Both gentlemen who helped us were very friendly and helpful. While one man helped my husband take the box spring to the car I was able to pay quickly and we were in and out in no more than 5 minutes.
Once again had a great experience! We were in quick need of 2 mattresses and Tim was professional, knowledgeable and personable. We completed everything that day. We will continue to return for future purchases and recommend others to do the same.

We went in today to look for a mattress and the customer service is unbelievably great. They were very attentive, especially Leonard. He helped us with choosing the right mattress for us and even gave us other recommendations that we normally wouldn’t.
I just bought my first mattress in almost 20 years. I was really interested in checking out the Nectar mattresses before I bought one. I worked with Len how was very knowledgeable about the memory foam mattresses they had on site. I scored the Nectar Lush with free delivery and free box spring on a promo. WOOHOO! I did do the financing with them thinking it was a loan type deal, but it was not, it ended up being a new credit card, which I absolutely did not want. That is the only reason for the 4 stars. They delivery/ setup guys were very courteous and efficient. I have been raving about the staff at the store and the delivery guys! I will be doing business with them again!

I went in to the Mattress Warehouse back in March to look at getting a new mattress and I had a great experience. The staff were very nice and more than helpful with helping me through the process. They allowed me to use the machine that helps to decide what type of mattress is best suited for your body. Then allowed me to test and retest different mattresses that were in my results until I selected the best one for me. I am a professional athlete and sleep is a huge part of being able to perform my best. Since getting my new mattress my sleep quality has improved significantly and my back pain has gone away. I highly recommend getting a mattress from here!
Good customer service and they were very friendly people, but the products we bought from them are just sub-par. Either they dont know or wont tell you when youre looking at a poor product.$1800 for a mattress and the protector, both with a 10 year warranty. Fast forward and we dont feel like its supporting us anymore so I get the ball rolling. The process to go through a warranty check was maddening because its an outside agent, not the store - which I only found out when applying for the warranty replacement. The agent cancelled 3 different times and finally rescheduled and showed up. When he did finally complete the inspection, we waited a few days for the results that said that the mattress protector didnt do its job and because of that the warranty was denied so we need to call the mattress protector company and deal with them. Well, apparently its a very delicate mattress protector because youre not allowed to launder it but a certain way (which they wont tell you) and any deviation voids the warranty. So we have an uncomfortable $1650 pile of mush now with a $130 mattress cover that hasnt functioned since the day we got it.Good customer service and nice people isnt enough to make me buy a Serta or anything from here again. Its not their product, but after owning this mattress and doing a deep-look for reviews, people say that serta mattresses are junk. Lesson learned.
Fantastic customer service from Cici and Len!! They are very caring and spent a lot of time with us in selecting the right mattresses for our family. We called them 2 months after delivery because we needed our adjustable beds lowered. They were so kind and accommodating! They both came out to my house on their time off to help us on a Sunday morning!! Old school caring customer service at its best! I highly recommend buying your mattresses through Cici and Len!! Bought a Mattress from this place on a Sunday afternoon. Re-thought the decision and called them the next morning and cancelled the sale. Was told that was no problem. The next day my check cleared the bank. Called them about what part of cancel the sale did they not understand and was told it is not their problem now its corporate and it will take 2 weeks to get my money back. I called Corp office and they say they have no record of the sale. WTF. 0 customer Service. Will never go back.UPDATE to my previous review:I emailed the address given and have not heard from anyone. I was told today 2 weeks after I cancelled the purchase of a mattress at this location that I will need to wait an additional 7 to 10 or even more for the refund of my money. This is ridiculous. I will never recommend doing business with Mattress Warehouse.
We love it here since they always take care of us! We followed CeCe over from the Greenfield store because she’s awesome at her job and knows her mattresses. Had some warranty issues with Stern and Foster but came in to take care of that and walked out with the new M3 mattress and a adjustable base- sooo excited to sleep on it.
