It would be better if they didnt hound you about getting a membership card, I understand they are doing there jobs but its very annoying tbh. Also there prices are never the same as the website, seen a game on there website for 40$ and the store wanted to charge 60$. Tbh if your willing to wait a few days for physical games to ship from sites like Amazon and other site do that instead cause you can get games cheaper on other sites then going to GameStop.

Disappointed in the purchase/return experience. I ordered a game online, since the stores dont carry it. This was a birthday gift for my son. But, someone else had already bought it for him as a gift. So, I returned it to my local Gamestop for a refund - unopened. The store did not refund the total purchase amount, even though the return policy states full refund. I was refunded the purchase amount minus the shipping. Frustrating.

Went to the store too sell my used phone. They didnt buy it but that was OK. Very helpful. Told me other places that I could go too.

Selection is good, but overall experience with staff gets a little pushy about their offerings. If you go to sales training you would understand that overall you get more business from either A referrals or B repeat customers. You wont get any when you arent listening to your customer. So stop the hard sales pitch and be more natural about it. Thanks.

Friendly staff but the store is dirty, has a poor selection, and many of the used games have generic cases. Also the corporate office sets the prices as high as they can. Its obvious that gamestop is not long for this world, especially if this location is supposed to be a prestige store which is their best and most well appointed stores. That being said, they do offer promotions from time to time where you can get pretty good deals but you really have to look out for them.

Staff were very friendly, they helped find the games I was looking for. Definitely better than going to another store like Walmart for games. You just grab your games and checkout. They also have funko pops and other really cool collectibles.

I have been going to this Gamestop location since I moved to Lancaster, PA and absolutely love it. The service I receive at this location is, hands-down, the best service I have ever received at any Gamestop location Ive been to.Emily, the Manager at location, runs a great store. All of her employees provide great customer service and go above and beyond to take care of their customers. Cole and Rachel are two employees I interact with frequently and I cant begin to say how pleasant they both are.If you need a game (new or used), a Pop! figure or anything game/collectible-related, this is the store to get it. The membership is so worth it for the rewards and the frequent sales they run make it easy to save money.

This location makes me want to buy from gamestop, a girl with blonde hair and gauges was so helpful and she also is the type of employee to turn gamestop’s customer service around. So happy going there

Awsome! We are a gaming family, and the employees are on top of all discounts and sales and they do their best to give you a great experience in their store. Ive never had to drive somewhere else for a product I went in there for.

I was also there for the Midnight release of the Xbox One console and for Call Of Duty Ghosts. Again, They did amazing work. You could come in at 9pm for a ticket of your place in line and you could leave again and come back at 11-11:30pm. Everyone worked together and the Staff is amazing, very respectful and will do anything to help you. they even ordered a limited game that I had a hard time finding. They remember people who come in often and make you feel good like your welcome. I love this place at this location and hope they continue to stay this way! I was there before for the MidNight release of Black Ops, People are GREAT. I didnt want to lose my third spot in line out of probably 80 people. The started a MW2 game for whoever in line wanted to play in the warm without losing your spot. Even brought out pizza to us and everything.

Just wanted to give a big Thankyou to Emily at the CoveredBridge store Im a grandmother with a 11 yr old grandson trying to set up a Xbox 1 my grandson was trying to get mods on his game and after internet searches and signups to Bethesda and calls to microsoft She was the only one to help us Thank you so much.Everyone in the store is so nice and polite and helpful.

I’ve been told by the MOD himself I can upgrade to elite pro membership and I’ll be saving money this purchase, so gullible me said of course let’s do it, not once did he mention Ima have to pay 30 bucks outta pocket just for a membership and I told him I’m sorry I thought I was saving money I didn’t know I have to pay more, no attitude, no negativity at all I just said it confusingly and he rolled his eyes at me then started banging on the computer/register and took the pro membership off, paid for my switch game and basically just left no words was said after he took the membership off ... oh yea and one of the employees tried to look like a normal customer and was following me around like I was stealing forgot to point that out too lol

I highly recommend NOT going to this GameStop. Went in to trade some old consoles to which they wanted me to pay to replace parts (cable, controller). The main thing that stood out (besides corporate greed) was the VERY strong smell of marijuana. It was overpowering. Disgusting! If you want better customer service and better deals go to Complete in Box. I highly recommend them.
