Was my first time ever needing auto body work done on a car and had quite a few estimates put in through yelp. They got back to me quick, used the pictures and details I gave them to get an accurate quote. The quote was the best quote I received. Very quick scheduling time and very friendly service. All around great experience.

This body shop has to be the best I’ve used in quite a few years. The amount of professionalism is huge from this shop! Pleasantly surprised with their work ethic, they have kept me up on all their actions without me inquiring at all! That’s great!

This is the second time I have used Lancaster body and frame, both times they have went over and beyond to repair my vehicle, if you like perfection then this is the place to take your vehicle, my first vehicle they did 71/2years later my car still looks just as pretty as the day I walked out of their shop, now they did my truck that had major damage and I keep looking for something wrong but I cant find nothing other then them doing a perfect job on my truck, I highly recommend them if you are into perfection

This place had been awesome in making me feel like my Car is in good hands, they are friendly, very professional, I have never heard them say well I dont know, they are always straight top the point and know what they are talking about. My car is still getting fixed so I cant review their work that is being done on my car. But I can almost guess it wont be a bad review.

Did not like it! They took almost a month to get ready with my car, my insurance “Farmers” and the shop were blaming each other for not starting my car repair even still one week and a half since my car was delivered to the shop, me, I depend on my business for all that I do daily and so I needed my car done ASAP, it took a lot of talking on the phone with Farmers and the shop when would they be nice enough to start repairing my car, the unprofessionalism does not stop there, when arrived into the shop, I found out that NONE of the employee inside of their office are using MASKS, that for me is a disrespectful sign of not caring for the health of their customers, me, I lost 2 family members due Covid-19 and I know what is all about it, yet you find people like them who care less about you, and I am taking from the experience of having my car there for almost a month to the fact that they do not use mask at all! Never coming back and so I will warn my family of this business.

The Only reason I did not use this Business was because the Insurance Company Total my Car. They were highly recommended by my car mechanic which I trusts thousand percent and they turned out to be across the street from him. I cannot tell you how happy I was with how professional and friendly they were. I had to get a rent a car which the insurance company did not cover due to my plan I had decided not add, they helped still get a very nice discount on the rent a car which really helped. I am very comfortable now that I found them for any future work. It woks out perfect that most everything I will ever need for the car are right across the street from each other. I would recommend them if you are looking for body work.

We’ve used Lancaster Body and Frame for 20+ years and they just recently went under new ownership...... when I had an altercation between my car and my garage door ( yes I lost the battle) we decided to return to Lancaster Body and Frame for the repair work! These guys did a great job on my vehicle! Very professional and courteous. Not only did John and Josh provide a ton of help, the guys doing the frame straightening knew exactly why they were doing and made sure the frame was done correctly. Not only did they straighten the frame, they also adjusted the door for no extra charge. Would take any of my vehicles back to these guys.

Went to this shop referred by my insurance Ameriprise Ins. (Cosco. This shop was listed as a prefer shop) But met with a hard headed Manager Jason, who only care to ask you more about the accident and judging what he immediately sees is wrong with your vehicle.(he stated that he could only add two hours labor based on what he saw without me answering any of his questions) He did not even touch the car. I thought I was dealing with professionals but instead turned out to be the best send off Ive had from a business!

Used my insurance to replace the front bumper of my car. They made sure to keep me informed if there were any delays, and explained what the insurance company wouldnt cover. Friendly.

Be careful with this body shop. I had work done threw my insurance a couple months back and the paint is already starting to peel! Not to mention the time frame was blown out of proportion what was originally going to take 3 days took a month! And when i picked it up therr was bubbles all over the paint which they fixed but at the cost of poor worksman ship. Beware they have a receptions with a awful addituide and does not care for the customer she even got into a argument with my insurance agent and i would not recommend this unprofessional crooks to anyone!
