They both went out of their way to bring in large bulky appliances into a the house without any damage. They protected the floors, stayed clear of all walls and furnishings. Installation was smooth, fast and professional. Each appliance was tested after installation and they spent quality time walking us through the operation and all functions of each appliance. They also made sure we knew who to call if there were any issues. I highly recommend this team and the entire L.H. Brubaker company.

I went down to my basement and had water on the floor. We just had a new water softener installed in January, as well as a new water heater, in April. I was concerned so I called L. H. Brubaker who installed them both. They told me they would send somebody right out. They didnt ask any questions. When they came out they said it was condensation and I owed quite a bit ($145.) for the visit. I called in and spoke to Linda, who I was told was in charge of the water treatment department. I explained that I was concerned about the bill I had received. I was not told there would be a fee. Apparently, condensation on the Water Softner is quite common, had they asked me a few questions there would have been no need for a visit. Since I had just purchased both systems, and a range top, from them it did not occur to me that they would charge me to check out the situation. Linda said there was nothing she could do and no one else that I could speak with regarding this issue. I am not happy at all with their customer service. I have been a loyal customer for the past 24 years, but that doesnt seem to make a difference to Linda.

I would like to strongly recommend LH Brubaker for buying new appliances or getting old ones repaired. They were recommended to us by our home remodeling company, who has a 50 year history in the area, that should tell you a lot.I called them and set up an appointment. The day before, HL Brubaker sent me an email with the name, and picture, of the technician that would be coming to my house. Jeff arrived promptly. He was courteous and professional. He did a complete diagnostic, replaced the necessary part, and thoroughly cleaned up his work area. LH Brubaker far exceeded my expectations.

Don was courteous and punctual. He made sure our dishwasher was installed perfectly. Also got a nice price for our GE dishwasher.

Ken and James were exceptional! Very professionally installed washer and dryer. Ken explained every thing and completed mini test run. Both very friendly!

Both Rich and Craig were very personable and knowledgeable. They came in the specified time frame. They were very helpful in showing all the features on the appliances.

Had our dryer repaired. We were concerned that it would cost as much as buying a new one. However, the minimum charge ($95) was all we were charged (plus tax). The repairman was able to repair the machine in less than a half hour and explained the situation nicely.

JT and Rich did a great job. They installed a new oven top microwave and matching oven in our home. They exhibited both professionalism and courtesy, checked the performance of the appliances, gave us an opportunity to ask questions, and overall made sure we were fully satisfied before they left.

Their service is horrible!!! Do not go here for service. Brubaker sent one person to fix something which two people needed to lift to look at. The one technician who came had no clue what he was doing and could not look to see what was wrong. He spent an hour and a half on the phone talking to manufacturer and said he would have to order parts. He said the total cost at most should be about $800. We did not hear anything from Brubaker until we called there and found out the parts had already come in. Thanks for even notifying us about the parts coming!Several technicians came to fix the appliance and spent several hours trying to figure out what was wrong. Then, they told us they were done and the total cost would be about $2,300 to repair a five year old appliance. I cant tell you how upset we were to hear this. We asked all along to get a price quote and never did. They just did the repair and asked us to pay the bill, without asking if we wanted to go through with it. We are very pissed.

LH Brubakers sales team was extremely knowledgeable of the products we were interested in purchasing and took a no-pressure to buy approach in our sales experience. They even told us of an upcoming sale on the item we had settled on purchasing and gave us the opportunity to wait for a few weeks to make our purchase, which we did. Once I ordered over the phone they placed us on the schedule to be delivered and setup within three days. They gave us a date and emailed us the day before to tell us the window of time to expect the techs. Both men showed up on time, were extremely courteous, did a fantastic professional job and even removed our defective appliance. When I need appliances in the future I will be heading right back to LH Brubaker.

Purchased our new washer and dryer through them and everything went well from buying to installation. However, Friday evening the belt broke on the washer. called Saturday and service dept wasn’t open on the weekends. Called at 8am before work this am and had to leave a message because no one answered the phone. 4 hours later still no call back. I call again and the woman on the phone tells me that no one will be able to come out until this Friday to fix the washer! That is 7 days without washing for a family of 5! Very upsetting and had to resort to going to my friends to do wash today. I feel like someone should have gotten out here sooner! Disappointed 😔

The two (Colin and Craig) were on time, as scheduled. They were careful not to create any dirt on the floor. They were pleasant and offered suggestions as they complete the installation. Don H from LH Brubaker is an exemplary professional. He knows what he is doing and he takes the time to explain and make sure we were aware of what could be the issue with our defective new GE Profile microwave. The original door latch broke within 2 weeks of install, the 2nd new replacement mcirowave latch broke within 2 weeks of install. We had to wait for over a month as GE re-engineered this model. LH Brukaker supplied us with a loaner - Don was our caretaker and service guy.
