A very easy and courteous crew. Dan was easy to work with and not pushy at all. We never felt pressured to buy and were given plenty of time to ask questions and try out the various mattresses. Buying with knowledge means no buyers remotes, always a good thing. Would highly recommend!

It looks like we will like the mattress when it arrives but unfortunately their customer service is not the best. We were supposed to get our mattress 2 weeks ago after waiting almost 5 weeks. Now they pushed us back 6 weeks because their driver was sick

I did not buy anything. I bought the bed back in January. I called your service department for a service call. They sent out installation guys that knew very little about Sleep Number beds. They guessed that the pump was defective. Ordered a new pump. You need to do better on service.

Very helpful and efficient and knowledgeable professional people! Had a special problem & they helped me correct it. Saving lots of money! This will be my 3rd mattress! I have many problems with my spine, I can’t sleep on any other kind of mattress &since 1990 s I had tried several other kinds that were advertised as “ good “ for a bad back! I won’t buy anything but numbers beds from now on! For the money and quality, & helpful professionals to answer all questions, they can’t be beat.

Leslie who was new to the store did a great job!!! Gave us the time we needed even though we had kids with us AND they were closing at 7. We had gone in at 6. Can’t wait to get the bed delivered.

Our experience with Sleep Number was very good. Our salesperson Ray was very knowledgeable with the beds and the differences between them. She was patient when we asked questions or asked to lay on one of the beds for the 2nd time. In the end, we found the perfect bed for us thanks to Rays help.

After having a Sleep Comfort bed for 24 years, the pump broke and instead of replacing the part, decided to check out the Sleep Number beds. One can only see so much about the beds online, so going to the store was a must. Leo was so informative and a no-pressure representative. This mattress is a huge improvement from our one from 24 years ago!

I purchased an X12 adjustable base split king for $12,000 five years ago. The covers are held onto the base by sharkbites which keeps the mattress. 10 of the 12 sharkbites are now seperated from the cover (cover ripped away). So sleep numbers answer, Sorry, you have to buy new covers. That will be $600 please.My opinion after spending the money we spent, make sure you shop at other bedding manufacturers before you make a decision.Sleep number doesnt stand behind their products. At least mine they didnt.
