Good selection of boots.I definitely had no issues finding a new pair here and the prices were tolerable. I also got a $32 hat for 19 bucks. Staff was helpful and store was well maintained.

The employees were very kind and welcoming but the store policy of no dressing room is a huge turn off. I understand if thats a corporate decision and not the local shop, however, it still stinks when every brand is sized differently and you want to avoid returning items.

They never have size 11 in womens anymore. The last 2 times I went i could not take advantage of the sale because it requires 2 pairs and they only had one pair in my size.

This place doesnt feel like an outlet. The store is clean. Well-stocked. Helpful staff. Good selection. Variety of regular style, special edition, dress shoes, and work shoes. Check for a text coupon before checkout to get an even bigger discount. Try before you buy. I normally take a 14 wide shoe and I fit into a size 13 just fine. Most styles top off at a mens 13.

This outlet location has a selection of shoes and clothing. The staff is OK. They greeted us as we came in and did offer assistance. They wished us well as we left. It was a pleasant experience.

Visited on a Friday evening it wasnt extremely packed or busy but some how not one of the employees managed to greet me, ask if I needed help finding anything or if I needed a size... So guess what... I didnt buy anything. Just as easy as I walked in unnoticed I walked out. Maybe Ill purchase online since the brand itself is of undeniable quality..

Been shopping here for 20 years. Soles inside wheat Timberlands are not glued down. Slides up when walking. Possibly a defect. Never ever had any issues other than that. Sales associate checked 10 pairs and all 10 pairs had detached soles.

Purchased shoes from Timberland, contacted customer service to return day after buying as shoes had manufactures defect and fell apart. Customer service refused to clarify warranty policy, attempted to make one take a large series of pictures of shoes, box, tags inside shoe, and tracking labels before answering simple questions such as whether one could expect shipping costs to be refunded. Customer service was combative and rude, instead refusing to engage in helping solve problems created by their inferior product.

They have completely lost their minds . I have worn the brand faithfully since back in the days . And clearly remember the prices of certain styles that now are outrageously over priced . As an adult who knows that my generation wears the brand and who have heard all of the stereotypes and the myths about timberland, where is the love ? Deals really arent deals . Why go to an outlet when you can get a better deal at Ross. Or the mall or Marshalls .as a responsible adult who works very hard I need more bang for my buck . And stop making white timberlands its not right .

Tried to exchange a pair of boots I bought a week ago...boy what a fiasco. I paid $103 dollars for these boots and the receipt showed it. According to the woman who worked their I could only exchange for boots costing $74. Yeah... Figure that one out. She claims its because I got a deal on the boots (20% off) ..which I did. THE BOOTS ORIGINALLY WERE $130 WITH TAX. Which is why I paid $103 for them with tax. For some reason she could not understand that I should be able to exchange the boots for an equal value I payed ! She tried to explain how a $74 dollar exchange was fair ! Thats almost 50% off the boots ..WITH THE RECEIPT !!! BAD BUSINESS.

Found some great deals here buy one get one at 50% off. Found a $200 pair of boots for my wife that were 70% off and was able to apply that towards a buy one get one half off. Walked out with four pair of shoes for $140

Very helpful and friendly staff. I will say that their selection of work boots has gotten smaller, theres more fashion style boots with different colors than there are regular work boots but they still have the basics

Tinberland used to have super great deals. But being bought by vanity fair the prices have doubled for yeaes ago Also rember when entering these Outlets only half of the store have to be outlet stores . And the rest can be regular full retail stores. But they mislead consumers and we all assume that they are all outlet stores. And anyone reading Black Friday there are no deals here that they really dont have any othrt day of the week. And Veterans day is the best sale week of them all.And alot of stores have friends and family deals and give a extra 30 percent off .Like Nike and Polo are this weeks. But yoj have to ask abojt it.
