Karly saved my day on my WEDDING DAY. I booked a full makeup session online which I even had confirmations for. I went to the big Sephora in Park city mall and they didnt have the appt on record, many girls just standing around talking (who worked there) and they told me to try the JCpenny sephora. Karly looked me up, I wasnt listed there either. I told her I was getting married and I was so anxious. She did everything she could to set me at ease. She did my makeup immediately. She even asked her coworker to call down to the salon to see if I could get my hair curled and then she walked me down there. She really saved my day and went above and beyond.

My wife went there before my sisters wedding. They did a skin tone match using a cool little machine that doesnt work. Maybe the machine needs glasses? Anyway, after trying the makeup and finding there was no way it was going to work out, we went to return it. So they gave my wife a card with a credit on it. When we went to go use it at a later date they said 1) The credit on the card was only good for JC Pennie (not even JC Pennie Saphora) 2) We needed the receipt or whatever that came with it to use it. 3) Well, we probably threw that out so were screwed lol. But, were more than happy to just not go back and waste any more time :)

My first visit at this Sephora and Abby was an absolute gem. Not only is she the store manager, but keenly sensitive to customer needs and service. What a difference she made for me, and the ambiance within the store was welcoming. I would recommend this Sephora to all my friends and neighbors, and have them ask for Abby.

Sales associates not friendly at all, rude and could not even give an eye contact. Add to all that, I had my expensive cosmetics in a plastic bag!!!I am honestly Very disappointed
