The salesman was very courteous. He listened to what my needs were and directed me to what he thought might be my best option given what I was looking to spend. No pressure. He wrote things down for me so I would know what I had done a test on. When I returned and asked to see a firmer more expensive mattress he allowed me the time to try them both again without being rushed. I appreciated his help and kindness.

As we walked in the door, Ben our salesman greeted us, made introductions and asked what we were interested in. Our biggest constraint was a budget. He worked with us and made our purchase a breeze. And was not pushy, trying to upsell but respected our request. We were very satisfied with our service and the end result!

Ben was excellent at allowing us to take our time. Understanding our budget and suggesting how to match a mattress to two totally different preferences for soft versus firm. Loved the way that he was professional with everyone, and he was going between two and at one point three different purchase group.

Ben was awesome! I came in and he immediately listened to what I wanted. I wanted a cheap mattress in a box and I told him that. Other places I’ve gone always try to up-sell me. Ben was happy to help me with what I wanted and showed me a number of really comfortable boxed mattresses until I found the one I liked best. Their prices are great and they had a ton of stock on boxed mattresses when other places I’ve gone had been completely wiped out. Definitely will go back and ask for Ben when I’m in the market for a higher end mattress.

We haven’t had to shop for a mattress in over 15 years. We were helped by James Reed and we didn’t want anything fancy. While talking with James after he greeted us, he convinced us to give the newer models a chance. We tried out a lot of beds and all his knowledge about them he convinced us to buy newer technology instead of a traditional bed. He was great, funny and new what he was doing with a confused married couple not knowing what they want in a mattress. We love the bed he suggested and are sleeping couldn’t be better. We were greeted as soon as we entered and Marc was very helpful and patient with us as we really didnt know what we were looking for. The huge selection made it easy to find a number of options that were right for us. The delivery and carry away options were a great bonus.

We brought 1 of their mattress about a year ago and it has been the best sleep we have ever had this mattress take the shape of your body it hits All your curves so when you wake up, theres no pain at all. Love it

We purchased a Purple mattress and platform yesterday and its scheduled to be delivered in a few days. So I cant speak to the quality of the product or delivery/setup yet. The sales experience, however, was top notch. Jennifer Loos (our salesperson) greeted us when we entered the store, but we didnt feel like we were being pounced on, or anything. We told her what mattress we were interested in and she didnt try to up sell us or talk us into anything else. She was personable and very knowledgeable about the products and she got us a good deal.

My experience getting just the right mattress and box spring was no less then fantastic. I was helped by two of the most professional, friendly and knowledgeable sales members I have ever met.

Jen was very cordial when we entered the store. She did a mini interview of each of us to determine which brand of mattress would be a good fit for us. She was knowledgeable about their many mattresses, and had us try out 3 or 4. We asked for the Stearns Foster in extra firm and she took us right to one.After we made our decision for our king bed, and for our two twin beds, Jen began filling out all the paperwork. While she was doing that, Ben came over & talked to us with lots of information about the town we just moved into.We had a very good experience at Mattress Firm, however, their signage at the entrance of the center did not make finding the store an easy task. It would be helpful to the customer to correct this situation. We would recommend Mattress Firm on Rohrerstown Rd. for any of your mattress purchases.

We found exactly what we needed at the Lancaster Mattress Firm quickly! The person who helped us was the manager of the store, and he was helpful and informative but not pushy, which was perfect. They were running a $100 dollar off sale so I’m excited we got a good mattress for a good price. They had the mattress in stock so we were able to take it home and use it that very same day, beats an online purchase there! This was my little boy’s first “big bed” and he loves it!

Amazing price great service

I just bought a queen bed from here last week and it was delivered today. Tom was our salesman and he was very knowledgeable and great to work with. He showed us all of our options and my fiancé and I were able to agree on something we both liked. Once I got home....I changed my mind and wanted a split box spring frame after looking at my doorway. Ben the manager was able to change it for me the next day and was able to keep my delivery date the same. The delivery drivers were kind and respectful. The bed is wonderful and I look forward to finally being able to sleep! This was my first purchase from mattress firm. Great experience. I will definitely come here again when I need my next mattress.

