This is my second time working with Byron and once again, it was a fantastic experience. Jose was also integral to the success and enjoyment of the whole process. Both individuals were very intelligent and answered my plethora of questions swiftly and professionally. They ensured no stones were unturned, and were meticulous in their efforts to provide me with the best product and customer satisfaction. I wish I could give more stars. The atmosphere of the store as a whole was pleasant and relaxing, with all the crew being wonderful people to chat with. Any business I have, Verizon wise, will always go to Byron and his crew. Due to their authentic and professional nature, I ended up leaving with accessories and an Apple Watch SE that I didn’t even intend on buying.It is a great feeling to becomfortable in a store and with the sales associates, for I would buy a phone from them, as well as buy a beer for them.

Yesterday I went to the Verizon store in Park City and was so surprised by the great service I got. I had tons of questions and they were all answered with lots of patience and expertise. In a time where most people are miserable, it was refreshing to come into a store where they were the complete opposite. Jose, my sales associate, and his manager were both super friendly and helpful. Set me up with my new phone fast and didnt pressure me to buy any extras. These guys went above and beyond and it was much appreciated!

I decided to upgrade my phone to an iPhone 12 Pro Max. Went to the Verizon store at Park City Lancaster and was greeted by Alana who was very friendly, courteous and professional. After I thought everything was finished transferring over to my new phone, I realized that, because of a mistake I made, I had to return the next day because the activation of the new phone didn’t kick in. Alana spent countless time on the phone with Verizon to correct the problem. She is amazing and highly recommended! I give her 10 stars! Thank you, Alana! Big hugs to you!

They listen to your problem. They understand the technology. They fix the problem. In my case -- it took one hour. The night before an online Verizon advisor made and error and the call ended before we could discover and fix it. The next morning my phone did not work. Tech detectives William and Gregory figured out the complicated web and FIXED the problem. I now have a working phone. You cant beat good communication and know how.

I was there during the holiday, hoping to open an Verizon account. The rep whose name is Suli was terrible. He was on his phone texting most of the times while serving me. Due to his unprofessionalism, I stopped the process with him. Eventually, I went to a different Verizon store for a much better service. However, because Suli initially used the wrong address of mine, which he didn’t confirm with me, this was the second mistake that he caused and impacted my application for delay when I was at the other store. I was very disappointed and unhappy about this store, due to the experience I had, and will never return until they have a proper training for their employee.
Even though there were only two employees working the store because of COVID restrictions they ran it very efficiently and professionally!
Travis was extremely knowledgable. I came in so unhappy with the phone I had and he made sure to get me something I was happy with and worked best for me. Bryon also was super helpful. Both Bryon and Travis went out of their way to help me transfer my photos and contacts from my previous phone and resolve all my issues. They both made a terribly frustrating day into a great experience. I couldnt of left the store happier! I love my new phone (which has all my old photos on it) and I truly appreciate the time they spent helping me out today. They went above and beyond, honestly. I highly recommend them!

There was about 3-4 people in front of me and they cleared them out within an hour. Great customer service and the pair work very well together. I went to Victra/Verizon Park City Mall, because I had a Verizon billing question, on my most recent Verizon Bill due, in full, on December 5, 2020, with less than 2 weeks BEFORE my Verizon December 5, 2020 Bill is due. My Victra/Verizon Customer Service/Salesman was able to access my Verizon Account, and said to me why my Verizon Bill was the amount it was for December 5, 2020. There was a one-time only Start-Up $40.00 fee for a new Samsung Smartphone I purchased 2 weeks ago there, and $14.00 monthly Verizon Protect Insurance and $6.00 monthly Verizon Cloud on the Smartphone on the sale date. I was able to reduce my Smartphone monthly bill by $20.00 monthly by deleting the $14.00 Verizon Protect Insurance and the $6.00 monthly Verizon Cloud.
Easily one of the best retail experiences I Have had in my entire life!My iPhone was messed up and after a brutal visit to the Apple store a few shops down where I wasn’t helped and made to wait on several of their associates over the course of 90 minutes, I thought I would give this store a chance to help because I needed a new phone and wasn’t going to go home without one.Gregory and Byron were great. They were incredibly knowledgeable about their products and services offered and actually cared to ask me about my needs so they could make sure I had the right phone for me. Typically I’d expect to have associates push the most expensive products on me despite what I would need but not these guys! Very pleasant surprise.Not to mention during this encounter I had to deal with getting a hold of my account holder so I could be an authorized user on the account, these guys were incredibly patient with me, allowing me to use the store phone so I could get that taken care of. While waiting they didn’t see me or treat me as an inconvenience to their busy day or dollar signs, rather an actual person who just wanted to revolve an issue. Much more than I could say about Apple or even most retail stores.Both were cool guys and talked to me during the entire process about more than just phone services and connected with me on a human level.So just to recap I was having a terrible day and was very upset with the service provided by Apple and Gregory and Byron both fixed that. My recommendation to all reading this is to go here with your Verizon needs and not let the stigma of phone retail or previous reviews of this store from years ago scare you away.
Had the best service at Verizon today. I got there just before closing time and they still took me. My phone was completely shot and they didnt shoo me away. They were so helpful and nice to talk to. Appreciate the great service!

