Good selection of furniture. Friendly and knowledgeable owner. He helped us pick out the best fabric that our dogs wouldnt snag their nails on. My husband and I purchased a sofa and love seat and love them. No pressure sales like some other furniture stores. Definitely going back when we need more furniture.

These people are amazing! There was a problem with delivery and everyone, including upper management, jumped right on it. Everything was handled so professionally! They were pleasant, kind, and accommodating! Best place ever! We will definitely refer others to them.

I bought a sectional from here about 3 months ago paid a good bit for it and it’s cheaply made and already falling apart!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE! Spend your money elsewhere and get something better quality!!

Customer service is top notch, just wasnt expecting the furniture to be so expensive. They do have great quality furniture there though. I saw a lot that I wanted to take home. The mattress I did purchase is so comfortable, definitely a happy customer. We will be back!

They had a great selection of furniture. Decent prices and great customer service. But the delivery people i was not happy about. They cut the bottom of my couch to get the feet out but didnt staple it back. And the platform base they delivered had a leg that didnt have the bolt to hold one of the legs in place. But no returns or exchanges. I probably wont be back.

Great experience at Lancaster’s Discount furniture and Mattress. Got a good price on a queen size mattress with a 10 year warranty! They Delivered it when they said they would and hauled away the old mattress.

Even tho my husband was in store dealing with the people... I was at home waiting to get the product. WHO IS IN LOVE WITH THIS U SHAPE SECTIONAL??? MEEEE!!!!!!!The mom! The wife! The take carer of all things in the house and everyone in it... that wants to put my feet up at the end of the night and be comfortable!!! We got a good price on a GREAT product and the guy at the store was the best!

We are Extremely Pleased with Discount Furniture in Lancaster, Ohio. From the wonderful customer service to the range of styles and quality furniture, this is the place to go! Love our new sofa. UPDATE after 2 1/2 years our sofa was creaking and you could feel the frame under the front of your legs. Just two adults using it. We had to replace it already.

I just got my new furniture and i love it! I got a great deal on a sectional, also got a Catnapper recliner and 2 mattresses and couldnt be happier. The 2 fellows who delivered it were curteous and had everything set up in record time, even moving the sectional to a better spot for it. I would greatly recommend furniture from here!