I went into Mattress Warehouse completely overwhelmed. Sam was awesome. I explained what I wanted, within minutes found the perfect mattress. I was so happy and the delivery was set for Tuesday, slight glitch with the frame I picked, Sam got it squared away. Tuesday came, was told between 10-1, they were here and gone by 10:30. Buying process was very easy but delivery was a mess. We had asked for them to remove old mattress and box spring at time of purchase but delivery guys were not aware of this and were somewhat rude to me when they came in and saw I still had a bed in the room. Seemed very frustrated by taking them regardless. Brackets that were sent for our headboard was already opened and missing all the bolts. Had to wait a few days for a new bracket box to come only to find out they sent us the wrong headboard! Had to wait several days again for them to bring headboard and install. No apologizes on mattress warehouses behalf.

I was pleasingly surprised by the experience we had with Mattress Warehouse. First of all, they are not a bargain brand. They have Sealy, Kingsdown, Tempurpedic, you name it..but they are a bargain. We saved hundreds by going with Mattress Warehouse over Wolfs. Ben could not have been more knowledgable and was extremely helpful through the entire process. Lastly, when the mattress arrived, there was missed stitching on one of the sides. Ben had a replacement two days later. Ben and Mattress Warehouse are incredible, and I wont buy a mattress anywhere else.
Everyone was super nice and helpful I was very pleased.
The male employee on duty was very rude. He mocked me as I was leaving the store. I will never step foot in this store again and I hope that this post will make others think twice about supporting this establishment. Thumbs down.

I first called and the person answering was polite and when we came to the store Ben became our sales consultant. Did a great job helping us understand different Mattresses. Mentioned the companys one year price match gaurantee as long as its not a used mattress and its got factory warranty. I found a mattress on Amazon that was selling for several hundreds of dollars less in new condition with factory warranty. Ben spoke to his management and got me the price match. I must admit that the mattress is a bit more firm but otherwise we are happy with it. Thank youpurchased the icomfort foam efx for $1899 and they price match down to $1599. Sleepys around the corner was asking for over $2000 for theres. Hope this helps other customers and the store!
This is THE WORST place to purchase a mattress. DO NOT BUY ONE FROM HERE! Go to Sleepys or somewhere else.The customer service is awful and unreliable not to mention dishonest. It is well worth your money to look for a more trust worthy company that will actually sell you what they promise. I am a college student who recently moved into the area to finish my last year. I was looking for a new bed to buy for this year and to use once I move back home (i live out of state). I went into Mattress Warehouse and was helped by one of the three employees. I looked at the Simmons Beauty Rest Recharge, at least thats what I think it is. The receipt I was given only has coded information instead of the name of the product ( Ridiculous, i know. ) However I didnt want to buy it immediately but rather check prices, so i halfheartedly put a down payment on it ( i honestly felt pressured to). I went back because the price wasnt that bad ( or so i thought at the time- I honestly dont know anything about mattresses). Worst decision of my life. I went back to check on the mattress with a friend. This time the manager showed me two models: the one I looked at before and another firmer version which was $100 more. I was conflicted about the two since the firmer one felt better but I couldnt make up my mind. The manager told me that he would give me the firmer one WITHOUT additional charge and if I didnt like it he could help me change it. Of course I opted with the firmer one, since the manager insisted that if it wasnt comfortable I could easily put a pad on it. He told me he would change my order and send me the firmer one, so I believed him. My bed arrived on September 17th and it was fine the first night (i had placed the order for the mattress and had gone on vacation). When I came back from vacation I had missed the delivery date by an hour and had to reschedule. During vacation I caught a bad cold and had not slept well, so when the mattress came I slept on it fine. However after the next couple of nights my neck, lower back, and shoulders hurt a ton. The bed which was supposed support my lower back and shoulders didnt because it was too soft- I wonder why. I tried calling the store to talk to the manger but he wasnt around. It was only after a couple days that I was able to finally get a hold of him. Wanting to make sure I talked directly with the manager, I went in person to the store. When I got there the manager pulled up my order and showed me the bed model I had. I was confusing since I told him (and my friend can testify) that I wanted the firmer one that he promised. I mentioned the conversation with him about the firmer mattress and he flat out denied that he had ever had the conversation with me. He told me that he has been in the business for twenty plus years and would never give anyway a product without charging. He lied straight to my face to make a sale, didnt change the order, and now denies ever having the conversation! When he noticed I was shocked and angry at his denial, he tried to smooth things over by saying hed contact the Simmons rep and see what he could do. After talking with different employees and the manager on SIX different occasions over the span of a week, i finally hear today that nothing can really be done to replace my mattress and that if I want a replacement for the bed, i have to pay an additional $200, plus a delivery fee all to replace a bed that I wasnt even supposed to get in the first place! Do not buy from this company! The management is dishonest, the customer service is horrendous (six phone calls that I all initiated with NO follow up AT ALL on their part), and the prices are outrageous for the way you get treated! Do yourself a favor, learn from my huge mistake, and go elsewhere!!
