1st our son fixed his phone at Mobilelink and he bragged to us about how awesome Justin and Manny where. So both me and my wife had our phones fixed. I highly recommend Mobilelink if you need service for your phone. They where fast and very nice and efficient.

I took my Samsung Galaxy 8 plus screen to be repaired after cracking at. I know they are expensive to fix I paid over $350. It is not so much the price that I had an issue with but the fact that when I dropped it off both cameras were functioning perfectly as well as my phone. Now my front camera is extremely blurry. It looks like they set the screen on incorrectly or got a substance on the camera and did not take the time to clean it properly. Now my screen varies between hyper sensitive or not reading what I am selecting at all. Additionally, I am having issues with my volume control and other buttons on the side of my phone. I did not have any of these issue before. I was not offered a refurbished price for parts but honestly I didnt ask because I didnt know was an option. They didnt have my part in store so I went in and had to pay the full cost. They said the part would be in the following day and they would call me when it was available. I never got a call I had to call them to follow up and get it in.

I will change if they do the right thing

HORRIBLE. DONT TAKE YOUR DEVICE HERE. I paid about $400 to get my iPad repaired. Not only did they mess up the screen, and I had to take it back in a few days, they also blamed me for it. On top of that, they never put the SIM card back into my IPAD. Very rude and disrespectful! Please if you can go somewhere else. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Ever since my IPAD has gotten repaired here it’s been nothing but a headache. Don’t waste your time.

This guy. Is good in unlocking phones. But when it comes to other issues? Has the tendency of making up good stories to change more, and to keep your unit for longer time. I left a phone for him to retrieve some unique photos of family. He changed me $60.00 dollar. 1 month later! No photos and no refund. Every time I contracted him, gave me different story. And wanted to charge me a lot more. And charges taxes for a pre played card?STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.He even write his own reviews using customers units.

Great and fast service

Dropped my iPhone 7 Plus and it wouldnt start. Took it to a repair shop in Palmdale and very quickly told it was probably a motherboard issue and so would need to be taken to an Apple store. I decided to try this place and they thought it might be a battery short. So they opened it up, fixed it and got it back in less than an hour. Glad I came here!

I was told it would be 7-10 days to fix my iPad because he had to order parts. It ended up being 15 days exactly because he went on a week vacation the day after I dropped it off. While it works perfect and he did a great job fixing it, I would have appreciated a heads up about the vacation and a more accurate time estimate.
