3 months ago I sent a friend over to Hectors shop to get their phone fixed, everything seemed fine until the other day when the problem that was fixed reappeared. My friend went in to inform Hector what had happened, he said that there would be an additional charge to fix the device AGAIN that Hector had just fixed ONLY 3 months prior. Coming to a grand total of OVER $100. Why it wasnt fixed correctly in the first place I am not sure, but I feel bad for ever recommending my friend to him. I definitely am going to be posting these event on other social media platforms to get the word out! What he did was terribly wrong and unprofessional. He has lost my business and the business of anyone else I talk to.

Had my Motorola Moto Z repaired here. The repair was very quick (about 20 minutes). The cost was very reasonable (a fraction of the cost of a new phone). My phone is as good as new.Very polite and friendly staff.They have new and used phones and accessories for sale.

Walking into the AV Wireless made me feel very uncomfortable a guy behind the back desk made weird noises and told me I was very beautiful but I just brushed It Off because I was trying to get a deal on my phone later on we work out a deal for my phone to get fixed and he tells me to come back in 30 minutes and whats my password so he can make sure that my screen and everything works when I receive my phone back I notice it looked good but the screen had a black shadow somewhat when you took pictures but I didnt think nothing of it at the time 3 days later I put my phone on a case and the case lifted up my screen on my phone and my phone cracked again I couldnt understand how this was possible if my phone had two screws in it in the first place but when I looked one was missing so it was the weekend by then so I couldnt contact the guy so when I did contact the guy I let him know full details he told me to come in next morning I come in next morning the guy is not on time but when I get there he tells me if I pay $25 he will fix my screen and I disagree with Paying $25 because I felt like it wasnt my fault he knew that my screen will lift up because there wasnt 2 screw and I feel maybe he does this to a lot of people.

I think I called and the guy was very frank with me about the problem I had with my phone. Very direct, this guy means business.
