Not too knowledgeable about prices over phone had too wait 5 minutes to get a quote sad for a cellphone company not to know there own pricing plans

Finally I found a store where they have good customer service. I brought my cell to be fix and he did it the same day and I got a line as well with simple mobile So far I like it.

Horrible experience. Simply, he is a scammer. I bought a Macbook air from this store, and the next day I walk in to get a refund, because there is a software issue, and he refuses to refund me. He gets very offended at anything you say and is not professional at all. He has no clear refund policy, and will not give you one if you ask. Very horrible establishment I do not recommend going here.
