I used to travel all the way to Harrisburgto get my hair but I am so glad I found this store! This store is really well kept, it is organized, and it has excellent customer service. The choice of wigs, braiding hair, styles, colors, and textures is helpful. The owner is so knowledgeable about the hair and will even help you with hair products that will style your purchased hair texture. He is very polite, very professional and its just great overall experience shopping.

I always have a great experience here. I drive 45 minutes just to come here. I dont even bother going to my local beauty supply stores anymore. Staff is always helpful and I dont feel like Im being watched. I take my good ol time and shop in peace.

I am a regular shopper at Hair Viva and love it. The bigger hair Viva hair supply had more options for hair in generally everything than the one in the mall does naturally just because its bigger and the original one, but when I went in there today is there options for crochet and braiding hair had tripled much to my pleasure. They have much more Brands types textures and colors. The only con About Hair Viva hair supply is that when you go in there you may leave with much more than you intended to get.:) And thats not even to mention their kindness courtesy and willingness to help, there a lot of things I can Overlook if the customer service is on point but they have a good products and theyre nice to boot.

They are pretty pricey but the only beauty supply around. They have what I need...but you are an African American female looking for different types of wigs and weave; this is not the place.

I like the store but they are rude the owners I brought some jewelry there the owner yelled at me made me feel uncomfortable, because I needed this jewelry to match this dress I get home it was the wrong color took recipt and all and kinda yelled at me theres rules are terrible wanted to call the better buissness bureau on them . With recipt and all they dont exchange anything. Not a good business.

I have been a Hair Viva customer for several years and it seems like every year their customer service skills decrease more and more. I recently had an encounter with the business where I was at one store and the employee was rude and nasty. I attempted to call and speak with the owner directly but he refused to get on the phone which really agitated me so I traveled from one store to the second store wasting my time energy just so I could speak to the owner face to face and to try to resolved the situation. The owner was rude, he made several contradicting remarks and offered me pitiful excuses for why he could not resolve the situation with me. When I pointed out his lack of customer service and how disappointed I was that he would treat a customer in such a fowl manner, the owner was speechless and just stood there looking at me. The owner also said that if I decided not to shop at their stores anymore he was good with that....who says something like that to a faithful customer who has shopped in your store for years and who has spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars supporting your company? I am beyond disappointed and I will no longer spend any of my hard earned money in their stores. If you shop at this store make sure you know the return policy for that product, check everything out before you leave the store and be careful relaying on them to give you accurate information or suggestions when purchasing hair.

Well Im going thru chemo and didnt no much about wigs but the store associate did help me so I purchased a wig and got 10% off cuz Im a cancer patient. Well I took it home and two plastic piece on the human wig were broke and they would not budge on a exchange at all, its like its defected and you should exchange it cuz they wasnt loosing any money so give good customer service but she told me I could sow it well why should I have to do that when I just spent $113.00 in your store, I just thought why cant you just make a exception cuz the product was not right. That to me is not customer service, they should of made it right but they didnt .