My wife and I time researching a new mattress, even using Consumer Reports as a guide, and felt satisfied in the reviews for the Serta iComfort Series. The sales rep. at the Mattress Warehouse, appeared sincere in her understanding of our decision making, going at great length in providing us a deal on the mattress--which included a new bed frame and mattress cover.We were told that we could return the mattress if not satisfied for either a FULL REFUND within 30 days of purchase or AN EXCHANGE for another mattress of equal/greater value within 4 months.Within 6 days both my wife and I agreed that the mattress itself was firm, but never knew the memory foam would cause either of us to feel over heated during the night; causing us to not get a restful sleep. Turns out memory foam retains heat despite this model advertised as a hybrid, using a standard coil system and lesser memory foam than the full memory foam beds out there, in order to provide a cooler sleeping experience.I thought, let s just speak to the nice lady that sold us the bed and get our money back or exchange the mattress as offered.We go into the store one week later and speak to a different sales assoc. about our situation. He states he doesn t think you can get a refund; we only offer an exchange for the bed. He even admitted he didn t even work here regularly; your sales assoc. is at another location this week, so I don t know when she ll be back in. I m just filling in for a couple of days.Frustrated and confused, but still willing to work with the store, we left our phone number and names for our nice sales associate, to call us back.She never did.My wife went back a week later, but a different salesmen this time took our information again and stated he would talk to our original sales associate and or the regional manager and have them call you in the next 24-48 hrs.No call.I finally stopped going into the store and called them directly, asking for the number I could reach the original associate who sold us the mattress. I was given another store location number. She answered saying I just left you a message on your wife s phone yesterday, didn t you get the voice mail?No, because she never did, and there is no record of a missed call.The sales associate goes on to say I spoke to my regional mgr. and he told me that you can t get a refund on your purchase. This was news to me too, I didn t know that, but you can do the comfort exchange of the mattress for another product at our store if you d like.At this point we had no desire to do further business with this store.I have now called the regional mgr and customer service mgr for the Mattress Warehouse--leaving voice mail messages unanswered for 2 business days. I have specifically stated no where on my receipt does it indicate NO REFUND. And there s no documentation referencing an EXCHANGE offer.It s unacceptable to have sales people sell a product misinforming customers of a guaranteed refund, if returned within 30 days, and not uphold that guarantee! Rather, the Mattress Warehouse resorts to having their sales associate report to an unsatisfied customer that we were misinformed too when we sold you the mattress. Sorry. Not acceptable!I ve worked retail in my past life, and NEVER has the customer not come first. NEVER would I risk a reputation of a company/store front by selling a product to a customer, misinforming them of our policy just to make a sale.The role of a sales assoc. is to meet the customers needs before, during and after a sale.THAT S how you retain a good reputation!A business that commits to customer satisfaction benefits from those efforts through repeat customer sales and recommendations to your business by those repeat customers to their friends, family, and associates.The Mattress Warehouse is not worth visiting! Take your business elsewhere if you desire reliable, friendly, and honest service.
