Worst beauty supplies ever. Don’t go shop there they don’t do refund if you shop something that doesn’t fit you they not gonna change or refund. The owner she doesn’t care. And the customer service is horrible 👎🏻👎🏻

One of the few places that actually picked up the phone while I tried to locate a hard to find spray. Confirmed on phone that item was in stock. When I showed up to the store an employee quickly located the item for me. To complete the experience the person working the register was friendly and the pricing was better than expected. Keep up the good work!!!

I love going here! They have the best earring selection! They just have all the goodies for your hair etc. Prices are reasonable. The only thing I dont like is they hover over top of ya!

The Best In The Business And In Lancaster Pa. This is a serious Beauty business store, no matter what time of day, month or year! After reading some of the reviews about this store. I have to disagree with some of the reviews. Came to the store for the first time for some barber supplies. The guy who helped me was nice and knowledgeable. Did not rush or BS me into buying things i did not need. Environment was very comfortable and friendly. I will definitely be coming back!!

The employees were very helpful when I needed hair for passion twists but didnt know what hair to buy. They searched all around the store and even helped find some things online. Cashier is super nice will definitely come back for my next hair adventure

Has great wide selection of hair extensions and hair products. Some clothing such as leggings, stockings, hats, winter clothing. Great selection of fashion accessories. Staff are knowledgeable on hair products and chemicals as well as hair. Prices are very reasonable.

Didnt expect process to be worse then hair viva in the mall ugh... everything is everywhere! No organization!@Store ownerWell I mean I was is in there looking for a specific kind of braiding hair, theyre are 2 rows that are supposedly just extra stock and what I needed wasnt stocked where it shouldve been but actually ended up being in another area with other hair.. I grabbed 3 packs that were under a discount sign all 3 were different lengths and to top it off they werent what was on sale

Ive been shopping at this store for over 25 years same owners work there and they have always been helpful. The items they carry have changed over the years. Overall good store.

Hair and products are nice but the owners constantly watch you like youre going to steal. It makes shopping uncomfortable and Id rather avoid the store as a whole. It sucks because its convient and everything is nice.
