Been here a few times, generally good stock in store.Specifically today:Great experience with the staff here, despite them being very busy trying to unpack and assemble new stock (I overheard one employee mention the truck had arrived hours late, causing the floor staff to have to scramble).All the staff I interacted with were friendly and knowledgeable. The manager was very friendly, handled a special request with courtesy and even was the staff member to help me load my vehicle.Great crew at this store, 10/10 will return and recommend to others.

Great shopping experience! Parking is in the center of the complex, so easy to walk around and not be too far from the car. Great stores with excellent products I cant find close to home.

Really really discouraged of shopping with these folks ever again. My wife spent 2 hours pulling together items from the sales category on their website for our new home and the items were also listed as clearance items receive an extra 50% off with code EXTRA50. However when she finally tried to check out it would not accept the code and there was no sales price. We contacted customer assistance and spend another hour and a half with three different customer assistance reps and a supervisor who said that even though it was listed as a sale item and also a clearance item that because the price didnt end in .99 or .97 it was not considered a clearance item. No where did it ever mention or note that these were the conditions. A little, little asterisk at the very bottom of their opening first page does mention it with no reference anywhere about the specification - took 3 assistances working on this to discover this wee little asterisk. Even they agreed this is very misleading and were apologetic. And there was no comment about it being a sale item either and that we were going to be charged full price - even though at numerous locations on their web site it is considered a sale item and also a clearance item.So this is most definitely false advertising and very very misleading - pulling us in with falsely advertised lower prices but then in the end no sales price and definitely no clearance price.Really really bad business for a company that we are new to and were hoping to purchase from in the future also. Be very careful when dealing with these folks for they are not forthright and purposefully will take advantage of you. So so sad.

My wife and daughter went to the Nike store and came out with bags so thats a thumbs up. I just used the rest room and it was clean and pleasant smelling on the down side they removed the benches from the front of the stores so I had to stand

Ive purchased many West Elm items for my home, so I was enthused to visit this store. Ill admit that I was a bit disappointed, because the store feels somewhat chaotic in its layout. Yes, things are somewhat arranged in sections, but it felt as though someone had come in and just put various parts, pieces, and items all over. Here was a light fixture--or most of it. There was a bedspread (still in its bag). Over there, some damaged bookshelves. And, farther down, art, bed frames, and kitchenware. Regular West Elm stores are usually well done, so I was surprised at the layout here. I didnt find anything to buy, but it was worth a shot.

Very friendly and attentive staff. The selection is constantly changing. It’s a very good outlet, fair prices for closeout product. The manager is awesome, she’s always very helpful.

I will never shop at this store again. The customer service is horrible and the manager is very rude. On 6/14/2021 I saw the 88” Dennes leather sofa on their Instagram page and called the store to put it on hold. I immediately proceeded to get a truck and drive 2 hours over to the store after work (the total trip took me over 4 hours on a work night). I called a hour before I got to the store to confirm the couch was still there. When I got to the store, it turned out that the person who placed it on hold did not realize they had 2 couches of different sizes at the store and accidentally put the 72” sofa on hold. The couch I requested to put on hold was purchased shortly before I got there and was wrapped up in the back of the store. When I voiced my frustrations to the manager, she simply told me there was nothing she could do and that most of their customers drive long distances to purchase furniture. This comment was extremely insensitive and rude. Before I left, the manager attempted to rectify the situation by filling out a hold form that would notify her and her team to personally place this model of couch on hold immediately if it they ever received it back in stock again. She said they would call me and allow me to hold the couch for the entire day for the inconvenience. In addition, she also promised a 10% discount on top of the already discounted price. Well that couch is back in stock as of 7/19/2021 and as you can imagine I was never notified by West Elm. The manager knew I was upset and lied to me to get me out of her store. I will never return to West Elm and will tell everyone I know not to shop here.

I was in no problem finding a parking space went to the Nike outlet found the amazing comfortable comfortable pair of sneakers and out of there all within a half hour awesome!!!

My review is one that could be very unsatisfactory however in the end it worked out. I recently went to the store in PA and walked in one of the first two people who entered the store when it opened. I immediately went over to a leather sofa and was chatting with the sales person getting the details on pricing with every intention of purchasing it. When another sales lady came over and sold it right out from underneath me. Or so I thought. The couple who wanted it as well were rude and then decided not to pay for it but put it on hold so they could think about it. This was ridiculous that the store would put an item on hold while I was ready to pay right then and there. After waiting a hour the sales lady I was working with called and said the couple passed that there was a small flaw and they would extend an additional discount. While I was thrilled to be able to purchase the sofa how it was handled was totally unprofessional. The manager did finally apologize after I expressed my concerns to the sales associate that was working with me.

It’s kind of like putting your hand into a blind bag. Maybe you’ll find something cool. Maybe you won’t!

The customer service here is horrible. They do very little to help or assist with questions/delivery or even moving the furniture.

