For the past year at least they dont have enough items in stock to run my business without having to go to another store to get what I need. They cant even have bags with handles so when I take my infant in with me its really inconvenient trying to juggle everything. Disappointing

They didnt have cutting combs. Most of the shelves were out. Sad part is its been a year since I worked there and it looks like it went down hill. I will be looking to going out to York for future purchases. And how can you have three people working if your only allowed 10 occupants in the store. So u can only have 7 people who might be purchasing instead of 10.

The staff continues to ruin my experience in the store. The cashier and her coworker wouldnt help me find the product I needed. Instead, they talked about how moody they were feeling and ordering Chinese food for lunch. I usually look past these behaviors. The tipping point was when both employees seemed inconvenienced to have to sanitize the basket I was using to hold products. Ill be using a different location moving forward. Two words: unprofessional and inappropriate.

All of us hairstylists are hanging in there, supplies are not there.They are doing the best they can. We just have to hang in there and help each other out. Be safe, and wear a mask.Soni

Great store that always has all my hair needs.

You show that you can go into store, I drive out just to see a Sign that says curbside only. This wasted my time. I know that most the people who work there dont know half the products in the store so asking for this kind of order would be point less.

As a hairstylist I love coming here you can find all the best hair color all the best hair products minimum price and I always have a new line of color which I love trying out sometimes it doesnt turn out my way because I dont usually work with color that much but yeah one of my favorite stores

Product availability not so great.

Products are great. Staff is rude and they dont want to help. The Manager is very stand-offish and not nice ..she always acts like I am bothering her. She makes me feel very uncomfortable.

Love the products not a fan of the employees. I try to avoid cosmoprof unless they have something I cant get anywhere else, half of the time the employees are rude or lazy. When i call in asking if they have a product they either tell you they never heard of it or they dont have it at all and then you go in and its magically there and they know all about it.... service sucks products are great for professionals

Somewhat organized but you need to canvas the store to see if there are sale tables. Easy to navigate and helpful staff!

Great. Staff is always helpful and knowledgeable.I am disappointed in the lack of supplies. It seems like a lot of products are backordered.The company seems to have a problem filling orders. This is their downfall. Never had this problem when Schoeneman owned it

The manager complains about not having enough staff thats why her merchandise is not on shelves and needs people to work in a warehouse environment.
