Victor with V&A furniture was very knowledgeable and willing to cater to all my needs. They delivered my furniture with no problem, and were in and out surprisingly fast! Definitely recommend there business if you need to replace any furniture or just wanna change it up a bit.

I came to V&A FURNITURE just to look around and ended up leave with a whole new living room set, the People working in the store are nice, they didnt push me to buy, instead they were helping me decide which set would look better in my place. They dont follow you around like the other stores. Definitely will be going back for some other stuff 🙂

Horrible do not purchase from them....They do not give you your full furniture only parts and they assure you that whatever is in the box is a complete order.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. They were sweet as pie when we were picking our furniture out and paid $1100 cash for our bedroom set, even got a free pillow (sleeping on cement would have been more comfortable). Not too long of a wait for the delivery which was free, very nice. But when the husband got here with the furniture, the wife had order a California King bed frame, not a King. Husband was by himself and was pissed off. Called the wife and let her know of the error. She was happy to order the correct one, or order another one. Well, why order a different kind, we already had the dressers, etc. - 1 month later...still no replacement and no phone calls, nothing. My fiance talked to her and went in to the store before Christmas and she called the dealer right then and said we would have it on December 28th. My fiance said, um no, you have it to us before then or you can come and pick up the whole set and give us our money back. Christmas rolls around and we were still sleeping on our mattress on the floor - still. Made several phone calls and their voicemail picked up, as usual. Just today, December 30th, my fiance gets a phone call as he is headed to work and they say, were on the way. Are you kidding me?? No phone calls prior to this....at all? The husband and son deliver the bed, all with complete attitude, telling my fiance that they need to hurry up because they are waisting time and they have already been here twice. Excuse me??? You were here twice because of your wifes mistake, not ours. To top it off, after the bed frame was put together, the husband said, see ya later, were done - left the mattress for us to put back on. We have a Sleep Number and my fiance had asked him to help with the tubes so they didnt kinked by the head board.Needless to say, that man was lucky I wasnt here. I would stay clear of this place. They have no business ethic whatsoever, dont care about crap after they get your money. If I had it to do all over again, I would get my bedroom set from someone else who appreciated it, thought maybe a small business would appreciate the business but apparently not.

Very good service but I bought some mattresses and very poor quality I have almost three months with my mattresses and they already made balls is where you sit is the hole and never returns to its place the mattress and change it sideways and the mattress It has the mark where one feels sorry for paying cadi $ 1,700 for them and it was money thrown away 😠😠😠😠
