Horrible place. So disorganized and incompetent

Great! I got exactly what I wanted for my gold and silver. I recommend them to anyone! I will go back again in the future.

Quoted a different price over the phone( higher) then offered in store, the next day. Metal markets were closed when quoted and following day, when offered in person. This happened twice.

Very nice place to buy Gold and Silver. The owner and the people who work there are great. I buy from them every few months. Honest people also.

Poorly organized store, under staffed & they steer you towards the York store. They have good selection tho. The york store is much better & cleaner.

Friendly staff. Quick to offer help. GPS will send you all over the place!! Try looking for( Mcgeary Organics ) you can park in the bottom of their lot and walk right next door to Steinmetz.

The clutter is part of the appeal. They are fair and dont take advantage or play games. Sell there with confidence.

Do not be put off by the shop when you walk in. It is a little overwhelming but they know their business and they know it exceptionally well. They will be fair whether you are buying or selling. If you are looking for something specific, check with Steinmetz first! My experience with Steinmetz was excellent.

Yes, a little intimidating at first, went there once to have a look and get info. regarding selling, buying, the prices involved, etc. Was a little caught off gaurd with the security. When you walk in, it is a bit messy, the nice lady working described it as more their warehouse. She said they have a store in York, Pa as well. Returned yesterday, to buy a few Franklin half dollars, luckily thats mostly what they had available. I paid what Id consider a good price. Definitely will return.

He seems like an honest man. I just wish the hours were earlier in the morning or extended one evening. 👍🏽

AVOID!!rude, place is a dump, treats you like a criminal, prices are way marked up.you have to almost go through air port security to get into this place just to be insulted.there are so many better coin shops in the area that will treat you like not only a customer, but a human and be grateful to do business with you.i was prepared to pay up to 2,500. for the item i wanted, cash in hand, and he had it(with a 400. mark up). but his attitude and treatment towards me cost him it.avoid this guy

Fairest coin shop in the state, probably in the country. These guys will ALWAYS offer you more than anybody else. Very fair!
