Where do I start? First I went to T-Mobile at Belmont to get a T-Mobile SIM card since the merge with Sprint (my provider). Customer service was lacking at this location, so I just wanted in and out. After I left, I noticed my phone was emergency calls only and I didnt have online access. Frustrated, I stopped at Park City Malls T-Mobile store where I received the best customer service by Derek. He tried his best to rectify my issue, but unfortunately with it being After 7pm there wasnt much he could do. He advised me hed be in today and to visit him again and we will get it fixed. I went in today, and was assisted by both Derek at first, then Sarah who was working the night before as well, so she was familiar with my problems. After calling tech support, and being told itd take up to 72 hours to get my phone squared away, she quickly told them how unacceptable it was and started calling around. She went to bat for me and finally after an hour and a half of her time, she got me back on the network. Basically if you want the best, go see Sarah and Derek here. They will get the job done for you. 10/10 would recommend. Once my sprint stuff is paid, Ill be paying them a visit to officially switch to T-Mobile. Thank you SO MUCH Sarah and Derek!!!!!

Ive been to 3 Tmobile stores and called another number of times to Tmobile care. And NO ONE has been as courteous, patient, adamant and persistent to get things done rite the 1st time like I encounter today with Geremiah (with a G). 😃 This kid deserves a raise. Everyone else was nice too do.Even if I still walked out AGAIN after bout 2hrs, without my warrantee fulfill.

Sarah Ford helped me choose a phone that was right for me! No slick sales talk, just honest answers to ALL the questions I had about phone quality, perks/drawbacks about each stlye, and comparisons to other models. My old phone fell and the screen blacked out..she AMAZINGLY was able to blindly tap through to get my photos and contacts uploaded to the new phone. Shes a lifesaver and saved me the headache of trying to recover (if even possible) all my photos! It took a little bit, I honestly thought it was a lost cause, but she insisted to keep trying, and she managed to do it! Super pleased with her great customer service skills! A+

Emanuel is awesome. they screwed up my online order so I called in, the person on the phone told me a had to go to a tmobile store to get it fixed. so I went to the kiosk in park City and they said that the rep from tmobile was wrong and I need to call. Emanuel called for me and got everything straightened out in a timely and professional manner. I over see retail stores and this guy was spot on with his customer service
I’m with Verizon and I bought a Screen saver there and the Guy says I can bring it back if it breaks.I go to get it replace and they say I can’t because I am not a T mobile costumer.What a rip off.
