Employees are way too pushy and will not leave you alone. I went in with a friend just to browse to new Christmas scents. A sales person came up to us three separate times within 3 minutes asking what scents we are looking for and would drag us around the store pointing out random ones. When she approached the third time I told her I wasn’t looking for anything special and I was just smelling around. She got an attitude and rolled her eyes when she walked away. Sales team needs to understand it’s annoying to approach over and over again when we have already told them we just wanted to browse. Ended up leaving without buying anything because this particular girl would not give us any space to just look around the store

A little underwhelmed. Went in there with my friend for myself. A sales associate seemed more helpful to my friend. As for me she was basic. Didnt seem to notice me as a customer. Good store still. A bit disappointed. You have a mens section too.

Very well organized, keeping distancing, max amount of clients in store, one way entrance and exits! Cleaning counters and offering sanitizer. They did have a line but also kept it flowing nicely!

I love bath and body works. It is on the higher side price range, but they have coupons that make up for it. Their body wash goes a long way. I dont think that the scent last too long on your body though. I wish it could somehow stay on longer. 😉

Friendly staff, unfortunately the stock of mens scented hand sanitizer is smaller than normal. They dont have favorite scents much in stock.

Got some good buys and a good discount with coupons thru the mail.

I enjoy the shop! Loads of items and scents too. Adequate staffing whom will assist when approached. You can test the fragrance to figure what is the best scent for the person. Seasonal items though but enjoyable scents and if you like a specific one, you need to stock up because once the season changes, you wont see it once sold out.

Great designed Bath & Body Works. Staff is prompt and helpful, they will help you with any question you ask them. They also recommend products that are similar to ones you are currently are looking at which to me is extremely helpful. The store is very clean and the checkout experience is fast!

I always like Bath & Body Works because theyre sprays and body washes have a lot of scent in them. The variety is good as well. However, I dont enjoy getting hounded by all of the representatives that are hovering around the store. It would be nice also if you could just buy one for a decent price instead of being forced to buy three to get a reasonable price.

Sales were nice, but I didnt appreciate the badgering upon entering the store... And while they are trying be helpful, literally every 30 seconds someone was asking if I needed help... When I got to the register, I had changed my mind on an item, yet the girl still rung it up... Had to go back after, I noticed, at another store, that it was in my bag, which was an inconvenience... Products are nice, as usual...

Eh, their posters for sale literally confused. Saw the poster 5 for $8 above of the items that I was eyeing on. Got 5 and went to cashier, charged me 33 dollars. Found out its 6.50 dollars each. I went ahead to bought it anyway. Ruined my mood.
