Manager was kind and quick and to the point which I like. Took him 40 mins.His price was $25 less than a local competitor and much faster than they would have been. That’s worth a trip to the mall. He even put on a free screen protector!When you have a 17 year old starving for their phone back and when every dollar counts this is the place to go!

Please never take take your phone here. I had my screen replaced and received a phone can and the person could not hear me. I noticed my microphone worked for nothing. I took it it to apple to get it tested and they said he hit a while and broke it now I need to buy a brand new phone. NEVER GO HERE

Pretty great work on my iPhone 8 screen repair. Was visiting the Park City Center mall and found these guys. My screen was cracked and now it looks as good as new! Highly Recommend these guys in the Lancaster PA area!

Very bad experience here. People working here dont speak english well. I asked for a note 20 ultra case and showed me a few options and i bought one. Well they were for a regular note 20 when i returned to the stand he didnt have that option for the ultra and told me that i told him the wrong phone. Made it clear i cannot get a refund and acted like he really didnt speak english now. Whole situation was frustrating and will never go here and tell everyone i know not to go here. I have worked in customer service and this place doesnt know anything about it.

VERY BAD customer service and work provided! DO NOT USE!!! They do not stand behind their work! I had to deal with them and replace the screen for my iPhone 7 Plus on March 23rd, 2019 for what I paid $89. I was told that everything is guaranteed and if anything ever occurred they would stand behind their work. It turns out that 3 months later I have discovered that they NEVER replaced the screen, instead they just painted over the cracks and my screen is chipped again. I tried to talk with them today and explain the situation, and asked to fix the screen, but unfortunately the guy was very rude, disrespectful and refused to repair the screen. He asked for the receipt. I showed him the transaction from my bank account, which he didnt accept it :((Very disappointing! If I could, I would give them ZERO STARS.When I told him that I will post a review about this situation, he threatened me saying that I will regret it. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Went in for a new screen on my iPhone XR and it completely went black and wouldn’t turn on two weeks later and was told by another company the screen was not properly installed. I fix stated they only have a 7 day warranty for 180$ phone screen and that was broke because of their company? Never would do business with them again. Complete all around horrible experience. Do not use this company if you want your phone fixed properly for long term use.

Replaced screen and battery and phone was not fixable. They did not help resolve issue or offer a full refund. Poor customer service; would recommend other locations in the mall.

Called and asked if they were able to fix the charging port on my phone and the guy replies no we dont have a charging cord and then hangs up on me. Very poor service.

Charged me $40 for two screen protectors. Made it seem like it was $20 for both then charged me $40 for two after he already installed them on our phones

Got a screen protector put on my phone yesterday afternoon that cost $25 and there were bubbles in it the guy said there was nothing he could do it happens and today its lifting off my phone. Dont waste your money or time go somewhere else.

I needed to replace the battery and cracked screen on my iPhone 6s Plus so I called around and this guy was undercutting everyone a bit so I decided to give it a shot. Its led to nothing but a money sink. He seemed nice and I got the repair. Everything seemed to be working fine until I got a phone call and noticed the ear piece was now defunct. I sent an email and received no response after several days so I returned and he reluctantly decided to replace it for me, and then charged me. We agreed on $15 bucks. Shortly after that, part of my touch screen went out so now Im dealing with that. If youre trying to save a buck Id recommend against going here but you decide.

The screen that they “fixed” is not all the way inside of the phone, The color is messed up, and most of the stuff like the 3D Touch on my phone is not there anymore and the screen like is not responding to my touch. I am so disappointed with the service that I received. I am angry because I spent $95 for a Half assed fix. I never get angry I always try to stay calm but that was a waste of $95 and they better fix my phone better than how it was.Edited...I forgot to put but I did go back and they fixed my screen but walked me all through the mall just to.. I dont know why. I talked to all of them I guess they are brothers, before they fixed my phone
