To be honest... They sometimes have what I need. Meaning, I will need 5 of something but they only have 4. I do not frequent this store but it seems like stock is low when I do go.As far as what they sell, good products for event purposes. Great balloons.

Yes they are fully stocked w supplies.As we know gas prices are outrageous so we let our fingers do the walking and call to check to be sure they have what we want to purchase. We called asked if they had the product we were looking for. The answer was yes. Drove abt 30/35 mls round trip on a busy highway to find out they did not have the product. Very disappointed. I give credit where deserved. Very well stocked.

I was very pleased with my purchase. I got just what I wanted, however, when I approached the area to pay the cashier actually walked off around the counter and proceeded to stand there doing absolutely nothing! She finally came back and said, “I can help you “. Oh, really, how very nice of her🤦🏻‍♀️. Had she been a good employee I would have given this store a 5 review!!

Very busy during sales. Lots of party decor to choose from and there is a huge selection of balloons. They have party favors in bonds that you can pick your own party favors or buy a bag of party favors.

I LOVE coming here to purchase the 144 ct Twist & Shape Balloons and I got my dual action hand balloon pump here. These are great for beginner balloon artists like myself.

What a joke! All I wanted was a sun tea jar that was supposedly in stock. I even had it in my cart and could have paid for it. The young ladies at the store had no interest in helping me find it. I had to go stand in the checkout line and wait for my turn for one of them to actually go look for it. Of course she came back and said there are none. No other explanations. I dont like it here

Ive always gone to party city for my party supplies. As a lot of businesses, customer service is not a priority. Except for the older woman who has been there for almost 20 years, she is great. [ she was not there today]There was a line at the registers and I remained patient as they had customers to checkout. I waited for 20 to 25 minutes to order balloons. They could have called the employee that was stocking shelves to come help or at the least acknowledge that I was waiting and say theyll be with me shortly. The employee finally came over and slipped me a paper and told me to fill out my order. Im not really sure if I wrote the correct balloons down...in the past they filled out the form for me. She was obviously annoyed she had to help me. Just poor service overall.**upon pick up of the balloon order I wrote and gave the ballons to the cashier, Anthony, the order was not ready, actually they had no record of my balloon order. My husband waited 30 minutes on the day of the party for the balloons. Never going there again.

Super long line and the girls behind the checkout counter and didnt communicate when they were ready for another customer and one girl was not wearing a mask until the customer asked her to put her mask back up over her mouth however the store manager is awesome and very helpful. I think that the prices are high here

Party City York did not have what we needed they called Lancaster Store and the had three of what we needed. Drove 30 minutes over there to find out they were defected. Could have told us that prior. Wasted one hour of a very busy day.

Loads of fun! Great staff assistance but only inside the store so if you have armfuls of bags plus a sizable foot balloon Storm Trooper, Id recommend several trips to the car. There isnt a loading zone in front of the store. If disabled and use equipment, take someone to assist with the doors. Unfortunately, the six foot Storm Trooper balloon was filled with helium and it escaped the car. It was a two person task to put into the car. The other Customers did try to help but the balloon had taped legs which when caught left him holding just the legs while the torso flew away into the traffic overhead the shopping center. No the store manager didnt discount the purchase of another balloon. Selection choices inside are many with various prices. Colors, themes, and decor galore!

Never say never, but I think this one is the one.You like staying in lines?? Youve come just to the right place. For a 1min-purchase, youll spend at least 15min. Not sure if that happens all the time since this was my VERY first shopping there.The woman in front of me was ordering for a party. Well, I didnt realize you have to fill up so many papers like you were signing a release form to fly to the Moon.Did I forget to mention that the customer was also slow as a snail?? Lots of stuff here, seasonal and regular party accessories. Balloon selection is pretty good, went for Halloween decorations, very satisfied. Happy the mens room had a baby changing station. Overall very good.

Decent sized store, albeit everything being pretty pricey, even with coupons. Agree with one of the reviewer saying the store needs a facelift since the tall aisles arent very inviting. Everything I can understand and deal with, but the customer service is an absolute joke. The cashier lady who checked us out has a personality of a fish. She didnt greet, smile, or thanked us after the transaction. Simple and basic customer service skills at any retail store, but apparently doesnt exist here. Our first, and probably only, visit to any Party City stores.

A sweet woman rang me up trying to give me a coupon discount but couldnt get it to work. Wish I got her name. She was so nice and tried hard to make it work. Otherwise never really like this place. Avoid it actually. Needs a face lift in all their stores. Dark and tight feeling. Like the feeling of being forced into a corner while being approached by an assailant. Absolutely horrible. The worker with red hair was extremely rude and wouldn’t take balloon orders repeatedly shouting “I have six orders due for 2 o’clock” mind you it was 1:30 why would you wait that long to start on orders? So she refused to take any counter customers. I witnessed a handful of people walk out. So glad this was just one we stopped at on the way to a relatives and not the one we use at home. Never again.

The place has a lot of stuff if youre going to throw a party or need a Halloween costume unfortunately what they dont have a lot of anymore is help and the help they do have either barely speaks English or doesnt really want to be bothered helping you

Just wanted one hat for a very personal reason and had to have it in a weeks advance, because I was going out of town for the occasion. They said they have it in the store, but its in the back in a box but I cant buy it? doesnt make one sense to me. they thought I wasnt important enough to take 10 minutes and look for it? I wish you could give a zero as a rate. Avoiding this Party City in Red Rose on Fruitville pike. Glad to know that other locations consider my time.

The customer service there is horrible. Went in once in March and once in May to get balloons and the employees were rude both times. As I waited in line I noticed that no customer was greeted with a smile nor was told to have a good day or thank you for shopping at their store. I feel as if they think its ok because its the only party store so people have no choice but to come there. Management should be ashamed and take training classes so they and their employees can learn how to treat people.

Longest lines ever, always waiting in line. They never have more than one cashier to 20+ customers in line. The supplies are great but staffing is a major issue. Plus the employees seem frustrated and annoyed with customers.

Poor customer service - aisles were blocked by workers restocking shelves, and they seemed irritated when I asked for help finding a particular item, or if they were stocking in the area where I wanted an item. Additionally, when I asked to have a few red and blue balloons added to my balloon bouquet, I was told I needed to go pick them out. I was trying to juggle two small children and all my other purchases, and there were several others waiting in line. I stated that I just wanted plain standard red and blue balloons, and asked if someone else could just get them since I wasnt picking up the bouquet until tomorrow. The cashier stated that this would not be possible. Im very curious about how they manage to fill telephone and online orders if everyone has to go pick out their balloons themselves. Next time Ill just order what I want from Amazon and have my balloons filled at the grocery store.
