My grandmother enjoyed our helper, Tucker, immensely. He was prompt at greeting us, presented as relaxed and knowledgeable. We did not feel rushed or pressured to buy other items, and he asked us lots of questions which allowed for a personalized experience. He gave us his undivided attention, and never seemed like he just wanted a sale and for us to get out as soon as possible, rather he wanted to help us and gave us lots of information that we wouldn’t have thought to ask about. He also personally moved sample twin beds off of the back wall for us to try, and was very patient with us. The store looked very clean.

Kevin was our sales representative and he was great. Significant other and I came to this location specifically to try out a Purple (which we ended up getting), but he walked us through the store to try out each of a traditional, memory foam, and hybrid mattress and answered any questions we had about the qualities of each. Easy process start to finish. Kevin was able to apply the same deals that Purple had going on online to bring the price down a little, and we mixed/matched by getting a more affordable Mattress Firm branded adjustable base. The base works great for our needs, so far at least.The delivery guys were a big help in setting up the base and mattress. I live on the top floor of our apartment building and neither the base nor mattress were particularly light objects. Kudos to them! I tipped each of the delivery men for their help (not out of necessity) and they were on their way.First time mattress buying experience was good, would forward others to this location for their future sleep needs.

I can’t believe I could walk in this store and find exactly what I needed in less than one hour. Tucker was so sweet and helpful and made my trip so easy. Delivery in 2 days put the icing on the cake. He listened and granted every wish. He made me feel so special and understood how urgent my purchase was due to my upcoming surgery. He let me know if there were any problems I could call him and he would take care of them. I highly recommend this place and am so grateful for their awesome service.

Amazing service! Went back in June for my first in-persona mattress shopping experience and was expecting to feel pressured but everyone was so nice and patient while we tried almost every mattress in the store. Then service when considering add ons like sheets/pillows and delivery options.Had such a great experience I called to them to get my guest room mattress even though Ive moved from Phoenix! Kevin was great even over the phone and since the mattress I originally wanted would take forever to deliver, he found me something even better! Went to this location as my husband and I were in a rush to get a mattress last min due. We were welcomed by James very pleasantly with a warm smile. He showed us what we were looking for in a very tight budget.

I am NEVER shopping at Mattress Firm ever again. Let me break this down for you. First of all, when my fiancée and I visited the store, our sales rep Tom was constantly pushing us towards more expensive items, never even asked what our budget was. And when we finally settled on a mattress, he just added box springs to the order without even asking us if we wanted them. Then came the delivery debacle. This took three tries. First time they came, I refused the box springs since we didn’t need them. The mattress they brought was defective, so I had to call the store and get it replaced. The second time they came, they thought I had the box springs and was returning them. I said no, I never accepted them. They informed me that the entire order was messed up and that they couldn’t even give me the mattress THAT WAS ON THE TRUCK. Then, they came for a third time, and they were STILL under the impression that I had the box springs, even though the store informed me that they would talk to the warehouse people and get it straightened out. Luckily, the delivery guys were nice enough to still give me my mattress. Then it took at least a week to get the refund for the box springs, but instead of cash it was applied to the mattress firm credit card, meaning I could only use it in the store. I called to see if I could get it in cash, and I was abruptly refused. AT NO POINT did anyone ever offer me a discount for all of my trouble, and now I am having to try to get the credit card balance transferred over. What should have been a very simple process turned into an absolute nightmare for me, and NOBODY has done anything to try to smooth things over or make it right. I’d give zero stars if I could. Total disaster.

Actually went there in error, but glad I did! Was greeted immediately and was offered to do the whole test thing they do these days, but wasn’t interested in that. I explained what I needed, we looked at all my options and I picked the best option and price for me.My salesman, John Boulder, didn’t try to over sell something in didn’t need and assured me that I can call James, Kevin or him if I have any issues upon delivery!

We had the pleasure of working with Thomas Moyer today to find my bf and I the perfect mattress. He took us through a very educational process that helped us, help him figure out the right fit for us. We tried out multiple beds; at each stop he gave a thorough review, presented us with all of the options available and science behind every bed and adjustable frame. We learned a lot and he was a great salesman who was personable, patient and receptive. Overall 13/10 experience! We were not only sold on our mattress we chose but on the experience itself.

We went in knowing what mattress we wanted to try to compare with one we were looking at from a different place. The second we walked in we were asked if we needed help and told him we wanted to try a certain mattress before making a final decision. From there the sales pitch started, we couldnt even talk to each other to discuss if we enjoyed the mattress. Unfortunately we never got to know if it was the one we wanted because we were so uncomfortable we couldnt wait to get out the door!

Arrived shortly after opening and found an open, spacious facility. Two appropriately masked staffers greeted me. I explained my need to one and he immediately moved to show me a floor model mattress to fill the bill, then checked on warehouse inventory. All told, the entire transaction took perhaps twenty minutes between walking in the door and walking out with another staffer and my new purchase.

Ok, this mattress purchase was amazing!These guys went out of their way to create a package deal that not even the internet could touch!New bed, New lighted adjustable base with massage and USB ports built in. New pillows, sheets, and mattress cover for less than what we were going to pay for just a mattress with half the technology designed into it!I recommend talking to these guys before you buy online!

We were in need of a new mattress, so we found ourselves at a mattress store in Roherstown and then headed to Mattress Firm on Fruitville Pike. We ended up purchasing from Mattress Firm/Fruitville Pike because of a few factors.1. Both sales agents were knowledgeable of their products, but Sonia listened and didnt constantly talk at us.2. Sonia knew the exact sale price the manufacturer had where the other agent had no idea and when we made him aware of the difference he didnt meet the price, but added another $25.3. Our old mattress was still usable and we were going to put that in the guest bedroom. Sonia understood the type of mattress setup we had and said the base frame would do just fine ($65). The other one insisted we get a heavy duty frame at a cost of $100.4. We chose to go with Purple for the mattress. The other sales person said to just get the basic box spring. Sonia said that we need a platform box spring as a basic one would nullify the warranty. Overall cost was $100 more. But even more should we have needed that warranty.Needless to say we were satisfied with the deal we made. We had a super fast delivery as well. And the gentleman who delivered our items was very professional.
