Friendly, knowledgeable staff. I brought my Pixel 2 phone in because my camera stopped working. The gentleman who helped me ordered the part and fixed it in a timely manner for a little over $60.00! I had anticipated having to replace my phone so needless to say I was very happy!

We had an Xbox console (limited edition) repaired on 10/29/21. The service was friendly and fast. The building is clean and inviting. I could not be happier with Techy, I will use them in the future and recommend them to my friends and family.

Great customer service! I took my Note10 in to have the Charge/Data port replaced. I cleaned the port myself, but nothing improved. Figured it had to be replaced I took the phone in to Techy - Dr Phone. After a couple minutes they had the phone working perfectly. They found some debris lodged deep inside the port and was able to clean it without replacing the port. Many places would have charged to replaced the port, especially with a customer willing to pay.

Stopped in with a problem reconnecting a LCD screen on a digital camera. Damian took a look at it and had it fully operational in under 5 minutes! Great people, great service!

Techy/ Dr. Phone Fix was referred to me by Best Buy after they were unable to repair my daughter’s iPad. She broke off a small piece of the headphone connector inside the audio jack. Within 30 minutes, Techy had it repaired at no charge. I’ve also used them a few times for iPhone screen replacements. Fast, reliable service.

Aaron was most helpful with my IPhone charging port issue. It’s common for lint to collect inside the port so he checked and cleaned that first which fixed my issue with a loose charging connection. He also checked my battery life because I was guessing the battery was getting weak which it wasn’t. I will definitely use them with the next phone issue I will have. I highly recommend their services.

Great service, I walked in on a Saturday to get my iPhone battery and charging port replaced, they discounted the price since I was replacing both at once, came to about $100. Only took about an hour and Super nice and helpful people, definitely recommend

Great service, professional, and very quick!! After getting my phone screen fixed, I was still uneasy as the screen was raised at the bottom. I went in the day after and Quinten was SUPER helpful and reapplied more adhesive to make sure the screen was no longer raised. Highly recommend!

Dameon is a brilliant professional who managed to fix my iPad in about an hour (a project that would have easily taken me 4 hours and I would have screwed it up) and hes also a great conversationalist with a sunny disposition. Great customer service. I tried to call them on Sunday (not knowing they werent open), Monday morning they called me back (I didnt even leave a message). They have fixed a busted screen for me and did great. Today my phone wasnt charging. I thought I needed a new charger/headphone port in my iPhone. They were nice enough to remove lint from the port and it works like new! Saved $75! Good customer service and honest!

I went in with a phone not making or receiving calls. After a few questions and seeing how the phone responded, he was able to identify the issue and clearly showed an expertise with cell phones. He quoted me a price for the fix with no pressure at all and encouraged me to make the choice best for my needs. My son has had his shattered screen fixed there multiple times and at a cost fractional to the costs at any phone store or larger store. I will definitely use the store again if the need arises!

My iPhone turned off and stopped working. I brought it to Dr. Phone Fix and they offered to change the battery in one hour! I couldn’t believe how fast they would do that for me. When I came back, they informed me it was the logic board. Since this repair would take days, they let me use one of their phones while I waited for mine!! It was so nice!! I got my phone back and it works great! I am so glad I didn’t spend $1000 on a new iPhone. I 100% recommend this place, the guys I worked with were so helpful, honest, and kind :)

I dropped my Android phone in water last week, I tried the rice remedy. That doesnt work!! I took my phone in to see if they could dry it. They said they could dry it but the screen may need replacement. Three hours later and Im using my phone!! I am so HAPPY I didnt have to buy a new phone. Very friendly service. There was no wait time and staff was eager to help solve our issue. We were greeted warmly when we stepped into establishment. The staff also knows their craft. The issue we had could not be resolved and they offered a way to resolve it even though is meant going t another establishment. Their honesty was refreshing. In an industry where we typically face representation that only wishes to sell it was nice to have the humble honesty. This is the spot it u are in a spot with your phone.

They are great at what they do and earn every dollar honestly. After diagnostics I agreed to a $120 repair. They found one part they planned to replace was ok and only charged me $60. Thats integrity and Ill be back!

Once again the Phone Dr. was amazing and able to fix my severely smashed phone in less than 2hrs! He has also helped my husband- who is hard of hearing- enhance his audio (mostly by cleaning out the dirt and crud) and my kids phones when they were unable to charge. All the staff I have worked with have been amazingly courteous and helpful! Definitely worth your while, and $$, to check them out before buying a new phone!

Awesome service! Aaron was the tech that fixed my phone. He replaced the charging port but in the process he accidentally damaged the screen and home button. He was up front about it and replaced the screen and home button free of charge. A week later the screen he put in it died and he replaced it again without charging me.

Two-hour service of my phone. Did a great job and was friendly & thorough.

I needed a battery replacement. They had to order it. It came in several days earlier then expected they called to see if I wanted to bring in sooner. It took about an hour to have replaced. Worked as good as new. I havent had any problems with keeping my phone charged. (Only recommendation remove or change password before leaving to be fixed and remove SIM card for Personal info security - no matter who did your phone)
