Always out of stock on my medications when i need it. Im pretty sure the only reason i have them is because they are closer to me. Walgreens has caused me more problems then any.

Its my first time to visit in this store at around noon.and I had a bad experience With the 2 staff Theyve been told me that my coupon is fake which is I print in the coupon.com.i told to the lady (curl hair) to scan fist before you say its fake. And he talk to the other guy.and they did not accept my 1 pc of coupon for my vitamins. Next time you need to attend the training on how to distinguish if the coupon is fake.

No lines fast service and a friendly cashier. Unfortunately they didnt have the item I went there for, which was the theraworx foam and compression glove kit so I was only able to get the theraworx foam, but it was better than nothing. They had some good buy one get one half-off sales there as well.

I love this store. I always have a great experience, prices are right on and customer service is always there and asks if they can help me, always a friendly greeting when I enter. The pharmacy has always been more than happy to answer any questions I have even when it is not a prescription item also I get a phone call when my prescription is ready. When I had to return an item it was done quickly and satisfactorily. The cashiers, especially on the cosmetics counter are always fantastic. This has become the only drug store I go to. A great selection and prices are also a plus.

WORST customer experience Ive ever had at a Walgreens pharmacy. I dropped a prescription off at 1:40pm and was told to be back at 2:40pm. When I arrived back they were closed down because all of the employees decided to go out to lunch at the same time. A nice cashier up front said she saw a couple of pharmacists in back though and went to go check for me. They said theyd open up in 5 minutes. So I proceeded to wait for another 20 minutes for the window to open, only to find out that they never took care of my prescription in the first place... (this is a prepackaged prescription mind you; all they had to do was put it in a bag and print out the sticker) There were no other customers waiting both times I was there. It wasnt a busy day. These women just didnt do their simple job. When I approached them about my concern, I was only greeted with attitude, and they never apologized. Ive been using other Walgreens locations for almost 7 years now and never experienced anything like this. Its worth your time and money to go to a different location.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Sherry who works in the pharmacy was especially helpful and helped my girlfriend get the best possible discount on he prescriptions.

I’ve read a lot of about the pharmacy and customer service being bad. Every time I walk in I’m greeted, someone is almost always on the floor to help me find stuff, and the photo center was fast every time I get prints. However, I remember waiting at the pharmacy for quite a long time on a few occasions.

I have always had friendly cashiers and the pharmacists, too. Today their manager helped me get a hold of my husband since I had locked my keys in my car. She traced me down in the store to tell me he was on his way and didnt heditate to use her personal cellphone. I really appreciated her kindness.

Terrible pharmacy and pharmacist. Won’t order my prescription and can’t “guarantee” of it will ever come in. I have to check back every two weeks apparently to check. That’s ridiculous! They have awful customer service both times I’ve been there. I came out practically in tears with how rude he was. Do not go there!

Lady staff members smoke near the side wall of the store. Smoke goes into the store and near costumer parking. Isnt there a law about not smoking near a business??. These lady employees need to have a place to smoke away from the business! Disgusting habbit!

Helpful and knowledgeable pharmacy staff. Cant say the same about the rest of the store.

Rude staff and always delay prescriptions stating they need to call our Dr for clarification. Our Dr personally calls these prescriptions in and they question his judgement everytime? Do the pharmacists know more than the Dr treating the patient?
