For your birthday every year during that month, you can get options provided by Sephora to pick from for free!!! Been doing it myself for a few years now since I am not much of a make up type person but I ABSOLUTELY LOVE WHEN MY BIRTHDAY ROLLS AROUND SO I CAN GET MY FREE GIFTS!!!! Honestly, its the only time of the year I am able to do something like that for myself.
Fully stocked with every thing you could ever need. Employees greeted us and were not pushy. Very helpful if we had questions.
Not for beginners!i am in my 30s and do not know anything about makeup. i want to try to be more feminine and i have a couple formal events coming up so want to look nice. i decided to try sephora because i felt like they would be knowledgeable about it and have good quality products. i went in expecting to pay hundreds of dollars on makeup. instead i left spending nothing because despite telling the lady at the store i knew nothing about makeup she asked me many questions using makeup terminology i do not know. when i told her multiple times i do not know what this stuff is and that she may need to educate me she said youre going to have to work with me here instead of making any attempt to dumb it down and work with ME. i ended up walking away in tears feeling stupider than when i went in.
Great service and explained the product to me and tell me that there are different varieties of it as well
Sure has changed! And not for the better.Seem to have less good name brands&, more ?? Off brands. And the customer service, is NOT service. Really, you should know your products & know how to HELP a customer. Very sad.
Other than one employee encounter, every other employee here was so nice, polite, friendly and helped me find what I was looking for with the most pleasant attitude. I didn’t have the best experience in another store at this mall but this encounter made me want to return.
Anytime I shop here, no matter what I am wearing, Jose thinks I am stealing. Follows me around, talking on the headset about me, and once even threw a bag at me onto the floor and said “for your products.” I was only holding my wallet. There is one lady, I think her name is Katie? She works in the skincare section and is amazing. Always great advice and willing to help. Other employees not so much
Courteous and friendly sales help very good service knew exactly where to show us to go
I got my BIRTHDAY gift they didnt forget
Everyone is very helpful and friendly!!
Heaven for make up lovers!!😉
At first I felt really awkward asking for help every time I wanted to swatch a product, but the staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant.
I worked with the loveliest assistant in America the other day who helped me sample some lipsticks even in the middle of a pandemic. I think her name was Mikayla, and she was so joyful and considerate as I expressed what I was looking for, the problems Id faced in the past, and the work I do in electoral politics. She made the experience so safe and breezy, and I hope we get to work together down the line.
Arguably the best infection control that I have seen! Staff at door offering hand sanitizer and reminding everyone to wear their mask properly. One way traffic in and out. No samples/testers out but the staff were able to get me a shade match by me telling what I usually wear and product knowledge alone. (Didnt catch his name today but it was a African American man with cute pink eye shadow.) They spray your bag handles before they hand it to you.On top of it, they have everything in stock and everyone is super sweet, as always.
Yesterday my cousin and I were shopping at the store, for the first time since Covid19. I will say everything was absolutely perfect. From the moment we walked in and were greeted at the door, to José who helped my cousin color match a foundation and concealer, to the girl (whose name I completely forgot, and feel horrible about, because she was amazing too) who helped me find my face cleanser. We were very impressed by how informative both were with the products. Special thanks to the Sephora staff who made our trip to Park City even better.
Always an amazing shopping experience with the best customer service. Employees are knowledgeable and helpful, and you are welcome to return an item you are unhappy with or are having an unpleasant reaction to. I love their rewards programs, and love feeling so girlie after leaving the store!
Love this store
Always a great time trying products before purchasing them. The people who work here are friendly and very knowledgeable about the products they sell here.
Went in looking for a gift for my significant other. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. They answered all questions I had, and allowed me to leave feeling happy about the gift I selected.
I wish every time I walked in here giving them a repeatedly amount of chances just because I need a certain product that unfortunately I can only purchase in this specific store around my area. I continuously receive the same unwelcoming and unwanting experience, or an overbearing crowding one where I never feel comfortable let alone looking but shopping at this particular store. Need a better staff team & better managing !
I bought a spin brush here for $90 and when I got home it didnt work from day one. Never once got to use it. When I drove 40 minutes back to the mall just to return it, they refused to replace it, refund my money, or even just try to fix the one I had because I had used the sample packet of soap that came in the box. They didnt even look at the broken brush. So not only did I waste 40 minutes of my time and gas driving for a refund, apparently now Ive wasted $90 on a packet of soap.
