Jo and Chad were extremely helpful in helping us choose the right mattress for my wife and I. We were visiting other competitors to make comparison to the Tempur pedic mattress, there really wasnt any real results swaying us to the competitors. ( And we visited several! ).Jo and Chad explained the Tempur pedic and what the competition offered.(Which was very minimal). The warranty is very good. Yes earlier I did post a 5 star review. That was for customer service on Jo’s part. That won’t change. What I am giving the one star is their delivery. Yes we got our bed and it’s set up properly. What I don’t appreciate is while they were setting the bed up they broke one of my wall outlets then tried to cover it up. Wasn’t to happy about that.

I have health issues where I cannot wear a mask. We needed a mattress so I pulled up to the store. No one else was in the store except the person working who didnt have a mask on. I walked in and he told me I want to enter unless I have a mask. Again, he was NOT wearing a mask. I tried to explain I have health issues that prevent me from breathing when I wear one. He told us to leave so I complied. All this time he wasnt masked either. We went elsewhere.

Both my parents and I had a wonderful experience buying our mattress through Sam at mattress warehouse. We were able to receive a very good price on the mattresses that we wanted and the customer service that we received was fantastic. Was a little leery of stopping in as my prior experience at a different location was less than stellar. Turned out to be pleasantly surprised. Did not feel pressured to buy but felt so comfortable with Sam, the manager, that we wound up buying two sets. Delivery is pending as we are waiting on our new bedroom furniture, but if our experience in store is any indication, we wont be disappointed.In short, we didnt feel pushed and he gave us enough information and enough space to make a decision without feeling pressured. Happy with the mattress we purchased which was our second Kingsdown brand bed from Matteress Warehouse. We were able to try out 4-5 options for our budget and while it would have been nice to have a bit more time and space to discuss and decide, the purchase price and actual delivery at our house was generally fast and seamless.

I purchased a full/double bed mattress - no box springs - for my father who has dementia and is in a personal care facility. I arranged with the salesman for a Friday delivery, as the maintenance staff would be available to put together the new bed and place the mattress. It did not arrive. When I called late in the afternoon it was discovered that somehow the delivery date was entered 4 weeks in the future. The salesperson was very helpful, and was able to schedule it for the next day, Saturday. Unfortunately there was no one to assemble over the weekend, so it had to be stored until Monday.I appreciated the help to fix the error, but as Im dealing with a dementia patient this was added aggravation to an already difficult situation.

We were genuinely out just browsing our options for a new bed, to be completely honest the reps were not the friendliest and we definitely felt very pressured to buy a bed right then and there. I understand its a newer store and they were just trying to make a sale, but they made it a bit uncomfortable. We went to a different location instead