Walking in Iwas un sure what to do since I never had my own plan before, I was greeted and asked genral questions to gage what I was there for and figuring it out. I then was asked to seat with Alana and she helped me out with everything I needed, and as we unfortunately needed to wait for my damaged phone to slowly charge she was kind considerate and a good conversationalist. Your staffing at Park City are all good representatives of the Company!
This is a very busy location but despite that fact, they give you personal and professional attention. I have had nothing but a good experience here and I pretty much dread going to a cell phone store. Somehow the staff makes it almost enjoyable lol.The staff is great but Greg and Byron are amazing.If you are in the market for a phone, wonder no more. This is the place to go.

After an incredibly disappointing experience at the apple store I was thrilled to meet Jose! He was super patient and helpful in me finding not only the phone I wanted but also a better deal! Would definitely recommend anyone to use the store in the park city mall! They were busy but with only two people kept the flow of traffic moving and didn’t make you feel like you were wasting your time.

We were helped by BYRON, who provided us with the absolute best costumer service we ever had! He answered all of our questions patiently and thoroughly and made the process very pleasant for us. We felt like we were in the absolute best hands. He even stayed well after closing to finish up with us, with zero complaints. He was patient the entire time and also very entertaining! I’m telling you, this guy went above and beyond for us. I always used to leave Verizon feeling frustrated and flustered, but people like Byron will definitely have me coming back. I had a problem with my phone bill, being charged for a line I do not have that a Different Verizon authorized reseller had done. I am a longtime Verizon customer and was looking to upgrade to 2 new iPhones... will not support this store location, I would suggest more training from corporate...
Went in there after Apple and AT&T wouldnt help us, got a brand new phone that works wonders. No more apple, finally a Android girl but Gregory was amazing. Fantasy customer service, and a great selection of phones
They made a super difficult situation into the easiest to deal with. I switched from sprint yesterday after a fight with their customer service line and their store kiosk. Gregory helped with everything I needed to switch over, and was SO nice and friendly. Even kept his composure towards the end of my visit when a difficult customer came in and was pretty rude to him, he was still all smiles.
My girlfriend and I went here to get her switched over and to purchase a new phone for her as well. I knew this was probably going to take awhile, but the guy we had was so great the process was painless and we enjoyed it. We got great deals and all the guys were great in there with friendly service and great sense of humor.
This store is not very prompt or professional. Seems like a scamming store. We’ve been waiting for the credit for over a year. Seems very shaddy. Verizon cant credit you for their scams. On top of that, they made us come and exchange our ipad saying they gave us the wrong one. It’s been almost a year!?!?

I asked for something very simple, the man behind the counter said of course he could do it but refused to and then tried to bully me. The encounter ended with him smugly crossing his arms over his chest and me saying, You realize, I dont have to do this through you right? There are plenty of other options. Id recommend avoiding this self important, over inflated ego if at all possible. Not worth the frustration or belittlement.

Do NOT go here. These people will rip you off. I’ve been trying to fix their mistakes on my account for months with no luck. They say they will call you back but never do. Just don’t go here. You’re much better off setting up your plan with a real Verizon rep over the phone.
It definitely gets a little crowded in there, and they were having some major trouble getting enough bandwidth on all their devices, but the actual employees are super chill and helpful. An associate saw me right away when I walked in, despite being very busy inside, and he knew what he was talking about and helped us out a lot. Definitely more like a 4.5 star than a 4, but the owners might want to upgrade their internet package (not Verizon internet, they were very clear that they have a separate cable internet service).
A little more pricey than other providers but I dont have to worry about having service. The staff are all extremely helpful and resolve any issues that arise.

I bought my phone here and always appreciated the service. but yesterday I got really screwed over. they put thru transactions without checking the system or running it by me, the customer. not only am I really disappointed, Im pretty upset they let it happen and I would like to be refunded.

Just bought a phone through them to switch. And the guy told me the would give me enough to pay off my previous phone and that Id have the carrier taken care of. Come to find out I will get less than half the value for it and Im stuck paying off my old phone out of pocket. They played me the first time I went then they were nice and fixed it only to screw me over again.
Came in here with my mother the other day to see what my options would be to switch over from sprint. We had a gentlemen name Keith, at first we thought he was going to be great but he was extremely rude to us and stubborn. He kept insisting we had to get Samsung’s when we said we only wanted iPhones. He cursed a few times in front of us, because he was getting mad the iPad he was working on kept freezing. That’s not what we wanted to hear coming into a store seeking information.
