They came to our rescue when the Best Buy Geek Squad folks in Bakersfield told us they couldnt fix our Samsung phone after we arrived from a 2 hr drive for an appointment. True to their word, the phone was fixed in a few days. So I dropped my phone and cracked the screen of it entirely. It is a Pixel 3a and I needed to find a place to fix it fast. I saw the reviews were good and figured it would be a great place. I paid 180 bucks the screen itself was 150 and I paid 30 more for rush shipping of the part, seemed a little pricey but I figured it would be worth it.However, when I picked up my phone, it was completely dead, they had not charged it and seemed as if no after diagnostic had been done to check its function. The adhesive from fitting the new screen onto the phone was all over the edges, and I needed to physically scrape off the adhesive when I got home.Not only that, my phone had two new problems: 1. Whenever I unlock the phone, a large white flash appears and blinds me especially if Im in the dark. 2. The earpiece sounded tinny and horrible when playing music and taking phone calls. 3. The screen sometimes will freak out and this started after I took it back in. It will start scrolling by itself, and also will not respond to my inputs until I reboot it.I came back in bringing up the problems and the man notified me that I had picked up the phone when it wasnt done curing! Hence the adhesive! But they still gave it back to me in that state. Next, he let me know that the earpiece was a separate part that would cost more money and they just installed back the previous earpiece that was damaged from the phone screen cracking. I would not be upset if they had just run a test on the phone after fixing it but they didnt. The man tried to deflect the problem by saying the tinny earpiece was just an underlying issue but if they just tested it and notified me I would not have had to find out myself.Whats more, they have shady agreement terms:1. Accept minimal testing* By accepting minimal testing you understand that we cannot perform a complete diagnostic and accept responsibility for any defects outside of the repair: no refunds or returns accepted2. Final inspection approval* upon receiving device back from maintenance tech, customer has agreed to have completely inspected device prior to leaving store. Customers forfeit all claims once device has left store.I want you to pay attention to two things here 1. They gave me back my phone completely dead. 2. The final inspection guidelines state you must inspect the phone yourself BEFORE you leave the store. BUT how could I inspect the phones function if they gave it to me dead? The answer is I could not.This business is shady and unhelpful. I have always had positive experiences with phone repair stores. They always have followed the same order: inspect the phone, fix the phone, check for function, fully charge the phone, then notify the customer about anything they found after the repair. These guys didnt do that.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SHADY PEOPLE. I am a food delivery driver, I require my phone to function for my INCOME. Now I do not know what to do, I barely have any money and I cannot afford to have the phone sent back in because I need it to make MONEY.TL;DR Phone screen broke, replacement screen was expensive, phone returned completely out of battery, phone screen fixed but other problems present now, customer agreement form is shady and does not benefit the customer.

In my opinion this place is a scam, I feel they cheat you out of your hard earned money, I took my phone in to get it fixed, the sound was very low and they claim that they replaced the loudspeaker, but the sound after they supposedly fixed it was the same, I doubt that they even did the work on it, when I questioned them about the phone work they claimed that that is the way it is supposed to sound, total b.s I have another phone similar model and it sounds great.I feel robbed of $75 dollars for lousy service.Don’t go to this place, they make you pay completely upfront, because I think if they mess up the work they’re supposed to do they already got your money and you’ll be stuck with a broken phone and out of your hard earned money.

Small nice place in Albertsons plaza by Starbucks. They do a great job fixing your broken screen devices from my experience. Only thing is when I go there they say they have to order the part so by the time they fix it up to 3 to 4 days. I have compared the prices from what they are charging me to what the part cost online, deducting the price of the item there was a boost of $50 for one and $60 for the other. Well when you do not know how to fix it yourself this is what happens. I do still recommend this place compared to other places I have called that are not friendly. Hope this helps.
