Great customer service at the store. The delivery guys were awesome, in and out in no time. They were actually early.

Julie was very knowledgeable and helpful at the Lancaster store and helped us think through our choice. She was also pretty accurate with the order time to be expected and all their staff was kind and helpful when we called to check the status of our order.Delivery was prompt, courteous and on time!

Our furniture was delivered on time. We had two young men bring in the furniture.Their names are Jason and Cody. They were very polite. Explained everything to us and did a great job keeping everything cleaned up.

Had recliner, love seat, but had to wait 6 months for a sofa

Been waiting since January 2021 for sofa and recliner. Order keeps getting pushed out. First our order was suppose to be June. Now its suppose to be August I hope its not going to to get delayed again. If so we might have to cancel order. We have been paying for furniture we dont have.

Store was very nice, stopped in to just look and compare mattresses, Scott was very knowledgeable and helpful on all the products, answered all of mine and my wife’s questions and seemed to actually enjoy his job. Most places these days act as if they are doing you a favor by selling you their products, did not get that impression here, we went ahead and purchased here that same night instead of looking anywhere else, the experience was that pleasant. Highly recommend Scott at Cocoonis if your in the market for new furniture, hopefully the delivery team is as professional.

Store was very clean and salesperson was very friendly and helpful. I was looking for a l livingroom set and inventory in this store is mostly mattresses and recliners with just a few couches. This business has been around for years in Zanesville and has a reputation for good quality furniture but inventory is very limited in this store wish they would have gone bigger here.

I went to Lancaster and was looking for mattresses for my daughter’s new bed. I found the furniture store Coconis located on the main drive of memorial. Walked in and the owner in the store was very friendly and helped me immediately. He didn’t try to push the most expensive mattress at me. Instead he wanted to know what I was interested in and what my budget was. He helped me stay within my budget do to other expenses I had and still sold me the mattress I wanted! The gentleman who delivered the mattress were very friendly and professional. I would recommend Coconis to any family or friends! Thank You!
