Mary was absolutely fantastic! She made sure my fiancé and I loved our mattress and werent settling for less. Very friendly and understanding. Had my kids with me, they liked her too! We will definitely be back for Mary for any of our mattress/bed needs!

My two sons and I went in to shop for new mattresses for them. Jeff was very helpful in answering all 1,432 questions my inquisitive 11 year old had about every mattress in the store. His patience in answering every question while simultaneously making sure we found mattresses that first our needs and budget was amazing. I returned a week later after shopping around and finding Mattress Firm had the best prices and quality. Mary stayed after closing to make sure the sale was complete and never rushed me. Mary went above and beyond to get me what I needed and was very kind and patient with me even when I came back the next day and changed my mind on what I wanted she made the transition very smooth and easy and was very helpful to help get what I would be happy with and then assisted me a couple months later with my most recent purchase of a mattress topper as I needed a little added cushion, she went on the website chose me what she thought would be the very best for my needs. To be honest I thought they would be too expensive but I ended up getting my mattress set and the adjustible frame for way less than the other discount furniture stores in town. This store is very clean! My husband and I (and our 3 children) had a great experience. Mary was so kind and very patient. They have blocks and a Lego table to keep children occupied..which is so great! Very informative and no nonsense process, honest and straight to the point on prices and deals. We left extremely satisfied and so excited to get our new bed! Delivery and set up is around $80.00 and we are only waiting 2 days for delivery!Highly recommend.

Overall we are very satisfied, got a fantastic deal, and will be sending all our friends and family to come see him.

The shopping experience was great! We were told we had a 10 year warranty if we had any issues. What we wernt told was that you have to PAY for an inspection of the bed and if it doesnt meet their warranty criteria (despite the massive dips even after being flipped every three months) theres nothing you can do. I just wish the great customer service carried over after the sale, its rather sad.

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about how the mattresses are made and which ones are the best for side sleepers etc. My husband and I differ in what firmness we like and Mary was especially helpful in that area.