I have been at quite a few Sephora stores around the country (New York City, King of Prussia, Las Vegas), and have always had a good experience at all of those. I have been to this store in the last several months, and I must say that the customer service has definitely improved since my last review. They were much more professional and also were very helpful. Keep up the good work!
This sephora is so friendly and nice! I went there, and this girl(didnt catch her name) was incredibly nice and helpful. She helped me pick out the right skin tone, and then even applied it for me! She gave me many compliments and was very welcoming. I will be visiting soon
Terrible customer service. Came here on a Saturday afternoon and was hoping to get color matched for a new foundation. Two girls at the register doing their jobs, the rest of the people out on the floor refused to help. Three were taking selfies and did not offer help as I searched through the foundations. Upon asking another older, blonde woman with an accent for help, she said she was too busy putting sample stickers on things.
Will not ship at Park City store again. When I go into the store the workers ask to help you every two seconds, but when I need help the people were told by the manager that there was no time to do mini makeovers. What are the workers there for? To stand around and talk to each other. I returned my purchase walked to another store and was treated with respect and given professional help. Please take your business elsewhere as I will.
My name is Katelyn and Id like to share my experience coming into the store today. Ive never bought any high end makeup products.. I am a model of 5 years. My photographer took me in to buy me some makeup products. Steph worked with me and she was amazing. I loved her. She knew exactly what she was doing and picked out the best products for me. I was sad to hear that the sales associates dont make commission. Im not a card holder but my photographer is and hes VIP. We spent $700 in the store and plan on having her do my makeup before every shoot now. You have an amazing worker!
I love to come in and browse but I find the sales associates are not very friendly or even knowledgeable about the products there. They carry prestige brands which tend to be more expensive and for that price point the employees should be better informed on the products.
Honestly love this place. They have vegan makeup that is clean at Sephora and the staff is so nice. I highly recommend. I highly recommend signing up for a member card for free charge you can get free samples and spend points for lux products. It pays back which many love.
Very helpful and I like how they take time to work with you ask for Nakeisha!!(park City location)
Josh was an AMAZING help! I hope he stays forever lol
Park City Mall staff is very knowledgeable about make up and skin types. They are also very patient in assisting proper shades to match skin tones.
Always enjoy shopping here. Theres something to say about the environment. Im not a fan of the way ULTA organizes there things. 10/10 sephora!
Visited today with a problem and had an excellent experience with resolution. Jacquie was awesome to work with. Thank you again!!
Today when I was checking out the sales woman asked me if I have an Insiders card. I told her I didnt have a card, but I signed up for the beauty insider membership. She scoffed, rolled her eyes and said, Its the same thing. Ok... not really. Ask if I am a member not if I have a card. She was not warm and friendly at all, did not great me, did not make eye contact, and just seemed super unhappy. Im giving 3 stars because they seem to have all of the products Im looking for, and I have had 2 out of 5 good experiences in terms of sales reps. Online ordering might be in my future.
I had a HORRENDOUS time at this particular Sephora store, which I have never experienced before. After waiting more than ten minutes for two sales associates to stop chewing the fat, the one associate argued continuously with me about the promotion of an item that I had questions about, which caused me to leave out of frustration. I went to the Sephora in Pennys, which had the exact same promotion, and I was given precisely what I asked for (shocker). The worker at the previous store was arrogantly talking over me and would not let me explain what I was looking for or what promotional offer I was attempting to use. Then, when I asked to put everything back, she continued to argue with me about the promotion. Just a heads up, stay away from the young, argumentative bald female.
Great store! And Jeni & Jose were FABULOUS!!
After a less than stellar experience at Ulta, (where I ultimately bought nothing), I went to Sephora instead. I was greeted warmly and quickly by Josh as soon as I came in the store. He asked me what I needed help with and though Sephora doesnt carry the product I was looking for, he was able to find me a wonderful substitute instead. He helped me get set up with Linda, who was wonderful and sweet as well, she got me all color matched up with my new foundation and then helped me with another product as well. Overall my experience with Sephora and their staff was amazing. Ten of ten, will definitely recommend, and will continue to shop with them in the future. Shout-out to Josh and Linda for being super friendly, sweet, helpful, knowledgeable, you name it. Id go back to this store just for THEM. Management take note, they deserve a raise!
Lord I love this place!