We were having a mattress EMERGENCY! We needed a mattress and needed it that evening. I called to see if they had stock available & received helpful customer service. We arrived to the store & were helped immediately, and the available options were explained. We purchased a wonderful bed in a box- essential with our steep bedroom stairs. Within 30 min we had a mattress & were on our way! Many many thanks to the kind and helpful service!! In addition to a great product with a 10 year warranty, this company supports local charitable causes and we were able to donate to a foster care agency based in our town. When I first walked in, I was warmly greeted by Tom. He made polite conversation with me and I felt totally comfortable. When I explained my situation and what I was looking for, he instantly knew what to show me. After I tried a couple of beds we found the one that was not only comfortable but came in under my budget. Ben Fahndrich was our sales associate and he was great; he was knowledgeable and answered all our questions, and he gave us time and space to look around and feel things out without feeling pressured. Delivery of our mattress was within 48 hours and the delivery people were fast and effective!

I would recommend anyone to go there. The sales person that we had was awesome. He listened to what me and my wife were looking for and let us try out beds that were around what we wanted. They had the mattress, loaded it into my vehicle, and gave me a reasonable price. Then they very nicely showed me some other mattresses but with absolutely no sales pressure. Im bringing my husband back tonight to check them out. If you want a really good mattress experience, check this place out.

I was hesitant to buy a new mattress because I was concerned about encountering the stereotypical pushy salesperson. Luckily I went to this Mattress Firm because I had a great experience and am looking forward to receiving my new Purple 3 Hybrid Premier! Marc was very knowledgeable, helpful, patient and not pushy... I procrastinated purchasing a new mattress for no reason.

Salesman Mark was very nice did not put any sales pressure on us We were there to get a replacement mattress for the one we bought a year and 1/2 ago was very pleasant the only thing we don’t understand is why we have to pay $100 to have it delivered since it is a warranty replacement mattress. It isn’t our fault that the mattress too failed. So why should we pay to have them delivery the replacement one

I went today to get a platform (12/13/20), and the service was awesome. It was really fast, straight to the point and easy, and the gentleman that helped me was very sweet. The platform works perfectly for my bed and bed frame and I love it! I highly recommend going here!

My husband and I recently bought a home in the Lancaster area and were staying at the house for a few days for the closing before flying back to California. We had no furniture with us since we weren’t moving in permanently yet and so had no where to sleep. We tried a couple of different mattress stores before mattress firm but no one had been able to provide us with a readily available Queen-sized mattress at an affordable price. Thankfully, we found mattress firm and were actually able to get two Queen-sized mattress for around $600 total. Bill and Tom were the salesmen on that day and they were so pleasant and helpful, both over the phone and in person. They helped make our experience better by providing fast, easy, and friendly service. We will definitely be coming here again when we return to Lancaster permanently to shop for the King bed for our master. Thanks Bill and Tom!

Very professional and helped me with my issues, followed through with the promise t a call back with a solution.We are house hunting right now, and already talked about getting one for a spare bedroom as well as the family room with a custom quilted cover to make it look like a lounger with some throw pillows.We are up in age, and the vibration is very good for circulation, as my husband is diabetic, and I have circulation issues as well, its helped us both tremendously.

Did not push us to make a decision right away (even though we left with a new mattress purchased) and took his time to explain the pro and cons of the different mattresses that were available. Highly recommend simply because he was was willing to take his time with us and answer all our questions.

Excellent customer service, from Marc O. He keeps us informed of great sales on Facebook and had I not seen pics of dog beds that he posted, I never would have known they even sell them. He helped me personally through private messaging and made the sale so easy I could not believe that was even possible. I chose the bed, he emailed an invoice, I paid for it online and just 2 days later, this awesome dog bed was on my front porch! I did not have to leave the house or dial the phone. He also helped me after the sale, when I had a question and he replied immediately. Marc is well informed about mattresses and knows his stuff when it comes to Mattress Firm products. He has integrity and can be trusted to guide you in the right direction. When we are ready for a new human bed lol we will absolutely be contacting him again. Truly, a great guy!

Met with Ben 2 days prior to purchase and got to feel some mattresses, he gave good info on the products. Got some pricing, did some shopping around. Met with Jeremy and Tom Friday for some additional info, and to talk over numbers and purchased. Price matched most products, did better pricing on certain products, and I walked feeling happy with the things I bought. Customer service was good, 10 year warranty on everything is a plus, and these guys were easy to have conversations with.

Jeremy was amazing. He is a real expert and an all-around stand-up guy. However, I have to give my experience a two-star because of the delivery team. The delivery team was careless in the setup. When it came to simple questions, they had no answer. They blocked traffic on a busy street. They damaged my property. If youre going to buy a mattress, don’t have it delivered by this company. You are better off picking up the mattress and Installing it yourself.
