We went here to look for our new mattress and we’re instantly greeted by Dave at the door. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything that we needed to know and then guided us through our options based on our feedback. Another customer was in the store the same time we were but he worked very efficiently, always taking note of what we were trying in the store and then making sure to follow up. He put us in the schedule for about 3 weeks out, and then called when they got it in store a week ahead of schedule and they moved our delivery up a full week. Delivery guys were right on time, and they moved quickly to get it in the house and up the stairs for us. Overall, a great experience and will start here again 10-15 years from now when it’s time for a new mattress!

We had a fantastic experience shopping at Lancaster Mattress! The sales experience was no pressure, he gave us suggestions and then gave us space to try out the different mattresses. We found exactly what we were looking for, and they worked with our schedule for delivery times. Delivery was sooner than initially promised, and the delivery men were courteous and professional. Did some online research and had 2 mattresses in mind. I called to see if they were available to test in the store. Ginny was very helpful as looked to see if they were and availability of stock. Amazing service that helped out with finding a new mattress/boxframe/headboard setup and at a great price. Delivery was efficient with the setup as well and helped remove the old mattress with no additional charge. Came in to find a nice mattress, arrived to find nice sealy mattress company. Good quality mattresses and staff were very nice, knowledgeble and helpful. Would come back to this store in the future. Dave Grubb knows what he is talking about. Everyone else was willing to meet his price but the warranty and personal touch didnt compare to Lancaster Matress Company. My Sealy hybrid chill gets delivered on Monday.Since this review i have received my matress and please with the delivery and set up. So far, so good, I know I have to get used to my new matress but am very pleased.

I received the wrong mattress, took them 25 days to bring me the one I ordered. I had to do all the calling on the status of the mattress, nobody notified me, once. Then when the mattress was finally delivered, they backed into my snow covered yard, got stuck and left some nice ruts in the yard. Sign outside the store states satisfaction guaranteed, I beg to differ.

With all the restrictions from Covid we were so pleased purchasing, delivery and set-up went smoothly. I would not buy from any other mattress retailer.

I had a great experience with Lancaster Mattress Company. From the beginning, the salesperson was very informative and helpful. It was nice to be able to test the mattresses in store to make sure it was the feel I was looking for. There was a lot of selection in the store, so I could compare between many different models. The delivery service was incredible as well, the drivers were so kind and very efficient in setting up my mattress, I am very pleased! I have been sleeping on my mattress for over a month now and I have been sleeping like a baby, the quality is a lot more than I was expecting, and the price was even better! Got mattress over a year ago, and called Lanc mattress one month after purchase about uneven sink spots in the bed.It was the area were our bodies were laying . They sent a rep and said it was Ok, rep said just keep turning the mattress. but we have two grooves and a large hump in the middle of the bed still. For being a new mattress would not think there should be any grooves. (Semi firm mattress)