I have never been impressed with this particular Sephora since the day it opened. The people are so rude, unless they are helping you, they act like you don’t exist, rudely ask you to move if you’re in their way, to get something for the customer they are helping, bump into you, just completely ignore you. I went for a makeover with my sister and it was a JOKE. We made our appointments days ahead of time online, in the “notes” section I added specifications on what type of makeup we like to use (Cruelty-Free and Vegan) I knew that was a bit to ask for, but figured they’d do their best and since they knew we were coming way ahead of time, they’d know what to grab for us when we got there or would have it already waiting. When we arrived no one spoke to us at all, I had to walk all over the store just to find someone to ask about it and they seemed confused. She asked us to walk around a bit, then we were approached and said they were running a little behind, which is fine, it’s a busy place. When they were ready, one lady directed us to the makeover table and the woman there was completely confused by why we were there. I said we’d made appointments a couple days ago for a 45 minute makeover. She, annoyingly, said she “guessed she would do it even though she didn’t think she was the one that was supposed to” and then asked us what looks we were looking for and what makeup preferences we had. I explained to her that I’d clarified all of that in the appointment notes online and she said she didn’t feel like looking at it and to just tell her. So I did and she went off looking for a paper list with vegan and Cruelty-Free options. Another woman approached to do my sisters, much more pleasant but just as clueless. They both spent 45 minutes looking for some products to use, all while calling the manager 100 times to ask what was cruelty-free and what wasn’t. I don’t care if you don’t know off the top of your head, but like I said before, I expected a little more preparedness. Our makeover finally began at the time it was supposed to be over and they didn’t tell us what they were putting on us most of the time and walked away several more times to try to find more products. They asked us the same questions a lot because they were clearly not listening. I wish I could tell you by the end of this that we were at least satisfied by the quality of the makeover, but I can not. I said I just preferred natural but she could do a pop of color on my lips if she wanted. I left there looking like a dead ice princess. I was at least 4 shades more pale than my actual skin, the “contour” was not blended at all and my lipstick was this awful purple/gray color. I was too embarrassed to even walk around the mall after, that we just went home. Thank goodness this was just a fun sister trip and we weren’t getting makeovers for any type of event. That was probably the last time I will ever step foot in that Sephora.
I love love love Jose from park city Mall just a beautiful face when presented with his presence he greets you with open arms he has changed my life .. love you boo...
Always find what Im looking for.
Helpful and friendly staff! Really like the variety of brands available
I booked a full makeup session online which I even had confirmations for. I went to the big Sephora in Park city mall and they didnt have the appt on record, many girls just standing around talking (who worked there) and they told me to try the JCpenny sephora. Karly looked me up, I wasnt listed there either. I told her I was getting married and I was so anxious. She did everything she could to set me at ease. She did my makeup immediately. She even asked her coworker to call down to the salon to see if I could get my hair curled and then she walked me down there. She really saved my day and went above and beyond. Go to the JCpenny Sephora!!!!!
Nice customer service people
Dont go in here expecting help if you arent wearing make up. Walked by multiple people . I had to approach someone for help. To be told what I was looking for is only at Ulta. No trying to suggest anything to me. Just oh thats an ulta exclusive. I dislike it here so much.
A lot of choice and good advices
Every time I go into sephora at park city, Im super excited to go in because I love, love make up. But then i get ultimately reminded why i never want to go in. No one ever greets you or helps you. I was walking around trying to find things and the two men who worked there were talking to each other about the cute guy who walked by. Another girl just staring off in the corner of the store. The store is huge, Id imagine someone would want to help out. The lush store needs to teach the sephora staff some customer service tips. Just sayin. Step up your game, sephora. I want to love going in.
Fun
I have spent a pretty penny in this stare and I love everything in it, but your employees got a bad attitude. This happened outside of sephora, but I know this girl worked there due to her uniform. I work in the mall and she was in my place of employment shopping, and I, thé only employee on the register, had asked her if she was ready to check out while she was walking towards the register. I wanted to know so if she was ready to check out, I could be ready to check her out, and do my job yknow? But then she gave me attitude that I never asked for. The entire time I was checking her out after words was just constant attitude and general bad behavior. Like honestly all of the employees at my job who shop at sephora have nothing good to say about the customer service. When I walk into sephora I feel unwelcome abd when i walk out of sephora I feel unwelcome. Get it together sephora.
What a wonderful place and experience
U can buy any product and perfume there!!! ❤❤
It was only what I read. About it that impressed me I do a lot of comparing So my next trip I will try it