Really didnt get to shop at any of th w stores due to long lines. However it was very clean and has security that rides around to make sure shoppers feel safe. Very crowed on 30 trying to get in but thats normal its the outlets..lol

Stopped in at the Tanger Outlets in Lancaster PA. Checked out West Elm in their new location. The store is very large and open. Wasnt terribly impressed with the upkeep. Didnt seem like anyone maintained things. Had trouble finding prices at times. Only a few people working (I think). And everything seemed over priced. If something was damaged then the price was significantly lower.

Bought a bed frame on a great deal only downside was missing some hardware, which I was aware prior to buying. Looked around local hardware stores and couldn’t find a few pieces... Started getting worried I was going to compromise using other sized bolts..So I Went back to West Elm Outlet to see if they could help. Natasha, Esther, and Rosalia took the time to find some extra spare bolts in the back that fit! They Totally Saved The Day!!!! I’m so thankful for the extra effort!5 Stars!

Pretty good price if there’s an extra sale. Items are very current - you can find hogs that are on sale on the regular website (although it might be more expensive to buy at the outlet than buy online - but the problem is west elm doesn’t ship discounted items and usually has in-store pickup only). Pretty good price and selection, just a bit far out of the way

Great place for Contemporary/Transitional style furniture. Furniture is mostly scratch and dent, but you can find some good items at reduced prices. Especially when they are having a sale. I found a nightstand that was in great condition and paid less than half the regular price after the sale discount.The selection can be hit or miss.The piece I bought is well made and is solid wood construction.

Save your time and energy and do not shop at this store. All items are damaged in some way and are all final sale. My experience was especially terrible. I called ahead and had an associate hold a chair for me and specifically asked if the chair had any tears/damage. She assured me it did not. I had them put the chair on hold and drove an hour out of my way to pick it up. When I arrived, it became apparent the associate had put the incorrect chair on hold and that the chair I did want had holes in it....very visible holes at the top of the chair where any one with any type of eyesight can clearly see. When I confronted the associate about this she told me “we cannot make any guarantees there aren’t any damages on our items”. Well then how did the person on the phone assure me the item I wanted had none? Like I said this place is full of damaged items and people. You get what you pay for!

They are always running huge discounts on their rugs. Everything else is still kind of pricey, but Im also poor. For people who are appreciated by their workplace, Im sure this is an amazing place to get sweet furniture.

I recently bought a bed as a complete set. The tag said everything was included, including hardware. When we went to assemble the bed, we realized the hardware was missing. I called West Elm Outlet to let them know we were missing the hardware. They said hardware is never included with their beds and they were not sure why the tag said it was included. They also said I should have been told this when purchasing, which I was not told. The exact same bed was for sale for half the without hardware included as stated on the tag. So if you are purchasing a bed, choose the cheaper one because they will not provide hardware or give any discounts to alleviate their mistake.

A variety of stores with good deals worth the stop

Id like to preface this review with the fact that I love West Elm and their product.My boyfriend and I recently bought our first house and were on the hunt for some deals so that we could redo the dining room. During this visit, we purchased a beautiful dining table and what we thought was a large sculptural metal pendant, the light Id had my eye on for months, only to get home and find out someone had returned another light in the box.We called the store and spoke to a woman who was very apologetic and said that they had one other unit on hand and would do something for us because we live an hour away.Fast forward to us arriving at the store to find out that they didnt have the light, but they could put us on a wait list for the light. So we signed an official paper stating we would receive a unit when one came in.Next, after reviewing our receipt, the woman who I assumed was a supervisor of sorts said we were given the wrong deal and that they could not honor the sale price we received for that light when we came to pick up the next.Keep in mind that during my visit, I opened a west elm card for all of this.Overall Im very disappointed in West Elm now. If this place can sell West Elm merchandise and open lines of credit, they should be held to the same standards as a typical store.

This place is a wonderful place to shop however there was one African-American lady was at the register using awful language to another customer and she was also a customer and that didnt sound too good.

The sales are a sham, went to the store before Christmas and went again after Christmas and the regular prices were inflated. The same items were, on average $20 more in the after Christmas sale! Shady pricing and the store was a mess!! The store manager was disrespectful when I asked about the inflated prices!! If I could give zero stars, I would. I have shopped at this store many times, but never again.

I took my Family there to do some shopping.

A lot of furniture pieces are pretty damaged, but the markdown percentages seem to be the same regardless of the level of damage. There is a lot here, definitely a little bit of everything, and its organized pretty well, just pretty crowded with a lot of pieces stacked on top of each other. The staff is very helpful though, and you can definitely find a good deal here.

The staff seems to have better things to do then great and aid their customers. I have been in several times and not once have I been greeted or asked of I needed any help. I do however get a nasty side eye from the 5 employees who always seem to be behind the Cash wrap.

Prices were not discounted from store prices.
